Quest is clean, well located, well stocked, fully functional. I was able to cook, access groceries, do laundry and work at an apartment with service at par with any good 4 star hotel.

The room was very clean, modern design and beds very comfortable. only downside is the rear parking is a nuisance to get in and out of especially when there is another car coming in at the same time. The carparks are also very small.

Whilst it is quite an accessible location, it does feel like it is in the middle of nowhere.

The room was clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet. There is a bus stop right at the front of the hotel. The things that can be better are: one, the shower in the bathroom, as there is only a shower head and no handle in my room type. Secondly, there is a little door in my bedroom that can't be opened, but it has a lock, which worries me a bit because I don't know what's behind it. I read some scary stories about those doors back in my country before, so I was worried,d but luckily nothing happened.

- yovanina (5/5): Over I have stayed at the Quest previously and had a great experience. This time there were dirt pillows and a funky sme - I enjoyed the balcony The room smelt like rotten cheese and the spare pillows had dirty foundation all over them from a previous guest.

- Francesco (3/5): Will not choose the same hotel company again - Only the first person I meet in the hotel was friendly and polite, Bruno a brasilian guy; the rest not even good morning or evening where saying I am very disappointed with the treatment I received during my stay. Firstly, I was not informed in advance that no room cleaning service would be provided over the weekend. Secondly, the noise during the night was extremely disruptive and prevented me from sleeping properly. This morning, despite explaining the situation, I requested a late check‑out and confirmed my departure at 12:00. A penalty of AUD 50 was nevertheless applied, which I find unreasonable given the circumstances. Based on this overall experience, I will not be returning to this hotel and will ensure that colleagues within my company are aware and avoid booking this property in the future.

- Madison (1/5): Don’t waste your time - No parking rooms were dirty, staff unhelpful with any task and not very friendly except for one person I interacted with. I was told there was parking which there wasn’t and I had to use a public carpark. No room service. There were skid marks in the toilet in arrival and hair all over the sink. When i spoke about this I was met with a blank face and they really couldn’t care less. They need to update their add on this platform and remove the misinformation. Disgusting they can get away with it.

- Michelle Connell (6/5): - rooms were nice big and comfortable bed; location was good a little bit out of the city centre in a nice quite clean and friendly area of Perth We had some issues checking in and the room not being ready after check in time, which we can overlook, but we also had the issue of trying to get 4 x suitcases to the hotel with no drop off zone, this was just slightly inconvenient but waiting with our bags in the narrow corridor we felt like we were in the way the entire time whilst we waited for our room to be ready for us to check in.

- Mark (8/5): It's good. All of the staff are very friendly. - I like the location. It's right within East Perth which is good. The venue is not that for from the cat bus as well which is a bonus. The gym could be better. It's very small and with that small size, it wouldn't be able to handle people that are close to 10.

- Patrizia (9/5): Girl catchup - We had a luvley balcony to sit on in the afternoon sunshine and catch up. The Executive apartment was very spacious. Would be great to have enjoyed the Roof top bar n enjoyed our complimentary drink but it had already closed when we arrived back from the show.

- Camila (2/5): Disappointing - I really appreciated all the small details and that they listened to all my requests. We arrived late and we were given a room on the 17th floor which was great however both keys didn’t work when we arrived, so we had to go back to reception (ground floor) to fix them. Very annoying, especially because we were so tired after a delayed flight. We arrived around 11pm and there were dirty bed sheets on the floor next to the lift. They were still there the next day in the morning. See photo attached. The key safe wasn’t working because the battery was low. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, so the room was very humid all the time. Breakfast is not continental. It’s just a box with granola, juice, and milk. I only found out a few days before arrival, which was stressful because everything nearby was closed for public holidays. The “king bed” is just two single beds pushed together. One was older and higher than the other, which made it very uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep together and cuddle. See photos attached. There was a leak in the bathroom, so we had to move to another room. See photo attached. The new room was smaller, which felt like a downgrade, and we had to pack and unpack everything again, wasting our time again. The bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom had small flies due to humidity. When I was given the key to the new room, there were still people inside. It was very awkward as I was told the room was ready. Then, I couldn’t go back to the previous room because I had already returned the key, so I had to go back to reception again, wasting more time. Our room wasn’t cleaned for three days because of public holidays and Sunday. If basic service isn’t provided, the price should be lower. The quilt didn’t have a proper cover, which made it feel dirty.
- C2161LMjj (2/5): TERRIBLE SERVICE - Save your money - wouldn't recommend at all. Having front counter staff fake 5 star reviews in Google( Yen, Angy, Deeksha are front reception staff were interacted with during our stay ) in addition to pressurizing guests to leave 5 star reviews to make sure ratings aren't impacted! - shows how dire this place really is. There are some brave guests who have shared honest reviews with photos (which may be deleted like some others have shared) describing yet again the absolutely terrible customer service from reception to hotel management, hotel hygiene standards and poor overall experience. What's even more ironic is the shared bad experience amongst many guests as we exit the lifts/venue - quite literally having the same bad experience with the staff here. While the location is central, that's about the only good thing about this place. Absolutely traumatized by the experience at this place. Plenty of other venues nearby that offer way better quality and service for the price you're charged.
- th708123 (2/5): The staff made the experience horrible, me and my friends and family will never come back. - The staff were extremely rude, we booked through booking.com for 4 people and it said the sofa bed was included. Upon arrival we asked for linen so we could make up the sofa bed. The staff said it would cost and extra $60 and that we should have booked for 5 people. We explained that there was only 4 of us so we weren’t sure why we should have booked for 5 and we didn’t understand why we had to pay $60 when the sofa bed is included in the room. After a lot of back and forth the other staff member said the $60 was for housekeeping to make the bed, we then explained that we just wanted the bedding and we’d make it ourselves that was no trouble. The staff member I was with rolled his eyes and started laughing at me. This was extremely disrespectful and made everyone feel very uncomfortable. If I hadn’t already payed I would’ve went somewhere else. I felt judge for being in my early twenties as if we weren’t entitled to stay somewhere because we were young.
- wilkinsonfamily2026 (4/5): Great Property --> Terrible Service - The hotel failed to act on the specific bedding configuration instructions, even though they had confirmed they could accommodate our needs by email. When we asked for the situation to be remedied, we were told that it was not the hotel's fault and that they could not do anything. We ended up separating the king beds and making up the five beds ourselves. Later, we discovered that the onsite food and beverage facility was closed, and we could not order dinner or breakfast. I would expect better of Quest, especially during a peak long weekend. On checkout, we waited over 20 minutes for the porter to bring down our bags, even though we were the only guests checking out at the time. We had a limousine waiting for a wedding party, so the delay had a knock-on effect on our timing. The two-bedroom apartment was simple, clean, and adequately fitted out. However, the service let down the experience.
