Sam (10/5): Perfect Room and Placement - Very easy check in and room was ready early. No complaints throughout the whole stay and very modern/clean apartment. Also very well placed in the city. A safe and scenic walk back from the old town.

Kenneth (10/5): En fantastisk lejlighed kun 800m fra centrum - Lejligheden var yderst centralt beliggende og var super pæn og ren - Personalet var utrolige hjælpsomme med alt fra lufthavnstransport til indcheckning. Vi brugte de elektriske løbehjul, som findes alle steder i centrum, hvilket gjorde det utroligt nemt at komme til alle steder af byen. Kan klart anbefales

We booked for 4 and had a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the rooms were spacious, complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water. All staff during our stay were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a choice of 12 breakfasts, all we tried were delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Aamupala piti tilata useista vaihtoehdoista ja sekin oli itseasiassa mukava vaihtelua. Ei tullut syötyä liikaa, eikä tarvinnut jonotella seisovassa pöydässä.

Only downside was lack of fans or air conditioning, as it was extremely hot that week, hitting 35degrees so it made night time sleeping difficult as the room was very hot. In saying this, the building is very old so installing air con may not be possible.

Ryan (8/5): good location, use for quick stays - Location is good, we got room 101, which is right on the front courtyard, so no orivacy, need to have your curtains closed or people earing or deinking are looking right in, our bed sheets had a few small holes in them, there was a crack in the roof, we were only here for one night before an early flight the next day, so for that, it was fine. Resturaunt menu is good and well priced and the free sparkling bottle of wine we got was a great addition to our room. Overall comfy good location.

No air conditioning was the only downside, especially in 34 degree heat. 2 bed apartment, whilst handy worked out bad for us as the double room was very small with no storage space. The 2 single beds were in the larger room with all the storage space, extra furniture and safe. Would stay here again though.

Situated so so close to the centre of Krakow and everything you need. With great rooms and comfortable and a great breakfast right at your feet. P (10/5): I would highly recommend it and book it again. - It was so close to everything - to the old town, all the amenities, to the restaurants, and to transport - the trams and buses were outside the door. You are five minutes from the main square, and 20 mins walk to the main train station. It's a lovely walk on the green belt around the old town. The wifi was excellent, everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel sits in a courtyard so the noise from the main street is muted. Breakfast was copious - homemade carrot cake is nice. Always someone at reception available to answer questions and they spoke good English. On the last day they held my suitcase until I needed it later. I would highly recommend it and book it again.

Richard (8/5): Reasonable city centre hotel. - The hotel was in a great location, just 5 minutes walk to the main square, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a bit cramped - couldn't sit straight on the toilet as the sink was too close to it but the shower was good, hot and powerful. As a reasonably priced hotel, close to the main city it was good.
Dympna (8/5): Great location. - Will definitely go back to this hotel, 5-10 min walk from main square, small supermarket next door and very quiet which meant a good night's sleep in very comfortable beds. We went b & b but refills at breakfast were extra and had to be paid for.

Breakfast was grand, with a range of choices ordered from a menu. The staff were friendly too, all in all a great wee hotel!

Jo (10/5): Excellent hotel - I loved our 3 night stay in Krakow and this hotel was superb! The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I took a friend away for her birthday, I let the hotel know and the staff bought flowers for her! We also had to leave early one morning for a tour and the hotel staff were more then happy to make us breakfast to go. The room was big and spacious, very comfy bed, nice rainful shower head and nice and powerful. The price was very good for what we got and where it is located. The hotel is perfectly located, it is only a few minutes walk to the main market square and everything is actullay pretty easy and close to walk to. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to krakow

Verified traveler (10/5): - we have had a great stay in this aparthotel. location - near to the old main square (about 7-10 minute walk) , several restaurants, bakeries, and a convenience store are within easy reach hotel - large room and toilet. comfy bed and pillows. staff - they are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. the staff had asked us about our experience in the hotel, we don't have any negatives to say apart from asking them to install an a/c because it'll be summer soon. She said that they're already working on it :)
