• Ronit (4/5): Cute hotel, dirty sheets. - Very pretty tropical Flora all around the units. The front desk person was friendly. Easy to get into the unit - very clear self check in directions. I so wanted to like this hotel after reading all the positive reviews, unfortunately, I didn’t. They definitely did not change my sheets. I found black straight hair in my bed when I woke up and a dead ant. I have blond curly hair. Unfortunately, I was so tired that I did not notice when I got into the bed after midnight. It was pretty upsetting to know I slept on dirty sheets. Also, the hotel is on a noisy intersection and my room was in the front, so I could hear the traffic.

• Schwab (10/5): Inexpensive, highly-efficient, clean stay - Self-checkin was simple and fast once I understood that this was what I was doing. Parking was very convenient and free. Not always true in this part of Florida. The room was clean, very functional. I liked the tiling in the bathroom. Nice touch. The hotel was close enough to downtown Ft. Lauderdale that I ended up walking. The price was very competitive.
• DeFacis (10/5): The Oasis is just that- a hidden tropical oasis in the middle of a city. - We loved the courtyard area! The grounds were so beautiful and well maintained. Loved sitting out there with family and relaxing! Room 14 was just perfect for our needs. Great place to gather with family and Uber to the port for our cruise. My name was backwards on my reservation. I called and was assured all was ok for my arrival.

• stephane (8/5): nous avons fait 1 journée a fort Lauderdale ce qui reste un peu court - l'emplacement était bien cependant il y avait des travaux dans la rues ce qui rendez l'ambiance un peu sonore. après il faut bien que cela se fasse. bien les travaux dans la rues , sinon tout était correct. Juste une chose je croyait qu'il y avait un portail pour rentrer la voiture avec le premier code , on a donc fait un tour de pâté de maison avant de se garer devant et comprendre que le premier code et pour le portillon.

The walls needed to be washed and or painted especially in bathroom. Housekeeping is only onsite until 3:30pm and no night staff onsite which felt a bit unsafe to us. We ended up not showering and checking out the next day.

It’s quaint and check-in was very easy never met any staff never spoke to anybody, but it was great and simple Just a heads up to the owners, you need to remove the hairdryer in room four and throw that out. Sparks flew in fire started coming out of it when I turned it on.
• Jem Western (7/5): The stay was let down by the disturbing noise in our particular room. - The location was good and outside garden was a nice feature. Check-in was easy and pre-stay communications were good. Immediately outside the rear of our room (Room 6) there was a refrigerated drinks dispenser machine which made a loud throbbing noise for around 5 minutes, re-starting every 5 minutes. Because the pillow end of the bed was against this outside (timber) wall it was extremely disturbing. We ended up dragging our bed into the room which helped a bit.

Location was too close to Rt1 and traffic, loud vehicles through the night. Room initially smelled clean but when we returned from dinner the room smelled quite musty and wasn’t good for my husband’s allergies!!

• Sal (10/5): A quaint and beautiful little hotel in a great location for cruisers. - Location close to cruise terminals, Walgreens, Starbucks and Osteria Acqua Farina Italian restaurant. Beautiful patio in the back. Responsive staff. It rained the night we arrived. The seats in the patio were wet the next day so we didn’t have a dry spot to sit on the patio furniture. Recommend they use some type of tarp to cover the patio furniture.

• Denise (10/5): Beautiful oasis with garden and outdoor lounging with a great location! - We were from a colder climate so we spent all our time outside in the garden. It was so fabulous and literally made our trip there. We all agreed we would return just for the garden. It was also very close to a lot of different restaurants, across the street from a CVS and Starbucks. It was perfect. It was a double queen room and was a little bit of a squeeze in the room. There wasn't space on both sides of the beds. But we were outside the whole time so it didn't bother us.

• Linda (1/5): Will not be back. - I’m not sure if I can say, the garden court was very nice. The bed was so soft, could not sleep. The heat didn’t work, it was so cold in the room we walked around with blankets wrapped around us. Could not take a shower, it was too cold ! We were going to go out and enjoy the courtyard, but there was a resident cat and my husband is highly allergic to cats. Not a good experience at all!
• Andrea (6/5): Marginally acceptable, but convenient - Convenient to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. It is also very close to the Marina if you were starting or ending a cruise. The mattress was good. There was excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. We rented this cottage to transition from a stay at a seaside 2 bedroom, 2 bath timeshare vacation before flying home because of the flight availability. We knew we would have food to use up and thought the kitchen would make preparing meals possible. The "kitchen" is really only appropriate for making a cup of coffee and microwaving a pizza, eating food picked up from a local sandwich place, even though there is a small frig with a freezer. While there were a few dishes, a couple pots, and a colander, there were no paper towels, no dish soap, no sponge, no peeler, no scissors, etc. The buildings are old and while an effort has been made to spruce it up, I would rate this a 2-3 star accommodation. Also, everything is done thru texting. You never directly interact with the staff.
