Il y a une terrasse pour les fumeurs. Il n'y a pas de machine à laver. Il y avait un petit souci de verrou avec la porte. Déco vieillotte.

However, there are abundance of local cafes and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk the hotel, and it is right next to 7/11 for late snacks. The restaurant 2 minutes walk by the river is a must-eatery for at least one meal per day

Se viaggi in famiglia di 4 persone a Singapore non è facile trovare una unica stanza con 4 letti ad un prezzo abbordabile, spesso bisogna ricorrere a due stanze separate. Posizione eccezionale a 15 minuti a piedi da Marina Bay. proprio di fronte la metro ed a 200 mt dalla zona di divertimento serale principale di Singapore. personale disponibile e cordiale. Cambio degli asciugamani a richiesta senza problemi. Stanza piccola ma comunque vivibile se ci devi solo dormire. Il lavandino è posizionato all'interno della stanza da letto e non nel bagno.

Very close to the Chinatown and all the other food courts and shopping areas and also the Gardens by the Bay which was a great escape for a family. I would recommend the property for my friends, surely.

• Joanne (8/5): Good location - Great location and the double room was comfortable for a single traveller. They have a lift and 24 hour reception. Very helpful staff. Room would be very small for a couple and you can't open your bag without putting it on the bed. Bathroom door was dirty and breakfast wouldn't suit everyone, as it is Singaporean (fried rice, noodles etc) rather than cereals etc. Very concerned the fire exit stairway is blocked with lots of stuff, including chairs, bedding, paint pails, large packs of toilet rolls, desks etc. If there was a fire it's unlikely people would get out.
• Evangeline (6/5): - Like: the hotel is close to everything Dislike : when we first got into the room the smell of the room,the hallway and the elevator smells like strong chemicals and the air-conditioned takes time to cool the room.No ventilation ,after they cleaned the room they should let the air circulate so when the guests check in at least the smell is not too strong .If you have sensitive smell this hotel is not for you.Staff are nice.

• stfx5 (6/5): Clara & Michelle Thank you. - Due to a visa “scam” issue for Vietnam, I had, had to reroute into Singapore - during Chinese new year and everywhere was ridiculously expensive. I had stayed in Singapore once before when I was younger, wealthier and coupled (& happy) in a plush Clark Quay hotel so this was a very different experience. I had a tiny, cramped room on the top floor - which had a wet room somehow jammed into it too - but the whole room just felt a bit depressing. What did make my hotel stay for 2 nights was Clara & Michelle on reception. I don’t know if they sensed a sad, lonely traveller walking in the shadows of their own past but their cheerfulness and kindness made my stay in Singapore a lot better for me. I hope the owner reads this and sees what precious gemstones he has as ambassadors for his hotel. Thank you Ladies.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very small, made for difficult storage of suitcases. Mould in bathroom.

• Bijoy (7/5): 2 Days Singapore Trip - Location is exceptionally good. Rooms are good. Location - 5* and Room - 4*. Rooms are decent but breakfast is not up to the mark. For breakfast I will give 3*. Breakfast was not good at all. It costs 12 SDG per person, and you need to have it from another facility (within 100 meters) of the hotel. I have requested check-out at 1 PM (before travel date), and the property confirms the same by writing. But on the day of check-out, suddenly they are saying (at 11:30 AM) we need to vacate the room by 12 Noon. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I may not mind if they, in the first place, did not confirm, and even if so, then they should have informed us much earlier.

• Khurram (7/5): Overall it was a good place to stay with family or as a solo traveller. Good value for money! - Hotel location was in the main city center with restaurants and shopping centers very close, Room and other amenities were very good. Bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel and train station is just across the road. Access is few steps from outside the hotel reception through overhead pedestrian bridge with escalator. The buffet breakfast was good. However, the re-filling of the food menu items took longer and for a few items, they just excused that food is finished even hour and a half from the breakfast closing time. The response of the kitchen/serving staff was rude and disappointing.

• David (7/5): It was comfortable , pleasant and convenient. The room was nice and quiet at night. - The room was fine ,comfortable with a good shower. Had to ask for additional pillows but they were provided. The aircon was good and quiet to operate through the night. Room was cleaned everyday and supplies (toiletries etc. which were good quality) provided. Location is excellent with good access to the metro and walking distance to main attractions such as Marina Sands. Breakfast was at first very poor (particularly f you don't want rice, pasta etc. in the morning but would like a croissant, cake, , cereal and of course proper coffee !!) but having spoken to the lady accountant on the desk who was very responsive and she did provide more variety including cake/croissant from then on (except the coffee which they don't have as such). The room is a little shabby and could do with a makeover and one fire-escape appeared blocked with stuff such as trolleys, step ladder , other sundry detritus. There is a TV but didn't work that well and most of the programs were in Chinese.

• Lawrence (2/5): Don’t stay here at all. - Good location but ……… We get a very small bedroom…..We asked with a window and we get a very dirty glass with a view on the wall . You also have no place at all . Like they said at the reception desk , you booked with booking. com, and it’s what we received . You have no reading light at all because the bed is tight beetween a wall and the glass of the shower , then , in the shower, you have (the shower which is OK )the restroom…..you have to seat on the side on the restroom because you have 30 or 35 centimeters and your legs are longer !! The curtains are full of mildew . When you have 2 luggage, it’s a nightmare to move because no place. You have some hangers on a bar. In short, don’t stay here. The breafast is a room in another building and they are so tight that you have not enough food, junk food. Even a young girl ( custumer) cannot have her chocolate spred for her toast , the pot was almost empty and they have not any more. Same thing with the eggs . When I asked for more , it was almost a drama.It’s really a shame to keep this hotel on booking.com At the reception desk , a lady was really helpfull and we appreciate a lot.

Yet the hotel told the guest payment already settled with the card used for booking, then the guest thought since it is settled and checked out. This is not right!

• Robert (3/5): We love Singapore but would never consider this hotel again. - The only thing going for this hotel is the location. Very good. Overall fairly clean, but in bad condition. The room was so small it was ridiculas (Not like he photos on Booking.com at all.) Very misleading extremly expensive for the quality of this hotel. Would never recommend it. Wallpaper falling off the walls in our room, grubby walls. Bed linen poor quality. Breakfast was shocking. For breakfast we had to walk at least 7/8 minutes to their sister hotel 2 blocks over. There we were shown into a filthy looking back room no windows. Scruffy tables and chairs (not enough). The food was appalling. Ice cold supposedly 'hot food' and no choice. Bain-maries were all but empty, not replenished often and food inside not appetising running in oil or all dried out. Not a good experience at all. We ordered late check out which they knew nothing about on our arrival. Luckily I had the email confirmation from them, 6 extra hours cost us almost another days charge. Really this hotel needs a big makeover, and definately new photos!

• Rebecca (8/5): Accommodation as expected. Entirely comfortable for our family of four. Great location for Chinatown - Excellent location- very proximal to Chinatown and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room as expected though we weren't too keen on the frosted bathroom door!! There is a clothesline of sorts on the top floor which was handy given how hard it is to dry clothes in the Singapore climate. Ventilation was poor so there's a bit of mould in the bathroom but that's to be expected in such humidity.

• K9133CNmatthewd (8/5): Great value, no nonsense hotel - Is this a luxury hotel? No. Are you going to be blown away by the amount amenities? Again, no. It is, however, centrally located making many of the popular tourist spots like the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Merlion Park, and the Super Trees are all a relatively easy walk. Across the street is an easy access mall in case you need to pick up creature comforts or grab lunch or dinner. The room comes with basic toothbrush and shower cap packs and a TV with a few channels, but if you have your phone or an iPad with you, you will most likely rely on those. The walls are pretty thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you may have to ask the front desk to help you maintain quiet. The room is quite small, and the outlets were a little fussy when it came to connecting my adapter, but it all worked out. The shower and toilet are sandwiched into the same space, so bathroom friendly slippers are a must. The cost is affordable considering how much the big name hotels in the area are, so if you’re on a budget and don’t want a capsule hotel, this is a great place to stay.
