Recebemos no check-in uma atenção muito especial da atendente Luciana Hernandez, que além de muito simpática, nos deu ótimas dicas para aproveitar nossa estadia de um dia em Lisboa. O Hotel fica em uma localidade perto de duas estações do metrô, muito fácil e rápido para chegar nos pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é completo. Não há.

My husband accidentally left his belt bag (containing his wallet, driver's license, and cash) in the room. As soon as I got back home, the hotel proactively called me to inform us about the forgotten items. The entire team handled everything with world-class professionalism. They safely recovered all items, carefully arranged international shipping to the UK, and swiftly processed a bank transfer to refund our remaining cash. Finding such a trustworthy, honest, and efficient hotel team is rare nowadays. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, and they completely turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. Thank you, Hotel Luena! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lisbon!

Príjemný personál na recepcii Prekvapil nás depozit na prípadné náklady, zatiaľ sme sa s tým nikde inde nestretli. Nebol to však problem, len neobvyklé

- Melanie (10/5): - Tout était très bien, nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. Nous étions 2 couples, et tous avons apprécié le séjour là-bas. L'accueil était parfait, ils ne parlent pas tous français, mais font des efforts pour nous faire comprendre le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Nous avons pris la formule petit déjeuner, vraiment rien n'as redire là-dessus non plus. Un gros avantage, c'est que le métro se trouve à 3 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Literie, très bien. Dzeramais ūdens pieejams visu uzturēšanās laiku, ir iespējams papildināt arī savu ūdens pudeli. Brokastis vienveidīgas katru dienu, maz dārzeņu, kafija negaršīga, lifts maziņš- ar somām knapi 2 cilvēki var saiet liftā. Mūsu numuriņš var teikt bez loga, jo logs bija mazs un skats uz trubu, bet tā kā nebraucām dzīvot viesnīcas numuriņā, tad viss ok

Our room on the 6th floor was spacious enough and kept very clean by the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is standard, continental with enough food and constant supply.

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eigentlich alles, was man für einen Start in Tag benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Peter (8/5): Lovely weekend stay at Luena - Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for metro. You can walk into central Lisbon very easily, although the route is pretty urban, so not missing too much if you don’t. Similarly, the airport is just one metro line switch away.

- Flo from Cologne (10/5): Ideal für einen Städtetrip!!! - Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, nachdem wir dort innerhalb von drei Wochen zweimal für jeweils zwei Nächte gewesen sind. Das einzige Manko ist wenn überhaupt die Lage, wenn es einem darum geht, direkt im Trubel von der Altstadt zu sein. Aber auch dort ist man entweder in 20 Min zu Fuß oder in drei Minuten mit der Metro, deren System sowieso super ist, um den Stadtkern von Lissabon zu erkunden. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer geräumig, super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man findet jedenfalls auch als Vegetarier etwas. Das wirklich Beste an dem Hotel sind aber die Mitarbeiter, weil wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch mal für einen Plausch zu haben ist. Um zwei Beispiele zu nennen: Wir konnten einmal unser Frühstück auf den zweiten Aufenthalt switchen (mussten sehr früh zum Flughafen) und bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt konnten wir durch einen Zimmerwechsel bereits 4 Stunden vor Checkin ins Zimmer. Und wir haben noch nicht einmal darum gebeten, sondern es wurde uns explizit angeboten. Daher verdient sich dieses Hotel, insbesondere auch was Preis-Leistung angeht, die Bestnoten! OBRIGADO

Um zwei Beispiele zu nennen: Wir konnten einmal unser Frühstück auf den zweiten Aufenthalt switchen (mussten sehr früh zum Flughafen) und bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt konnten wir durch einen Zimmerwechsel bereits 4 Stunden vor Checkin ins Zimmer. Und wir haben noch nicht einmal darum gebeten, sondern es wurde uns explizit angeboten. Daher verdient sich dieses Hotel, insbesondere auch was Preis-Leistung angeht, die Bestnoten! OBRIGADO!

- Mariarosaria (8/5): - Pulizia, gentilezza alla reception (specialmente Caio), ultimo giorno ci hanno preparato colazione abbondante da asporto Stanza Familiare De Luxe piccola per 4 persone. Mancava spazio per appendere e/o appoggiare oggetti e sistemare vestiti. Trovo poco igienico appoggiare i cuscini di arredamento direttamente sui guanciali dove si dorme anche dopo averli messi da parte nell'armadio. Alcuni oggetti personali sono stati spostati per cercare di fare ordine.

Water bowels, food bowels, doggy beds, doggy snacks and potty bags. Absolutely wonderful. As European beds go, it was comfy. Air conditioning easy to control. Breakfast extraordinarily good, eggs with mushrooms with ham slightly grilled American bacon style a bit, so yummy! 100% perfect. Thank you. Um. That I could not stay longer in that perfect location and tjat my ane caused me to.muss breakfast with them!

- Isbel-15 (9/5): Perfecto para visitar Lisboa - Todo el personal muy amable. Al día siguiente de nuestra llegada teníamos una excursión a Sintra y la salida era temprano, lo comenté en recepción y nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. Nos guardaron las maletas tanto el primer día como el ultimo. Y todo esto con amabilidad y simpatía. Nada.

Badkamer was prima, compact maar prima. Ik miste een zitje waar je gezellig kon zitten en wat drinken. geen echte lobby of iets dergelijks
- remi (9/5): - Accueil et personnel très agréable, établissement propre et très bien placé à deux pas du métro ligne verte afin de faciliter les déplacements dans la ville.
- Ingrid (8/5): Hôtel bien situé. - Le plus gros point positif est la proximité du métro! Le quartier est animé, dispose de restaurants et magasins. La chambre est propre et nettoyée chaque jour, des serviettes propres sont remises quotidiennement. Une petite attention pour les enfants est déposée dans la chambre ainsi que quelques fruits. Réception ouverte 24h/24. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas si excellent que ça. Pour 12€ par personne dont les enfants à partir de 6 ans, il vaut mieux aller prendre le petit déjeuner, voire même un brunch à l’extérieur! À 15min à pied il y a par exemple le Garden Balthazar caffe qui propose des brunchs pour enfants à 11€! Et d’autres menus à prix abordables. Il y a aussi le Tomorrow at 9 qui propose une large choix de petits déjeuners ou brunch plus attrayant qu’à l’hôtel!

- Philippe (10/5): Un établissement de qualité et un accueil très humain - Nous avons été très gentillement accueillis par Damien qui s'exprime très bien en français et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Mon épouse ayant été victime d'un accident sur la voie publique, Damien a fait preuve de beaucoup d'empathie à notre retour des urgences à 5 h du matin. Il a informé la direction de cet accident, qui elle-même a eu des gestes de gentillesse et de réconfort. Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel. Rien
