Julia (10/5): - Das Hotel Villa Orange bietet eine wundervolle Auszeit im Großstadttrubel, obwohl es in der Nähe der Innenstadt ist. Das Frühstück ist toll und besonders. Das Personal, vor allem am Empfang, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer, ich war bereits in zwei verschiedenen, sind sehr individuell und praktikabel. Dabei aber auf jeden Fall sehr gemütlich und mit Geschmack eingerichtet.

Elijah (10/5): - Let's see if I can give a useful description :-) It feels like a very nice old-school hotel. If I was looking for a place to put up a business traveler, or a visiting speaker I was having in, I'd feel very comfortable with having them there. In particular, the soundproofing was really good -- I stayed on the third floor, directly above the Italian restaurant across the street, and right next to the elevator, and didn't hear a thing -- and the breakfast, well, I usually skip hotel breakfasts, but this was actually good. However, by old-school, I mean that it's configured on the assumption that you're going to be out and about most of the day, and come back to sleep or change your clothes. If you were planning to stay in the room for large chunks of the day, because it's a personal hanging out trip, or for all of it, because your PCR came back the wrong way, and you have to quarantine, it'd feel, um, tight, and you'd notice that amenities you find in more modern-concept hotels (fridges and microwaves, like that) aren't there. So, overall: if you're going to be mostly out and about, this is a really nice place to stay. I absolutely recommend. If you're going to be mostly in, maybe look around a bit more.

I know the have a job to do but they would bulldoze your down while you were standing trying to get food. The service could have been more eloquent.

Received a Booking Number etc., Lo' & behold we get to the Hotel Villa Orange to find they'd ignored or made a mistake & gave our room to another guest(s). All hotels, including Hotel Villa Orange in the Frankfurt CBD were booked solid due to an international Textile conference in the area. Suffice to say the on-duty Hotel Villa Orange people were very apologetic & worked relentlessly to find us a room at another hotel. I know this can & does happen often. Apparently it was our turn.

Medium sized, cozy hotel, located just 5 minutes walking distance from city center in a good & quiet neighborhood, with public transportation just 200 m away. It was easy to get to the Villa Orange, and parking was available ($15/night, not bad). The room was nicely appointed, and the staff very friendly. The free breakfast the next morning was generous, and provided high quality options. The location was perfect, and the stay enjoyable.

Rooms are of good size and very comfortable. Public transportation within 5-10 min walk. Pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 min walk. Love this hotel, we will stay here if in Frankfurt.
