Colchão confortável, mas a cama fazia bastante barulho ao mínimo movimento, o que acabou por incomodar. Além disso, o isolamento acústico não é o melhor, sendo possível ouvir facilmente o ruído dos corredores.

Thomas (1/5): A hotel to avoid at all costs - We have been staying there 4 nights every May or June since 2016 except for Covid years while attending a trade fair, but the quality and service and employees seems every year to get worse…. There has been a cold spell with night time temperatures down to 10° and they refuse to turn the heating back on….I thought I was renting a room, not a refrigerator…. The night time staff either flat out lied about turning heat on, or came up with all kinds of squirrelly excuses not to, every night it was a repeated phone calls to front desk battle, only some of which won. Reception was flat out rude, indifferent, and quarrelsome— NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHERE PROFIT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN COMFORT OF CLIENTS

O quarto não tem praticamente arrumação nenhuma, o que considero um ponto bastante negativo. O pequeno almoço poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade e sentimos falta de reposição de algumas coisas.

El spa nunca habia nadie en la puerta y sin recoger la tarjeta no tenias acceso, creo que un poco de descontrol con el cumplimiento de las normas del spa, niños gritando y saltando sin poder relajarte la verdad. El desayuno bastante escaso diria yo para el precio que tiene el desayuno y todos los dias el mismo desayuno

El café del desayuno es malo, en relación al resto que es variado y rico. Portugal tiene muy buen café en general.

Andreia Dias Pxo (4/5): Decepcionada - a localização, o sistema de check out, a limpeza E OS AMENITES Quarto muito pequeno, nas fotos parece bem mais amplo, na recepção á nossa chegada, estavam três funcionarias, fomos recebidos com frieza, quase vista com indiferença, só um rapaz que depois se aproximou foi muito simpático e nos dias seguintes quem lá estava também foi muito atenciosa, tínhamos acesso ao spa, mas não usamos, visto que teríamos de reservar, ficando nós na impossibilidade de usufruir, pois estávamos em ferias e queríamos ver as atrações e não saberíamos o tempo que iriamos usar ou ter disponível para usufruir, a recepção não está sinalizada, foi um puzzle entender a entrada do hotel. Não recomendo e dificilmente voltaremos. E não passamos estas situações á gerencia pois fomos focados em relaxar e já tínhamos estressado o suficiente, para ainda ter de aguentar perguntas e respostas, sobre o que aconteceu e etc.....
Jose (9/5): Foi uma boa estadia - Bom pequeno almoço. O ar condicionado aparentemente é controlado centralmente e foi necessária insistência junto do hotel para o colocarem a funcionar.

Maria Teresa (7/5): - Espaço, localização, conforto A porta do banheiro não conseguia abrir e nem fechar, o que deixava o chão molhado. E ao pedir serviço de quartos não houve preocupação em recolher o tabuleiro por dois dias
