• Mariola (10/5): Super hotel, święty spokój z dala od betonozy. Dobre jedzenie. - Bardzo dobre jedzenie, duży, przestronny apartament, super plaża. Cudowny personel, absolutnie każdy był bardzo miły. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ciepła woda w basenie wewnętrznym. Mogło by być ciut lepiej sprzątane ale panie sprzątające i tak robiły co mogły.

Koty, które biegały po terenie obiektu były przyjemnym widokiem dla oka. W łazience były również kosmetyki dla gości, miały bardzo ładny zapach. Po prysznicu czy kąpieli przyjemnie było ubrać szlafrok i siedzieć na balkonie gdy grzało słoneczko. Czasem śmierdziało jajkiem od strony morza, ale na to raczej obsługa nie ma wpływu.
• Carola (7/5): Hotel mit Modernisierungsstau - Beim Einchecken hatten wir ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer. Das Management hat sich persönlich und umgehend darum gekümmert. Obwohl die Zimmer mit Meerblick sehr gefragt waren, hat man uns sofort ein anderes angeboten. Am Abreisetag ging unser Flug erst am Abend. Wir durften, das Zimmer und die Restaurants, ohne Mehrkosten, nach Checkout-Time nutzen. Wir danken für das Entgegenkommen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant wurde noch mit alter Technik gearbeitet. Die Speisen vom Buffet waren nur lauwarm bis kalt. Kaffeetassen waren nicht immer ausreichend vorhanden, dafür Becher To Go. Als 5-Sterne Haus sollte dies nicht der Standard sein.

• harrybC4827LU (4/5): don't bother. its adequate until you count the stars - It is very hard to find something that is 5 star here.. there are much better 3 stars. The staff are nice although not smart- there is obviously no uniform for staff. the waiting staff in particular although nice look disgusting and are swearing through there ripped shirts it looks very bad especially around food. only 2 waiting staff look clean one older guy in black and one guy in a tie. the food is just disgusting really 2 star quality. warm salad, 1 type of vegetable every night - sometimes lucky with carrots or unlucky with Brussel sprouts lol, hardly any deserts and if there is its jelly. show cooking is a joke - deep frying frozen fish or grilling frozen patties. at least take them out the box so the customers cant see lol. all the buffet food is stored around the back of the restaurant which is probably why all the cold food is warm by the time you eat it. Its just awful for 5 star. there is only 1 restaurant the 2 pop up ones is the same food just taken from the buffet one and put on a plate. Italian restaurant is collapsing and no one was there entertainment is a joke too all in French wasn't advertised anywhere... i mean fair enough if it was in Greek, but French, why? pools were ok/clean although uncomfy sunbeds on very uneven land. lots of ants and midgies around the pools but its Greece and there is lots of nature around so there's nothing you can do about that cant really complain. there is no beach as in the photos just some rocks so don't expect anything there. rooms are big but musty and way to outdated - again for a 5 star, would expect it in a 2 or 3 star. drinks are rubbish too nothing is branded and the beer taste different depending on what bar you get it from lol. gin and tonic is just flat because the gin is filled with water - i hope it was bottled water at least. the hotel is the middle of no where but people should realise this before they book no ones fault. anyway if you can avoid it just do.., its cheaper than every other 5 star in Greece but that's because its not 5 star the hotel obviously only got judged on facilities.. e.g spa, sea front, 3 restaurants (but thats rubbish its the same food lol) PS the sunset view that lasts 10 minutes is probably 5 star so ill give them that. also tourist tax they charge is 5 star (not good).

Hotel not much help in matter So spent money on a holiday that was not a great customer journey. Lost earning etc Would not recommend this hotel. Hotel surrounding areas not much about and the food was so so and reused alot.

• sharongH2900GV (2/5): This hotel is the most disgusting filthy rundown flea pit you could possibly imagine! - Never in my life have I been to such a disgusting filthy run down sespit! The rooms were filthy, we wouldn’t take a shower in the shower because it was covered in mould from floor to ceiling. The sink had slime all round the tap where it hasn’t been cleaned and the toilet seat was broke.All the window pains had blown so you could barely see through them and not just in our room but all over the hotel. To add to that the food was inedible, I had a plate of cold chips on our first night and the drinks were utterly vile. The wine didn’t taste of wine and the tonic was so awful I couldn’t even have a G&T. The tonic was one of those pump things that they could click the button and serve different soft drinks. Whether it was just the tonic was awful or the pipes were filthy like everywhere else I don’t know. That might explain the upset stomach after the first night. Overall the hygiene levels were disgusting in the restaurant and people were heating up their food in the microwave.The next day we contacted easyJet who wouldn’t do anything to help us so we were left with no choice but to leave and go to another hotel at our own expense! We went to a beautiful 3* hotel close to Rhodes Town which was far superior and spotlessly clean. We are currently in negotiations with EasyJet for compensation. Please ignore anyone who has said this hotel is not so bad, it really is!!!!!!!

• SLfamily4 (10/5): Amazing place to relax away from crowds - Location is perfect, out the way, quiet and restful. We love the relaxed atmosphere of the place. Nikos, Manos and Efthimiosis were always very polite and attentive. Reception staff amazing and the food was first class. We love this hotel and look forward to visiting again next year.
• 134ingaf (2/5): Poor - When we arrived, no security, no porters, only one lady at the reception. For a 5 star resort we had to carry our luggages. The room was lovely, not cleaned, towels with stains, shower courtains with mold, the table was wobbling, on top of the unit a big spider wabe who stood in that place until we are left. We asked the manager to change the mouldy curtain from the shower, but nothing happened. Food was ok, but the site online pictures are not according with the real look of the resort.

Loved fact that each had own apartment style around pool meant you could nip into own toilet in room from pool without having go into a hotel an up stairs etc. Entertainment yes was sometimes in French but they also did translations English. The aqua in pool games an water aerobics were in English. They were very welcoming kind people Entertainment group were brilliant. I definitely want to come back here.

What was meant to be a relaxing, luxurious escape to All Senses Nautica Blue Exclusive Resort and Spa turned into a deeply upsetting experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was wrong. The resort was nothing like the 5-star haven we were promised. - Our rooms were tired, dirty, and mouldy — not just disappointing, but genuinely distressing. - Public areas were broken, filthy, and unhygienic. - The beach and restaurant areas were neglected and poorly maintained. - The overall atmosphere was one of decay, not luxury. We walked the resort for an hour, hoping things would improve — they didn’t. We documented everything with photos and videos, and reached out immediately for help. The only offer was a room upgrade at the same hotel, which felt like a dismissive gesture given the scale of the issues. We were forced to accept a reduced refund under duress, not because we were satisfied, but because we had no other choice. The lack of accountability from the hotel and limited support options left us stranded and disheartened. This was supposed to be a special trip — one we’d looked forward to and trusted Travelodeal to deliver. Instead, we were left feeling misled and let down. We sincerely hope Travelodeal takes this seriously and ensures future customers are not subjected to the same experience.

Il bar della piscina ha anche cibo per stuzzicare fino alle 17. La colazione super top, anche gli altri pasti buoni e vari (considerando che siamo all'estero) ma non greci. C'è anche un ristorante dove poter mangiare greco ma sono portate simili a quelle del buffet + una portata a scelta che non era memorabile. L' all inclusive comprende anche bevande e molti cocktail praticamente a tutte le ore. Le stanze sono grandi, la nostra anche con vista mare. La spiaggia e il mare sono prevalentemente sabbiosi anche se potrebbero essere più curati. C'è un baby park e un tavolo da biliardo e biliardino Sicuramente la pulizia è migliorabile, nella stanza c'erano ragnatele e sporco. Il letto scomodissimo e senza copri materasso, gli asciugamani consumati e sporchi. Siamo lontani dalle fermate del bus quindi abbiamo dovuto prendere il taxi. All'interno c'è un ufficio escursioni e uno di noleggio auto e moto.
• Matthias (1/5): Achtung bloß nicht buchen!!! Schlechteste Hotel ever!!! - Hier kann einem nichts gefallen! Das Hotel ist sehr alt und wird nicht in Stand gehalten. Es ist sehr unsauber. Die Zimmer wirken runtergekommen und unsauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen da Insekten und Kakerlaken in unserem Zimmer waren. Man hat uns kein Ersatz angeboten und sehr schlecht behandelt. Im Restaurant waren viele unsaubere Behälter und die Kaffeemaschine war ekelhaft! ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Leider hat sich auch Booking.com bis jetzt nicht nicht bei uns gemeldet. Schade!!!

Ants in the room, the shower is tiny, the TV was old and very small compared to the room. Honestly, they should be a 3 star place at best, it's closer to a motel than to the resort they claim to be

The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort.

Repas de qualité très très moyenne voire médiocre toujours pareil. Chambres très mal faites. Nous avions des fourmis dans nos lits. Les draps changés qu’une fois en 10 jours. Lavabo jamais fait je l’ai nettoyé moi même. Peignoirs de bain tout usés impossible à utiliser. À la piscine très compliqué d’y entrer et d’en sortir. Échelle avec une seule barre celle du haut … La plage atroce
• rupali (6/5): Non luxury holiday - First 2 days we stayed in a horrible room. Nothing like what was in the pictures. It said on the site that rooms are accessible but they are not and we had to Carry a 13 year old disabled child up and down the stairs for 2 days. On top bathroom had mould. Bed was uncomfortable old dated. No sound proofing. We were then moved to the ground floor room which was better and cleaner. No room service to call. Food was ok. It's quite far from the main town. Some Good points: good pools, good friendly staff, kids friendly.

• Diana (9/5): A price-worthy all-inclusive hotel for a clam stay in nature with beautiful sunsets - This is a great hotel in a quiet area if you want to relax and enjoy nature. If you want more shopping or parties, you need to have a car. We got a beautiful surprise when we arrived and got an updated apartment with our own pool and balcony to the seaside. That was so nice, and we loved the pool, the balcony, and the view with amazing sunsets. The staff was fantastic, and the food was fresh and tasty. The hotel's beach was little; most of the beach was rocks, and there was some seaweed. But 3 minutes walk away was a bigger sand beach, Paralia Fanes, that was perfect. Wi-Fi was not always very good, but otherwise we were very satisfied. This was a very price-worthy hotel.

Va bene la cucina internazionale, ma è un po' scarsa. La spiaggia va curata. Ci è piaciuta la tranquillità e avendo l'auto a noleggio abbiamo girato l'isola in serenità.

• Tanja (5/5): Dette er ikke 5 stjerner. Max 3. - Venlige tjenere. Egen pool var ‘must have’ fordi de fælles larmede voldsomt. Middelmådig mad Sengene var mega hårde og man kunne mærke fjedrende i sengen + den mindste bevægelse gav kæmpe knirk/knagen. Receptionen kunne ikke hjælpe meget, man blev altid sendt videre. Og den videre hjælp var meget sjældent til stede (sightseeing, behandlinger, transfer, aktiviteter på hotellet, ja alt). Gik ofte forgæves og måtte prøve flere gange på trods af man kom i åbningstider. Flere ting krævede kontanter, men der var ingen ATM. Der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj på noget tidspunkt.

Toilet took 3-4 flush to get rid of a S... Beach is dirty as hell cigarettes every where, old chairs, with very little effort they could have clean the beach and the seaweed that came in. One worker was very cruel to the ducks on the beach kicking after them and was throwing stuff at them. Had to run up to reception to ask for toilet paper.
• katarzyna (7/5): - Breakfast was great, good choice Overal, everything was great, however few things, for a 5 star resort were not to my satisfaction. The place is quite old and the standard is not so modern, our bathroom curtain in room 812 was mouldy, the floors are non-soundproof and we could hear our neighbours upstairs running, banging floors,jumping ( Whatsoever) at 6am, at 7am another day and at 2.37 one night,which was very disturbing. Also, the most upsetting aspect was the fact that the entertaintment at the theathre and all activities were run in French by French. Unfortunately we are not French, we are Polish family with a kid, some of us living in the UK , we do not speak French and we were feeling excluded. Our little boy really enjoyed the activities or the night entertaintment, however, karaoke night or quizes run purely in French language were not entertaining for us due to lack of understanding. This really dissapointed us as we were not even able to translate things for him into our language. The group, however, was great.

• arnold (9/5): Not quite 5 stars but would definitely return - Its a great hotel for families, we booked a suite with private pool , very spacious and amazing views and the food in the restaurant was varied, super fresh and tasty hat off to the cooks and the friendly service staff. If you are the influencer type that takes a selfie every 5 seconds than stay away.The place could do with a bit of TLC and the beach is nothing fancy, however for a family with small kids it met all our expectations.

The food Is literally recycled every day the same food for all three meals. Snack bar is left overs from the main kitchen. The restaurants serve the same food as well with limited menu The location is an hour away from everything we had to rent a car and drive hours to get to nice beaches the old city and restaurants.
• emmajW1559KR (2/5): Terrible hotel. - Super disappointed. Feeling scammed by this hotel. Doesn’t look like the photos, way prettier on the photos. 1. Hotelrooms were old, lots of broken items and generally dirty. 2. Staff in the reception was so rude to us, specially the man that worked night shift. 3. Hotel beach were full of trash and dirt.. 4. The outdoor area looked like the furniture had been picked up from the junkyard – a lot of it was broken and in very poor condition. Also, the hotel has few sunbeds, and often the ones available were broken. 5. We booked a hotel room with sea view, we didn’t get that. We complained but the staff procrastinated the problem for days, until we spoke to the manager - which lead to us changing rooms, but got charged extra for this.. Also, our last day we needed to change rooms again because our room got booked for someone else. We asked for late checkout - so we had our new room until the day after, but when we checked out the receptionist said we needed to pay extra for our late checkout because we stayed an hour longer in our room (which we got told we had until the next day) *After we complained, it felt like the staff hated us, they were rude and not helpful - mostly the staff in the reception. 6. Our upgrade hotel room had a pool, but they didn’t clean it when we checked into the room. Which we asked for, both by the reception and the man that cleans pools. (You could see the dirt in the pool, didn’t get cleaned after the previous guests.) 7. The food was boring and not very good. Didn’t have fresh fruits, almost no variation. This hotel should really reconsider their 5- stars. This is not a 5- star hotel, more like a 3 - rude staff and poor condition around the hotel. When you book a 5 star hotel, you get your hopes up - but when this is the "definition" of a 5 star hotel? 😬 You get really disappointed. Never coming back. On the positive note, the staff in the main restaurant were really nice! We also rented a car - this saved our vacation! There is much more to see than the terrible hotel!

• 257ghislainec (10/5): Calm, peaceful escape - perfect - Went for 5 nights and had the best time. The resort is on a stunning setting - a long strip metres away from the azure sea. I agree, the beach area was underwhelming but walk 100m and arrive at an endless stretch of beach where kite surfers filled the sky. We found a spot at the other end of the resort under cicada filled trees that provided gentle shade and the sea a breeze that meant we were never uncomfortably hot. We loved the food, only slept in the room which was clean, air conditioned and had a spacious bathroom. If you wanted activities, they were on but we preferred the quiet, which is what we got. Hardly heard any British voices. The alcohol wasn’t great but then it’s not that great for me anyway! Wine was palatable. All in all we loved the resort for a short, quiet 5 night break and would definitely return. It didn’t bother me that the gym was a few rusty machines outside - there are plenty of exercises and routines using body weight - it’s a holiday after all!!

Cats running round in the dining area, disgusting. Dirty rooms, dirty pool. Put up the do not disturb sign yet they entered our room anyway. No AC in the dining hall, same food each day. Drinks machine not working. Card machine in the store not working couldn’t even buy my child a cold juice because the lady only wanted cash. 1000s of bugs all around the pool because it’s grass. No trash cans at the pool causing more ants and bugs. Rotten. I do not recommend and will not return. My son was up all night the first night we were there itching because of the dust. So disappointing

• 310gillyp (2/5): Not 5* in Rhodes - Easyjet has really got this hotel very wrong this is not a 5*The full inclusive price should be all inclusive. Food standard is very poor, and constantly serving the same dish. The included alcohol is very poor standard, watered down red wine, and poor selection of alcohol, you can pay for a branded drinks. Ensure you go to dinner early as you will not get much as they run out of plates and food. It's the worst all inclusive l have every stayed at. As for the private beach, it's dirty and unkempt beach. Room is basic, but clean thanks to the hard working young ladies who clean the rooms. On a late arrival, 23.00, we were told where our room was and sent on our way, with no help with cases, just a paper map, no food or drink till the morning. Such a shame as a great setting, fab sunsets to watch. Great help getting taxis from the Auzzie/greek gentleman in the hotel, very friendly and helpful. Nothing outside like restaurants or bars, but it makes for a quiet resort. This hotel could be fantastic. It lacks the extras you would expect, which is disappointing 😞

Odanıza özelmiş gibi. Manzara çok güzel. Deniz kenarı olmasına karşın sahili neredeyse denize girmeye uygun. Değil. Adanın batısında oluşundan sürekli dalgalı deniz. Yemek servis alanında UZO yok ☺️☺️. Kalkıp restorant dışındaki bardan almanız gerekiyor... Araç yoksa bulunduğu konumda çıkıp gezmeniz pek mümkün değil.

Hotellissa haluaa ehdottomasti nukkua siisteissä ja tahrattomissa patjoissa. Vähän jo pinnatkin alkaa kulumaan hotellihuoneissa, joten niitäkin tulisi alkaa jo remontoimaan. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, tämä hyvä asia. Ruoka mielestäni hyvää tasoa.

• ok711 (2/5): Terrible experience! Do NOT book your hotel here! - Is it possible to give a hotel 0 stars? I booked all inclusive, but was no near an all inclusive experience! It is not possible to get water bottles, instead they charge you money for it. They give water from the tab, but the water is not clean or atleast tastes nothing like clean water. You get 2 water bottles from the housekeeping, but with 35 degrees daily it is no nearly enough. Other than that, you can't get daily clean towels. Instead you get 2 clean towels every 3 days, which is insane. Food tastes very bad and not fresh, and there are animals everywhere when you eat. The service at the lobby is horrible, and their excuses are that the rules change every day, and that if you aren't happy, you can just complain to the management. Stay away from this hotel. This is not a 5 star all inclusive hotel! Will never come here again, and I suggest that if you want to get a good experience in Rhodes, that you book a hotel somewhere else!

Especially Manos and Nikos who really elevated our experience and our time at the hotel with their service and hospitality. Both are a real credit to the hotel! Additionally, they made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had!

The room had no WiFi in fact they said its a huge problem. The rooms on ground floor had ants we complained the next morning that ants were in the bed. They moved us upstairs room that was fine,until the day before we left that night we found 3 large cockroches in our room.we couldn't change rooms as none were available. They could send someone to come and spray that didn't work. Food was not great. Manager in the restaurant was rude to us . Staff were friendly. Ants everywhere outside on the grass yes we get that it's hot but when we spoke to other staff they said we are lucky as literally worse than this in July &August
• 31zuzannap (10/5): Perfect place to relax - If you're after the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Greek sunshine this is the spot. The coastline on this property is gorgeous and very windy which really helps in the Greek heat. We went as a family of four adults and found you could always have some privacy whether chilling by the quiet pool or by the seafront. We found the bar by the sea to be our fave as you could get drinks to sit in, served in actual glassware and ceramics. Location wise you're about 20mins away from the airport, we hired a car for the stay so this was smooth and there's tonnes of lovely beaches and nearby towns to explore. Rhodes town is only 40mins drive away and the resort has it's own hire shop so we did use it for a moped hire. Great way to enjoy the heat and explore. The food was always fresh and lovely, lots of choice, typical all inclusive style. Room was super clean and always got fresh towels daily and even change of sheets three days into our stay. Cannot fault the staff here who work their socks off and are always on hand to help! Thanks for a lush holiday!
