When I pulled in I felt as though my property and myself would be put at risk, but I understand that the hotel can't pick and choose who lives in the area, let alone move locations. That feeling didn't fade but my property remained untouched. It's a bed and bathroom with a TV, no bugs or anything for me. As long as I'm safe I'll take a sleeping bag in the rain. So thank you for providing me with walls.

The hotel was renting long-term, and as we walked by a room, a dog barked. The one lamp in the room was not wired properly. We felt unsafe. The furniture did not contribute to our comfort.

Holes in the floor. The property was overrun with unsavory people outside. Just a complete wreck. The night clerk was friendly. Her replacement was not on this world. He was confused by simple words and phrases. I hope he returns from his trip soon..

- brendabW7545XS (2/5): Don’t waste your money staying here…. - We booked this hotel through Expedia opting for 2 king beds. When we got there we immediately noticed the stale, smoky air in the lobby. Our room had over an inch gap in our main door so all outside noise was very clear. The beds both felt like you were sleeping on plywood and were super noisy anytime you moved. The hot water had to be run for 15-20 min before you could shower, the toilet kept running on and off and had looked like the outside hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. To top it all off, where the Kleenex is generally stored, we found a bunch of pills and someone’s I.D. The area is sketchy and only has one place to grab dinner from. We contacted Expedia to get a refund but the best they could do after talking to the hotel was offer us $17 in Expedia points. Don’t waste your money staying there. It’s cheapish for a reason…..

- Spencer (2/5): Condemnable - My flight was delayed several times so by the time I landed I needed a room to sleep for a few hours. Hotels.com had this room as relatively high stars at affordable rate. The room was infested with cockroaches cockroaches in a sink shower and in the bed. When I left at the blanket there were two ran away. The sheet had yellow spots on it I can only presume piss. I showered before checking bed no hot water. In the room about 10 minutes and left. I know paid pre-booked room and paid on site and they said I have to go through hotels.com to get my money back... Hopefully I can. That hotel should be condemned. Couple of the pictures you can see some of the roaches on the tile and around.
- 845chandral (2/5): STAY AWAY - The room was filthy. There was still beard stubble all over and in the sink. The a/c did NOT work. We were in room 110. When we told the front desk they dismissed it like nothing. The casino and restaurant were closed for renovation. Our beds had a sheet and a small blanket on them. Not even a bedspread. No continental breakfast. No cups or anything in the room. And the coffee in the main entrance was gone by 6:30A.M. Water stunk and had a yellowish color to it. Floors weren't mopped and they were sticky. Along with the nightstand and table. And there were cockroaches. We spent 105.00 for one night there. And then we went to another hotel.

The parking lot looked like the rented to long stays which is fine but didn't make us feel safe when we had to park where they had their smoking table and such. The door locks on the outside were broken so the keys were useless, but our room door did lock. No cups or coffee pot, but did have microwave and refrigerator.

Looked like the hotel had been neglected for quite sometime. Safety lock was damaged and broken windows. Cars had people sleeping in them in the parking lot. I was traveling with children with special needs and only one of the 3 rooms I had, had an air condition that worked. I did get a room switched however that room the air conditioner only blew out air. Pit-bulls were on the premises but they were on leashes and their owners were mindful of them and held onto the leash securely when people walked by. There were people who were sketchy mingling in the parking lot. Not a safe hotel and nothing was what I expected. Expedia should not post pictures of their hotel without first checking out the situation first. It surprises me that there was feedback that said the hotel was rated at an 8 or higher by patrons. Good thing we stayed for just one night.

The toilet paper bar was missing so the toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet tank. There were two of us staying in the room but only one wash cloth to use. Overall condition of the property was dirty

The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!

- 310katep (4/5): Avoid! - Don’t believe the pictures on the website this is not a place you want to stay if you can afford not to. It’s in an industrial part of town just down the street from a women’s prison and on the night we stayed there, there were a changing group of up to 10 non- guests hanging round the doors and parking lot, some clearly the worse for wear. It didn’t feel safe and we took everything out of the car into our room, running the gamut of the “welcoming committee” on each trip. The rooms themselves are large, and they were clean , but they hadn’t been well maintained and everything was very basic. There was a bed, a small noisy fridge, a tiny microwave and an old rattler of an air conditioner in the window. The bathroom was old, chipped and stained. There wasn’t even a paper cup available and I had to cross a busy intersection to get a coffee from the gas station. When I got back, I discovered the Vegas is pet friendly, but that doesn’t necessarily mean friendly pets. I didn’t like the look (or sound) of the German shepherd that was moving in across the hall. I booked this hotel on the Qantas website. It was cheaper than some places but not super cheap and there was supposed to be breakfast included and a pool ( no breakfast and the pool had clearly been closed down for years). Most of the reviews were reasonable so I thought it would do for one night on our extended roadtrip. I was wrong. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough!
- Nancy (4/5): - What did we like about the property, we liked the easy access to the highway. We liked the locks on the door. The flooring instead of carpeting. What we didn't like, the bed was terrible, too noisy & lumpy. For a king size bed only 2 pillows. Only a sheet with fleece type blanket, with cigarette burn holes on it, for a non-smoking room. No bedspread, to cover up bedding. Poor night's sleep. We took out an old kitchen chair which had multiple rips on vinyl of seat, exposing batting underneath. We put it out in hallway. Water flow out of shower was very good, but took a long time for hot water to get to shower. There may have been 25 or so gallons of water that ran through, before hot water arrived. Waste of water. Sparse furniture in room. #103 Area outside, poorly maintained. Pool area closed & a complete disgrace. Rips in cover, unsightly out of our window.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Staff great, hotel needs a little work - Pro: if you’re tired no just passing through for the night (so long as it’s not in the summer), this hotel would be fine. The staff were a little overwhelmed, but they were very friendly, they tried to fix things, they tried their best to help everyone. Cons: air conditioners didn’t work in two rooms. Cleanliness was an issue throughout as well. We left early after one night due to the air conditioner issue and the staff was great about us checking out early.

- Cindy (10/5): - Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Only there for one night, a place to sleep and move on. Nice people.
- Kevin (4/5): - Price was cheap but pool, casino, ice machine, and restaurant are all closed, broken or "being remodeled." Broken windows and doors entering building. Abandoned and/or camper cars in parking lot. Felt like an abandoned Circus Circus during a zombie apocalypse. Left the curtain open so I could see my truck during the night. Very shady area. Despite the condition of the outside of the building, room was neat, clean and functional. Refrigerator had last occupants left overs, which I did not find appetizing. I guess I get what I pay for. Would not be surprised if they demolish building and completely remodel. I think the "No local residents allowed" sign was kind of a warning.

- William (4/5): - Not as advertised- we reserved king beds but they did not have any. seems unprepared/uncoordinated.
- Emily (2/5): - Check-in went smooth and quick. After driving 14hrs we really wanted a shower. When we went to take a shower it barely worked. Could not turn it from tub to shower and when you could get any water coming out it had to be on scolding hot to barely get enough to rinse off. There was also brown nasty looking stuff on one of the pillows. Other than that room was clean and quiet. Hallways were dirty and smelled.
- Ainsley (4/5): - This property has potential. But it needs some serious love. Sheets were stained. Floor of the bathroom looked like lots of water damage. Thin walls.
- DAWN (2/5): - The restaurant and casino were closed until further notice. The room was filthy. The bed had been slept in and not changed. Someone’s hair was on the sheets. The air conditioner cover was off and broken. People were running around in the hall ways twerking. Asked for a refund but was refused. Called Expedia.. they contacted the property numerous times but was told the manager wasn’t in so they couldn’t authorize a refund. We didn’t stay there. We left when we saw the room.

- Nerea (6/5): - The first night I was there, I was in a room where the air conditioner was broken and pieces of it were laying on the floor. The bed had not been changed from the previous person who slept in it and there was urine on the seat of the toilet. The next few nights I was in a room that had been cleaned and was in better condition. The staff was friendly.

There are sketchy looking people that live there monthly, using the parking lot like its their personal driveway or yard. People up and down the halls at all times of day & night. Its more licated in the industrial area of town, there is a gas station near. Room was not filthy, but it was far from clean.

- Suzanne (10/5): Vegas hotel - The Vegas Hotel has undergone a nice renovation! I always like the room spaciousness and the hard wood floors. The hotel is easy to get to- and it’s close to the freeway.

- George (2/5): Sucks. - Room was filthy. Beds had stains and hair ine them were not changed. Toilet was not cleaned fad feesies on it. Bathtub was filthy dirty. Used toilet paper on floor in batbroom. Beds had bugs in the. My wife was bitten several times. It was a haven for the homeless a d drugs. I want all my $$ back. Did not get any sleep was not able to shower or use restroom. This was a healty and safety problem for my my wife and guest.
- Sally (6/5): - It was clean and quiet but the hot water took forever to get hot and the room was too warm even with the air conditioner on. Check in person was friendly.

- Amber (2/5): - I had to check in at 4am due to a canceled flight. I had to take bus overnight. I called hotel and they said late/early morning check in is fine. When I showed up front desk couldn’t find reservation. Said it’s because I didn’t check in day before and shrugged. She was about to turn me away but I had nowhere to go and a doctor appt at 10am. I could have been nicer but I was exhausted and desperate.The reservation was found after some time. She gave me key and said it’s upstairs. I go up stairs and the hallways were disgusting. I mean things weren’t vacuumed for months. Smelled like vomit. Full large trash bags left by doors. Walls really dirty. Weird printed signs everywhere giving instructions. “Don’t let kids run in hallways we have truckers sleeping,” stuff like that. I wish I took pictures but I was exhausted. Bed was creaky and hard. Pillows smelled like unwashed hair (not BO but dirty hair). I never give bad reviews but this place was beyond ghetto. Lesson learned. I should have paid a little more for reasonable accommodations.

- Daniel (2/5): Do NOT book this property! - I took one look at the room and checked out. This place is a flophouse: no restaurant, no casino, a pool that is “closed for the season”, sketchy people in the hallways, cops in the lobby. Just a disaster. The desk clerk was nice, and he was understanding when I left. Hotels.com needs much more quality control on their listings.
- Mike (2/5): Just don't - You should only stay here if it is truly your only option to not being homeless. This is not a place for travelers. The price and ratings should have been a warning. I don't mind cheap hotels/motels. This is giant step below below that. I thought it would be a fun little kitschy place. Maybe I'd visit the "Vegas" casino. No. The casino and restaurant are closed up. You check in and talk through a barrier with a camera pointing at you. I was asked to pay a deposit before another staff came and said that wasn't necessary. I don't know how to describe the room. It was a hotel room. There was a bed. There was a toilet and a fridge. It felt like a half-way house. But I did sleep.
- Travis (6/5): - Was hoping to swim but pool closed. Wanted to try casino but casino was closed they are doing a remodel which is not mentioned when booking. Appeared to be blood or some other matter near side of bed .
- Michelle (2/5): - Outside appearance is questionable. Sign on main door says “Fire system not working,” key pad on back door is broken and just hanging there, bathroom door won’t close all the way and the handle doesn’t work. Pool is closed and looks like it hasn’t been used in years. If I would have known all this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked here.
- Jeremiah J (4/5): - Sketchy hotel. Dirty. We went to use the shower and a dirty wash cloth fell from the shower curtain rod. Suspicious characters loitering around the hotel. It took almost 10 minutes to get checked in even though my room had already been paid for in advance.
