- Ditte (2/5): Not a hotel to recommend! - Hi. We had to nights at Apple a day Ao Nang. It was not nice at all. I would not recomend to stay at this place. We had to rooms with a hot tub outside. The terrace wasn’t cozy at all, so we did not use it. The beds were so hard. The Aircondition didn’t did not work and made a lot of noise. The refridgerate also made a lot of noise so We pulled out the plug. The pool area is without sunbeds and places to stay, when you are not in the pool! 4 sunbeds for the entire hotel. At last the breakfast was very bad the first day, and the bins was empty the next day, so we went to eat breakfast somewhere else. The staff did not understand what I was saying about the bad breakfast and we did not wanted to eat there, and wanted til money back. Not a place to recommend!
- paula (4/5): Mala atención - Al salir nos cobraron una bolsa de playa que según ellos había en la habitación, por supuesto no había nada, el mal trato y la forma irrespetuosa que tratan en la recepción del hotel horrible a más de que no hablan casi nada inglés, tratándonos de ladrones por una bolsa miserable! Que si gasto miles de dólares en el viaje por que me llevaría una bolsa, los toallones siempre manchados, no dejaban toalla de mano, la limpieza mal, todo el baño manchado de falta de limpieza, dessstre total, la ubicación como en una calle que no da al frente. Remarcó nuevamente que Lo peor fue el trato pésimo de la gente de recepción que ya desde el primer día fue mala. Jamás volvería a ese hotel!
- paula (2/5): Desastre te cobran cosas que no hay en la habitac - Una porquería, la habitación siempre sucia, toallas manchadas, no las dejaban en el acero y las tenías que pedir, el trato del personal del lovy malísimos y descortés y a todo esto cuando nos íbamos nos hicieron pagar una bolsa de esterilla de playa que según ellos había en la habitación, cuando no había nada al llegar, no hablan nada de inglés, comunícate con traductor, por supuesto haré la denuncia correspondiente a las atoridades de Krabi por el mal trato y cobrar algo que no había en existencia en la habitación al llegar

Odotimme uudehkoa puhdasta hotellia ja huone oli likainen, lakanoissa tahroja, terassilla vielä edellisten asukkaiden tupakantuhkat, rikkinäisiä huonekaluja, suihkussa tummaa hometta, poreallas ruosteinen ja rikki. Ilmastointi huono, aamiainen suppea ja kahvi tehtiin purusta mitä löytyy myös huoneesta. Emme saaneet rahoja takaisin mutta iloisia että vaihdettiin. Ilmaisessa minibarissa tarjoiltiin jo vanhaksi mennyttä vettä.

Don't expect much on the complimentary snacks at common area, it's just very simple tid-bits. Room minibar snacks was replenished daily. Includes instant noodles, soft drinks and some local chips. Breakfast starts from 7am. The tour operator in the hotel charge extremely high prices. Book your tours through Klook in advanced for better deals. Airport transfer was THB600 per way (reasonable price, but it's a VAN). You can get cheaper options through Klook (but just normal sedan car not van).
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff were super friendly. The room was huge with a massive bed. The bathroom was huge too. I would recommend this hotel to people staying in the area. It's 5 minute walk to one beach but 10 minutes down the hill towards Ao Nang beach with transport to other islands. The night markets were close by too with lots on offer.

I returned by filthily beach stuff to the staff at a room near the pool and the staff detained me for a long time (when I was at rush to the airport) before they could finally find that another staff took those stuff away for cleaning. Poor communication. Location is close to the doggy Ao Nang night market. I would prefer to walk along the main street along the beach.

- Steven (10/5): Great hotel - The hotel was in a great location just off the quieter end of Ao nang but very accessible to everything, with tuk tuks outside if you want to venture further or if like me unable to walk far. The hotel had thought of everything you may need for a day on the beach,beach bag,flip flops,beach mat and even umbrellas if you happen to catch a shower. The sheets on the huge very comfy bed are changed daily and the room is swept through. Coffee, tea,and snacks are replenished daily along with a fridge which is daily stocked with 2 bottles of water, a bottle of coke & sprite.The only downside is the WiFi isn’t great and is very patchy though out the hotel. I would definitely return.

The place is modern, but I feel like it isn’t cleaned well. The kitchen staff is rude and not very friendly. I’d would suggest to others to look elsewhere. I was happy to leave.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Apple a day, bring your own water after day 2 - An apple A day hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was fantastic for majority of the stay. The beds weren’t entirely comfortable, however we managed. The house keeping staff on the other hand were very mean when they saw me refill my water bottle in the gym. I had just finished a major workout and with Thailand’s notorious heat I needed a couple of refills to rehydrate long story short the housekeeper decided to remove the entire 5 gallon chilled water from the gym. This was a low move and is the reason why I’m not giving this hotel a five star review. This housekeepers move was very selfish and made not sense.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Only plus point would be the location - To be honest, part from being near the ao nang beach (10 minutes) the hotel fall short in all other aspects. Despite saying that, there are many other hotels /resort that are located near this location which might be a better choice. These are a few reasons why: 1. The room had a musty odor that lasted throughout our stay there. We tried to ask for a change of room but their very first response was "Sorry, it's fully booked" without even checking with the system. Although they gave us an air freshener, the smell still lingers around. The room was situated at the basement since we booked the one with the Jacuzzi but the whole basement was filled with that stench as well. 2. It was good that they did housekeeping everyday without us having to request but as much as we appreciate it, there are still rooms for improvement. On the second night, we used the Jacuzzi and left a few towels outside. However, for the following 2 days, nobody went out to the balcony to clear it. (I thought its supposed to be part of the room?) 3. The water that runs from all the taps in the hotel was salty and we had a hard time brushing our teeth and didn't feel clean even after bathing. Moreover, the taps in the shower was kind of rusty and corroded. 4. Despite having the bicycle rental, it was only available till 7pm.

- nini (6/5): walking distance to many places - The exterior is nice and new. But the room we stayed in has a pungent smell. The pillows are smellly but we managed to change it. We only realized the 2nd night that there's 2 tombstones in front of our balcony. Didn't really use the facilities in the hotel as we are out most of the time. We only had our breakfast buffet the first day of our stay. We recommend to eat out as food stall are all walking distance and price are more reasonable.

- Norziana (10/5): Convenient and chic hotel - The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Was so glad that the minibar was free and refilled every day. Food in the hotel's restaurant and in-room dining were very cheap and affordable - which is a plus as we were tired from the day's activities and did not want to go out for dinner. Hotel has bicycle and bike rental for 200 baht for 24 hours and we rented it for the whole 5 days we were there. Really saved alot of money as we travelled to the night markets by ourselves. The room was in good condition. We had the pool access room and it was lovely. The hotel is located near the Aonang Beach and they even provide a beach mat and a beach bag which was really convenient. There were bars and souvenir stores around. Really love the location !! Would recommend others to stay here :)

- Christopher (10/5): A good apple! - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some issue with the first room so they gave us another room which was bigger and also apparently the only room in that hotel with a sun deck (Grand Studio). Transportation around the area wasn't an issue as they provided bicycles (on a first come first serve basis) to their customers. I believe they had 6 bicycles. The hotel is very clean and I'll definitely return to this hotel if I decide to return to that area. PS: The snacks in the room are free!
- Verified traveler (8/5): AMAZING!! - Wonderful stay!!! Room was large and clean. Pool was fantastic. Breakfast was the best variety I had in Thailand in the 3 weeks I've been here. Staff were very helpful and all spoke good English. Only fault is there is only 1 English Channel which was CNN news and 2 of our days there we were rained in. Also the wifi didn't work most of the time and there was only 1 computer downstairs that always seemed to be in use.

Provide beach bag and umbrella which are good during this raining season. The hotel and gym is very clean and good. Simple breakfast yet taste good. My girlfriend and I had a great stay for 5 days.

Luckily I managed to get this hotel at an affordable price and good swimming pool with the feel of newly renovated place. All the snacks and drinks in the room are given foc, I would definitely promote this place to others though it is a small area. Good for budget yet comfy stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel close to everything - First got there there are alot of steps up to check in if you have a lot of bags it could be a problem but there is a lift to the right where the cars are parked but no sign very nice to check in staff takes you to your room which is very nice there were towels on the bed for shower use an one of the towels was dirty had black marks on it ,we unpacked to look around the city for some food we got in late that night an when we got back we could smell heavy cigar smoke in our room we had a joining hotel room by another guest but as soon as we turned the aircon on it went away I was ready to get my room changed I was not going to put up with that but the smoke an smell went away an we were tired just wanted to go to bed I had thought that we had a queen size bed but it was 2 doubles pushed together not good,the next day we had breakfast included in our room rate an it was very good there was a omelette station an make your own toast with pancakes an waffles Thai food fresh fruit juice an coffee very good to wake up to in the lobby there are 2 computers to use for free an downstairs there are free bicycles to use only 5 you should reserve them a day before they come with lock an key also in the room there is a beach mat in a big tote for the beach an beach towels in the lobby you must sign for them also use for the pool the pool water is salty I dont know why but still nice with a swim up bar very nice the pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm

I was upgraded to a room with a pool entrance and breakfast on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable - not always easy to find in Thailand! Places to eat within a minute or two walk, 5 or 10 minute walk to the beach, depending on which one you go to, and the hotel pool gets the sun in the late afternoon if you want to head back a little early.

The only complaint was they give you one key and you have to stick it in the wall for the Air Conditioning and lights to work. We were only staying one night so it was not a big deal but had I been staying longer it would have annoyed me. I traveled with a friend so sometimes we would want to do other things. The pool is awesome and the location is great. Our shower backed up which would also annoy had I been staying longer at the hotel.
- Noble (8/5): Nice hotel in walkable distance to Ao Nang beach - Overall pleasant stay..Nice buffet breakfast at very cheap price(didn't try lunch and dinner , so can't comment). Stayed in Delux room for 4 nights and cleanliness is excellent. Only small disappointment was the swimming pool closing time which is 7 PM and it's slightly disappointing.
- Natalie (6/5): Looked good on paper, not worth it - Hotel staff were friendly, pool is great. Location also good. Breakfast is good and the lobby is nice. Free snacks daily in room. Travelled with 15 month old, they provided cot and there is a kettle and fridge in room. There is a lift. Bad points, air on in room kept short circuiting the electricity and we had to get the fuse box reset several times. So it was either hot or freezing. Walls are paper thin, literally it feels like the people next door are in our room. The whole place stinks of bad sewerage. No English tv Channels (if you watch tv, fortunately we didn't). Room didn't get cleaned 50% of our stay. Wouldn't stay there again.
- Jamie (6/5): Krabi, Ao Nang Beach - Pros: Hotel was new and clean. Staff was helpful and available. Room was large, air conditioning was very good. Breakfast was very tasty. Cons: Aroma around the facility was not very pleasing, there must be a sewer vent nearby. Wifi very spotty, nearly unavailable in the room. Cab service was expensive.
- Nicola (6/5): New hotel in a good location. - Within an hour of arriving I had an accident. I slipped by the pool and damaged my knee. The staff were excellent and arranged a doctor etc but I was in so much pain we had to change plans and fly home. We stayed 2 of the 5 nights we had booked so being room bound we tried the room service menu which was limited but food was pretty good. We booked the pool access room on the ground floor. A small outdoor area with steps into the pool. Some children staying at the hotel used this area, our private space, to jump and dive into the pool which is very small. The sun beds, 6 only, are in the pool on a shelf, with about 2 inches of water and not much room to manouver around to get access to them. Pool towels are available from reception but by the time I worked that out I had already swam from my room to a sun bed so too wet to go collect. Maybe should be available at poolside? Not a hotel for families I personally feel, as nowhere for the children to play and the pool is too small for all the activities they like, lots of inflatables and jumping etc, really irritating for those of us paying extra for a pool access room! Location is good with restaurants and the beach close by. I never got to see any of this other than in the ambulance to and fro to the clinic! My husband did venture out however and said that the area is pretty good. All in all, the hotel is new and will have some teething problems. The staff were very good and helpful and no queries when we asked for a refund.

- Allison (8/5): Working out kinks as new but great - Couldn't believe new instant noodles, chips and soft drinks in the room with each cleaning! Super easy perk for the hotel but went a long way with us as 5 months in to our travels.

- Rebecca (10/5): Pricey but quite a good location and hotel - The hotel location is quite central, with shopping just nearby. I would recommend to get a scooter to go around, it cost us 200 baht for one day. The hotel minibar was free, but they did not have much inside. Breakfast had quite a good selection, just the price was a bit more than the hotels nearby.
