The gym instalation is good and haven't tried the pool yet but it seemed also amazing A really nice point to mention is the every day refill of consumables and the change of towels I have enjoyed staying a full week in Indonesia. Many thanks! I will most than surely repeat my staying in this hotel Maybe the only thing I didnt was that the air conditioner cannot be set to warm temperature but this is not a flaw at all

• FARRA NABILLA BINTI MOKHLIS (10/5): Great! - The staff are amazing and the food are great! I enjoyed the room service (especially the nasi goreng) and how spacious the room is. Location wise it is also very convenient considering it is near a mall, you're able to walk in less than 5 minutes and they have a special access to the mall.

• Steven (7/5): Comfortable stay in Depok - It is near to a big mall which offers many meal options. While the breakfast serves a good spread, it gets really very crowded in the restaurant at certain times, especially over the weekends. It was hard to find a table during these times, and it might be due to the manpower crunch that certain tables were not cleaned in time. The hot latte I asked for was served cold. It was also the first time in my hotel stay in various countries, that I had to settle the laundry bill before my clothes are delivered to my room.

The hotel is comfortable, but what really stood out was the service from Windy at the front desk. He was attentive, and even arranged a complimentary cake with a kind graduation greeting in my room. That thoughtful gesture made the stay feel more personal and memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of downtown of Depok, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. My room was a true oasis; the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the entire space was quiet and relaxing. ​But the real highlight was the food. The hotel's restaurant served up some of the best meal.

• bpasadena (10/5): Great hotel, and the mall next to it is wonderful! - The Margo Hotel is a 4-star hotel located strategically in the heart of Depok with easy access to Margocity Mall (connected to the hotel). My wife and I stayed at this hotel at the end of July, 2025 for 1 night only. THE LOBBY – the lobby is nice, modern and never crowded. The receptionists are friendly and professional. CHECK IN – Check in is smooth and quick. I think you are required to put a deposit for incidentals. The porters are attentive, polite and helpful. THE ROOM – Our room is the Suite with shopping mall view. It is nice, spacious, clean, and the AC works well. The bathroom is huge but there is no tub. The toilet is nice and the rain shower is certainly enjoyable. TV does not really have many channels. In fact I think it's stream TV with limited options. THE GYM – The gym is nice with standard fitness equipment. THE SWIMMING POOL – Nice infinity swimming pool. Some women swam fully clothed while I was there. BREAKFAST – Breakfast is very good. The Indonesian food is lovely and the egg station gives you good omelets. Of course, you also get assorted pastries, croissants, fruits, juices, tea, coffee, etc. I would stay here again. The suite is so good that it makes you feel like you're staying in a 5-star hotel.
