- Philippe (1/5): Expérience très décevante. - Expérience très décevante. Au vu du prix du logement, je m’attendais à une prestation bien meilleure. Le logement était extrêmement froid à notre arrivée (17°C maximum) et impossible d’augmenter la température. Après avoir contacté l’établissement, la seule solution proposée a été une couverture supplémentaire… que nous n’avons reçue qu’au troisième jour malgré plusieurs relances. Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement : serviettes sales, pas de linge propre avant plusieurs jours. Là encore, beaucoup d’excuses mais aucune réelle solution apportée. Le logement est également très mal insonorisé : chiens qui aboient toute la nuit, bruit des voisins, impossible de dormir correctement. Le check-in était clair, mais aucune indication pour le check-out, et personne ne répondait sur WhatsApp. La localisation reste correcte, mais cela ne compense pas le manque de professionnalisme et la mauvaise expérience globale. Très dommage, car ce séjour était prévu pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

We also struggled to get in and out of the hotel with our key card, we told the staff this every time on the intercom and also on the WhatsApp but it was never resolved.

Big thanks for a compliment from a hotel for our honeymoon ❤️ The place is clean and has everything for a comfortable staying. Location is just amazing, trattorias, bars, shops everything around for a reasonable price and not far from the center. Mosquitoes was disturbing

Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Very short office hours. No elevator (I have neuropathy and would have liked to know ahead of time) but that was ok once we got the luggage up.

- Holly (9/5): Excellent value for money, lovely staff, great rooms and setting. - This was such good value for money! Beautiful, clean and well equipped rooms in fantastic location. The only thing I could criticise is the check- in process was slightly difficult; we had to wait a while for someone to open the door but we were early for our check in. We also had difficulty on our last day getting back in to the property (we had left bags whilst we went out for the day). Some kind of key code or something would have been useful.

La camera è in un posizione comodissima per arrivare in stazione, ma su una via tranquilla. L'unica cosa che manca è la presenza di una reception che renderebbe le comunicazioni più immediate; non esiste un vero e proprio deposito bagagli custodito. Basterebbe anche un armadio con chiavette per lasciare i bagagli in sicurezza una volta fatto il check-out.

Centrally located, fruit market and many bars and restaurants just outside of the room. The only thing I didn't like is that there was no conditioner in the bathroom so I had to go to the store to buy some. At the price and level of this hotel I expected conditioner.

O frigobar parece que está incluso no valor da estadia (acho que é isso!). Tem umas balinhas deliciosas espalhadas pelo hotel todo e uma área aberta nos fundos encantadora.

It was a little strange to not see ho - Great location Check in was confusing because there were no instructions on how to enter the hotel. The only phone number provided was a land line. I had no way of calling without a local cellular. If there had not been another customer and cleaning staff to provide direction, I am not sure how I would have gained access to my room.

La posizione della struttura a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni è molto comoda. Il personale che ci ha accolto al check-in è stato molto gentile. - Merle (9/5): Beautiful hotel, comfortable and in a quirky quiet location - mini bar is a wee bonus touch - Gorgeous hotel, in a fantastic quiet location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of the main attractions. So comfortable, all the amenities we needed, lovely free items in the fridge, and plugs in handy places. Beautiful bathroom. Great full length mirror and such a quirky little garden and entrance. Loved it. Unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night, because we had locked the door with the key - we didn’t realise we weren’t meant to do that, we just did it as standard. Bit annoying, particularly as the bin was overflowing by the next day - another bin in the bedroom would be useful.

- Funieru (9/5): De reținut pentru escapade viitoare la Venezia - Situat pe Rio Terra Farsetti, Cannaregio (10 minute de mers pe jos de la gara St. Lucia și 15 de Piazzale Roma) accesibil din strada destul de aglomerată. Mă temeam de zgomot, dar nu a fost cazul. Camerele au dimensiuni suficiente pentru un sejur de cuplu, cu deschidere la o splendidă curte interioară. Check-in simplu, indicații cât se poate de limpezi. Cameră confortabilă, diapusă mai mult longitudinal, mobilier simplu. Curat. Sala de baie e lungă și îngustă, pentru persoane corpolente sau solide ar putea fi un impediment. Nu exista un dulap încăpător. Lumina naturală puțină e oricum o caracteristică a orașului și a diapunerii camerei spre interior.

Beautiful mutual on the ceiling in the room. Flexible check in very useful. Some of the finishes in the room were not that authentic and the quality of the toiletries did not match the price that we paid. There was no conditioner. The room was hot and the thermostat didn’t adjust the temperature. The fridge was useful, but very loud at night, so we unplugged it.

- Matthewe (8/5): Great location, just move the house keeping closet away from bedrooms. I know this is impossible. But it’s my only criti - Clean, spacious and comfortable bed with great walk in shower and bathroom. Pretty central to everything Only problem was that I was next to where housekeepings closet and it was really loud. Not their fault. But ridiculously loud and some guy was coughing constantly at around 12am-1am in the morning.
- Paul (1/5): Eiskalte Abzocke durch gierige Vermieter - nie wieder! - Die Lage zentral Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Heizung gebucht - dies war ein grünes Häkchen hinter dem Ausstattungsmerkmal Heizung. Wir mussten aber bei 16.4 Grad nachts im eiskalten Zimmer schlafen. Auf mehrere flehentliche Anrufe hin erhielten wir von der Gastgeberin folgende Info: nach italienischem Gesetz ist das Heizen erst ab 15.Oktober 2025 erlaubt und ein elektrischer Heizlüfter wegen Brandgefahr zu gefährlich - wir sollten gefälligst die zusätzlichen Bettdecken benutzen. Andere Hotels in Venedig , wir hatten uns bei verschiedenen Rezeptionen erkundigt, handeln das deutlich besser zugunsten ihrer Gäste, diese müssen auch in der ersten Oktoberhälfte nachts nicht frieren! Es gab auch kein Erbarmen bei der höflich gestellten Frage nach einem Preisnachlass oder ähnlichem, auch hier die Antwort stets ein rigides NO! Wir kommen niemals wieder - und können potentielle Gäste nur eindringlich warnen. So etwas haben wir in 20 Jahren Hottelerie definitiv noch nie erlebt!
