Guest Reviews
- Scott (4/5): - Room was way too small
- Genelyn (6/5): - No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door.
- Timothy (4/5): Not here again - The room was tiny, no view, no windows, furnishings were old, the bed squeaked horribly. We decided to drive home late at night instead of staying.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Walking distance to my work
- Stanley (10/5): - I needed an affordable hotel room in GenSan and found Casa Rafael on Hotels.com. Sure the room's small but I can live with that for 3 or 4 more days ! It's clean, the A/C works great, and the staff's really friendly and willing to help ! In the future should I ever need a hotel in GenSan, I'll definitely stay here again !
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Limited choices for the breakfast meals.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I like the cleanliness but the AC is not cold enough.
- Ray Anthony (6/5): Poor physical facilities offset by nice staff. - Pillows were so thin. They were probably thick when new and got thin from overuse. Badly need replacement.
Towels were overly used and washed. Also badly need replacement.
Sink faucet was leaking when opened, causing water to overflow on the floor. The cartridge probably needed replacement as well.
The shower area did not have either a glass enclosure or at least a shower curtain. So when I showered, the toilet area got wet.
It took a bit of time for warm water to flow out from the shower head.
While the toilet had a manual bidet, water pressure was so weak which made it useless.
Bed made a creaking and annoying noise.
No night lamp was provided.
Air conditioning was adequate.
Staff was nice, courteous and accommodating,
Breakfast of fried rice, fried smoked boneless milkfish, banana and coffee was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Walking distance from SM. Building is new
- Xrj (8/5): Till next time - Casa rafael has a good accommodation and accessible thank you.
- Kyle (10/5): I will stay again. - The room was very clean and organized and the bathroom was spacious and clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again it was close to the shopping malls and downtown and very cheap with fares and free breakfast in the morning.
- Jane (4/5): - Lack of staff and the guard is always asking where are we going every time we enter the establishment. Like HELLO? We're guest here!
- Jane (6/5): Hotel is good but lack of staff. - Upon checking-in the staff gave us a room however the room that they provided to has someone is still using it. So they gave us another room. Every time I enter the establishment the guard keep asking me where do I go. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and its very inappropriate to ask a guest every time they enter. The front desk of the hotel is also the one who check the room for us and also prepared the breakfast. We are the other staff? How can they accommodate every guest's if only one person are doing everything?
- Adel (4/5): Non comfortable - It was non comfortable the room very very smallthe bed very bad non comfortable the shower with out hot water
- Robert (8/5): - The Internet is a bit slow
- Tek Sim (6/5): - Room is clean but the room set up is not ok. The bathroom is facing the bed and the bathroom switch is on the headboard
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Clean Hotel in General Santos City - This hotel is very clean and very good. The only thing which is not good in this hotel is their bed which is kinda not comfy.
- Ana Celina (6/5): Clean and new. - I would suggest that the only thing lacking was a 24 hour room service because there were no restaurant nearby.
