Jaike (6/5): - Pracht locatie! Aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt. De bedden en de kamers zijn echt te oud. We lagen letterlijk op de veren. Hele gebouw is verwaarloosd. Zo jammer dat de eigenaar dit laat gebeuren. Is echt een prachtige locatie en met wat aandacht en vernieuwing een top hotel!
Milena (4/5): Hotel zatrzymał sie na czasach PRL - Świetna obsługa zarówno Pani jak i Pan z recepcji byli naprawdę bardzo mili i pomocni! To chyba najlepszy punkt tego Hotelu. Śniadania ok. Okropnie zniszczone meble, łóżko było okropnie obdarte tak samo meble, pościel miała dziury i plamy, w kloszu lampy mnóstwo martwych much, w łazience nie świeci żarówka a słuchawka od prysznica opada. Jeśli chodzi o śniadanie było okej ale nikt z obsługi nie pilnuje czy wszystko nadal jest... niektórzy przyszli później i już nie mogli zjeść wszystkiego co było ciut wcześniej.

A reggeli elfogadható volt, s ha a hölgy a recepciós még akkor szó nélkül töltik is folyamatosan. Neki nagy pacsi, mert tényleg figyelmes volt. A képek minimálisan visszaadják az elavult jelleget, de élőben ez azért erősebb. A fürdőszobában tiszta pókháló és por volt minden. Pár estét llehet itt tölteni, ha valóban csak aludni jár az ember.

Anna (9/5): A perfect holiday - The hotel was clean, breakfast delicious, staff very helpful, we needed more pillows and they gave us, location perfect in koprowki street, shops and resturant right there near the hotel. If there was a lift it would have been better as we are 68 and two storey stairs were hard for us especially with the luggages otherwise everything perfect. For sure I will go again and ask for a lower room. I recommend this hotel

Erik (6/5): Personeel is vriendelijk en echt behulpzaam en lief. Ontbijt is prima geregeld. Locatie uitmuntend. Hotel heel basic - Locatie Voorzieningen. Geen wc/badkamer op de kamer. Lage en zwakke bedden.
MarcinBoch (10/5): Fajna miejscówka przy Kropówkach. - Miejsce hotelu jest wyjątkowe, przy głównym wejściu na Kropówki. Hotel piękny, zabytkowy. Pani z recepcji przecudowna, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadanie, które jest wliczone w rachunek też bardzo dobre, grupa 4 osób i każdy się najadał. Cieplutkie bułeczki świeżo pieczone były pyszne.. Jest styczeń i dużym plusem, że w całym budynku jest ciepło. Nie smakowała mi kawa przy śniadaniu ale to kwestia gustu.

Najlepší zážitok - rozheglana posteľ a poodlupane po okrajoch čo vlastne predcilo kvapkajucu sprchu 😃 Spali sme možno na nejakej verande mäkkej a naša 4 ročná dcéra sa absolútne nevyspala. Ani my. Škoda toho, poloha je naozaj výborná. Riešili sme ubytko na poslednú chvíľu. Recepcia funguje len v obmedzenom čase, ráno som ani nevedela komu a kam mám odovzdať kľúče od izby 😃 Raňajky - na jeden deň uspokojivé, avšak musíte prísť presne na 8:30 kedy začínajú inak budete hladní 😃 NEZODPOVEDA popisu izby ANI FOTKAM! Absolutne neodporucam, už sem nikdy neprídeme.
