- Michał (9/5): Doskonałe miejsce i do pracy i do zwiedzania. - Świetne śniadania, czystość oraz obsługa. Hotel umiejscowiony w bardzo od Brym miejscu, praktycznie blisko centrum Falkirk. Świetna baza wypadowa nie tylko do obejrzenia Falkirk, ale również okolicznych miast. Jedyny minus mojego pokoju to brak tradycyjnych okien - w suficie znajdowały się tylko dwa świetliki.
- Sheena (7/5): Good hotel, nearly great! - Plenty parking on arrival. Lovely welcome at reception. Room very clean, nice linen and towels. Very nice shower room, good pressure. Staff lovely, especially lady on reception. Great very reasonably priced food in reataurant. Buffet breakfast good. Curtains dated/didn't close well. TV had to be switched on/off at TV. Nowhere in lovely bathroom to place toilet bag, and no place in shower to place products. Also shower had no grab rail and was quite slippy.

Lack of general sitting area for guests - now an area for use for coach tours who only use it for breakfast. Lack of facilities for meeting guests for coffee, etc. Coffee pretty bad quality - nowadays it is normal to have a machine offering cappuccino, etc,

- Thomas (8/5): Good no-frills stay - Good location with plenty of free parking with the town centre just a short 5 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, a decent shower in the room. Breakfast was alright with a selection of things. As mentioned in previous reviews the room was rather warm and the pillows were very flat.

- lang (5/5): - Good location The hotel is very tired looking. Bedroom was a bit tatty. Paintwork and wallpaper condition needs to be sorted. Bed was so uncomfortable, very hard and the 2 pillows were flat as pancakes. Breakfast was simple but nice enough. All the staff were very nice

Not much ,too be honest nit picking would be the pillow s could do with being new or bigger and maybe extra toiletries in rooms ,but again nit picking but clean warm and comfy.

Canned fruit cocktail was offered, but patrons want fresh fruit. More options for tea bags, not all patrons want Plain black tea.... fruit, green, English Breakfast, Earl Grey. Deli meat and cheese would be a great addition too.

Kim’s staff allowed me an extra hour check out to be at the funeral. Food was excellent at the reception. Helpful in ordering taxis.

- Laura (1/5): No windows or air conditioning room was like a sweat box - Staff was lovely Our room had no window or air conditioning it was like a sauna staff provided a fan which didnt do anything other than blow the hot air around the room. Honestly wouldn't leave a dog in that room.

- Gillian (10/5): Bargain find - Clean room with everything I needed. Bed so comfortable. The room was very quiet. Really central hotel with car parking out the front. Breakfast excellent. I paid a total of £17.10 for a double room (with skylight windows only) and breakfast. A bargain for me though thinking the price was an error. Much better than I expected given the cheap rate. I would stay again even if it was more expensive. Reception wasnt well signposted though fortunately the area as you came in was quiet. Personally I prefer a window, not just skylights, but thats what I booked and it was fine
