Guest Reviews
- Carol (7/5): A nice stay l. - A little difficult to find.
- Julie (5/5): - Staff was nice Sheets had stains and very random location with no amenities
- Gaby (10/5): Wie immer sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. - Sehr urige schöne Holzhütte. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal. Tolle Lage zum Brxce Canyon. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre schön.
- Dale (8/5): Good location nice cabin. - Convenient to park and fairly comfortable. Communication on door codes took more effort than it should have. Decent but not great location.
- Rex (10/5): It was comfortable and relaxing. - We contacted the host we were supposed to have a trailer but something was wrong with the trailer so the put us back n a cabin and it was beautiful.
- Tiffiny (7/5): Nice, but not very good location - It was a spacious room. I liked the comfy bed and fridge and the luggage stands. The shower was nice and hot We never got the check in instructions/door code via email or text. I had to call email and text and wait to hear from someone. This is a big deal when there is zero cell service for most of the area. There is no one in site .The carpet was very very dirty and smelly. The location was not really convenient and we actually missed out on Bryce canyon completely bc of it. Food options in tropic were not good
- Alexander (9/5): -
- Nick (8/5): - Log cabin vibe Lack of hairdryer
- Heather (9/5): Great value and unique place to stay. - The cabins were clean and a nice place to stay when in the middle of nowhere. We were going to Bryce Canyon the next day.
- Marvin (4/5): - + Lage gut, nah an Bryce
+ Gute Restaurants nahebei
- Mary Ann (10/5): We enjoyed our clean and comfortable cabin while touring Bryce Canyon. - The cabin was very clean and cutely decorated. The WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Towels were soft. Bedding was clean and comfy. Good restaurants nearby.
- Laurie (7/5): Very comfortable bed but lacked amenities. - No hair dryer, must have been stolen but no one ever in the office so could not get another one. Little black bugs kept appearing in the sink, appeared to be from overflow drain. No shelves or drawers and microwave was very poor.
- LINA (8/5): -
- Vilius (7/5): - The hotel is located at the very edge of the village, and it was quite cool at night. The air conditioning works, but it cannot be adjusted and blows at a constant temperature. This is not very comfortable, as the room either becomes too warm or cools down too quickly.
- Nancy (5/5): Location, convenience ok - The place smelled like sewage and the microwave was filthy
- Sarah (6/5): Perfectly adequate. - Location was great. Not enough towels or chairs for registered guests. No in room instructions for heat. Make sure to bring your own utensils.
There is a field for kids to run in, but there are no family activities as mentioned.
- Ian from Shropshire (9/5): - Individual log cabins just off the main street in Tropic. Patio area outside the door with chairs to have a drink whilst watching the sunset. Close to restaurants Nothing
- Anita (10/5): Satisfied - Comfortable and clean. Wish to have more coffee powder and better coffee maker.
- Esther (8/5): -
- ann (7/5): - Worked well for us
- Tracy (10/5): Nice location , views and easy access to Bryce Canyon for hikes. - The cabin was comfortable, good heating at night when it got a little chilly, and nice views across the field out front. Good for star gazing at night !
- William (8/5): -
- Daniela (8/5): -
- Andreas (8/5): -
- Rhonda (9/5): Good value for the money and close to area sites - Easy check in; cozy and safe; clean; location Only complaint is the lighting. There were wall lamps between the beds but neither of them worked. I enjoy reading at the end of the day and this was impossible with no bedside light.
- Priscilla (2/5): Great Look, but the Experience Fell Short - I enjoyed the log cabin style and the high ceilings, they gave the space a great atmosphere. However, we experienced several issues with the two cabins we stayed in.
In one cabin, the bathroom lights flickered and eventually stopped working. In the other, both the TV and Wi-Fi were unreliable and frequently cut in and out. I reached out to the contact number provided at the entrance, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Both cabins had visible stains on the carpet, a flooring option like linoleum could keep the space feeling fresh.
Additionally, the area was quite noisy at night. Late arrivals and the sound of car doors closing repeatedly disrupted our sleep. I had expected the cabins to be in a quieter, more peaceful setting but they are surrounded by the town of tropic and a farm.
- Kim (10/5): Loved being in the tiny town of tropic. Very close to Bryce Canyon - Very cozy cabin. Clean quite great location Nothing
- Yael (7/5): - spacious, good location in Tropic, good tv. Not so clean, spider webs everywhere, old shower.
- Michael (8/5): Clean, but lacking basic maintenance. - Clean & functional Burnt out light bulbs and empty bath fluids
- Winston (8/5): -
- Jordan (6/5): Great location, little old and dated - Great location, enjoyed the log cabin vibe! Bathroom light did not work at all
- Johnston (8/5): Great basecamp for exploring Bryce Canyon - Location, tidy and pleasant premises, room was comfortable Nothing comes to mind
(5/5): Not recommended to stay during snow season! - Near the farm? I can see the cows in the morning and snowy white land out side the room! The light in the restroom didn’t work!
I had to take the lamp to the room to have the light for shower! It’s quite scary! And there is no employee at present can help this!
- Cathleen (8/5): It was a cute cabin and a short drive to Bryce National Park. I wish the parking lot had been shoveled after the snowsto - Definitely a cute cabin with rustic appeal. Spacious and had a fridge + microwave as well. The cabin is a short drive to Bryce National Park, which is a huge plus. We went a couple of days after a snowstorm in February and the parking lot was not shoveled at all. Ended up having to trudge through ankle deep snow to get to the cabin door. Cabin was cold and did not have enough hot water for more than one person to shower.
- Borodziuk (8/5): -
- Gabriel (10/5): -
- Andrea (9/5): -
- HAOYU (9/5): -
- Kalpana (7/5): Beautiful location in a comfortable cabin - The location is wonderful. The cabins are nice and warm. We requested microwave-safe cups. We never got them. We went to the shed to get them as we are instructed by the property manager and there were just caps, no cups.
- Edit (10/5): - Beautifully designed, very cosy and warm stay The ventilator in the bathroom is connected to the main room
- Amy (10/5): -
- Annette (10/5): - Great value! The room was clean and spacious. We liked having the patio outside to sit and have breakfast and drinks. It was off the highway, so it was very quiet. The location was great, just 15 minutes outside Bryce Canyon and close to nearby restaurants.
- Kral (9/5): -
- Laurie (10/5): - Clean room -soft bed
- Steve (10/5): Very cozy accommodation - Cute cabin. Comfortable bed. Good strong shower No ice machine
- Donald (6/5): - The walls were coated with dust from years of accumulation. The bathroom door would not shut and latch. Yes, it is a log cabin style room. That does not excuse these issues.
- Shelia (10/5): - Cute little town and close to Bryce Canyon
- Joseph (8/5): - Not great but not horrible. The cabin was comfortable and clean. It was a bit hard locating as the lobby cabin was in the back.
- ronen raz (5/5): - A cute and romantic wooden cabin.
The only problem was the mattress, which was too soft, seemed worn out, and very uncomfortable.
It was very hard to sleep on, and we suffered from back pain.
- Marilyn (10/5): - Cabin is clean, comfortable and nice size. Quiet. Very nice staff. Several dining options in Tropic, where the cabin is located within walking distance. Bryce Canyon National Park about 10-15 minute's away by car. Easy drive.
- allen (6/5): - Air conditioner was right next to the bed and the mattress needed to be replaced or rotated all the padding in middle. Hard to find propertiy after dark and no wifi if you have t mobile your out of luck no service the property is not lite up and not good signage
- Altaf (6/5): - It’s a bit farther from the Bryce national park entrance. The cabin itself is good and clean.
- Vicky (8/5): - Nice place to stay, would return.
- Marty (10/5): - I loved staying in Bryce National Park! It was beautiful and the cabin was cute and fun!
- Karl (8/5): - A rustic stay. Nice cabin, quiet small town. Bedding wasnt great quality but the cabin was good-sized and attractive.
We left something behind and the manager went out of his way to ship it back to us.
- MAIREGEM (10/5): - We stayed for one night to be close to Bryce Canyon. It was a quiet and conventient location. Check in was easy. The property sends you a code to check in. Parking is easy as well.
- Wellford (10/5): - Lovely quiet cabin. We really enjoyed our stay.
- Cindy (10/5): - Very charming and cozy real log cabin.
- Giovanni (10/5): - Great location to access various attractions
, quite small cabins. Great price.
- daniela elvira (10/5): -
- Charmaine Milham (7/5): A bit too smelly - Bed was comfortable..... but... When we opened the door, it had an overpowing smell of some sort of airfreshener. I almost slept in the car because of the smell, but I use a Cpap machine that needs plugging in. Very bad night sleep because of the smell. Had to use a dining chair from the small table, to put my Cpap machine on.
- Roby_alby_3791_1973 (10/5): - È una bella cabina in legno caratteristica Niente
- Denise (10/5): - Easy check in with great instructions via email. Cabin was perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking was right in front of the cabin. Definitely stay here again if in the area.
- keren (10/5): - Amazing place!!!! We love it!
- Susan (10/5): - The cabins were clean and in great condition. They were also a convenient walking distance to the town's main street where dining options were available.
- Hong Ying (10/5): - Unique and quiet place
- robert (7/5): -
- Stella (7/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Beautiful clean cabin, the shower pressure was great. Are room came with three towels and rags, if you have more people request more. I loved that these cabins were off and down a road vs a lot of cabins on the road side. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. There’s a cute little fridge and microwave and the sink area was big enough to prepare things. The little porch and chairs were cute and night time was beautiful. I loved waking up to the rooster in the area.
The only negative was the wifi never worked for our phones, but it wasn’t important enough for us to say anything or care, we came to this cabin to disconnect, however if you have t-mobile your phone won’t work. Verizon no problems. I feel some people may need to know this.
The property management was accommodating and very pleasant to talk too. I loved how close the store was and little restaurants. The people in town were also very nice. Will come back to these cabins !!!!
- Emanuele (7/5): -
- Jessica (8/5): Il check in e’ autonomo. Cielo stellato. Moquette in camera.
- Aleksandra (8/5): -
- Sergio (8/5): -
- Tamara Ayumi (9/5): Lovely cabin style place - Cute cabin in Tropic very close to Bryce NP, some cool restaurants in walking distance too. Very comfortable beds, easy to use TV, very easy entry system with a code - its great after a long day on the road to have easy access to room . Not always have to see someone and deal with check in process. Very relaxing and calm night - cool concept of the Cabins. Makes the whole Bryce Canyon experience nicer as you feel more in nature in those cabins then in standard motel/hotel room.
- Chiara (10/5): - Fantastica struttura in legno tipo chalet. Molto spaziosa e accogliente, pulita. Scarsa segnaletica stradale
- Cheryl (10/5): - Charming, clean comfortable cabins for our party of 4. Really comfortable bed, well outfitted cabin. Would definitely stay there again for a visit to Bryce Canyon. Excellent value.
- Ron (9/5): Small nice place with cosy wooden cabins. - Nice, small, down to earth, basic cabin park. With a small area for playing, games, relaxing and BBQ'ing. Really cosy wooden cabins. There are things that you could possibly miss, but then you did not read the specifications. E.g., there is no pool, but that wasn't promised either.
- Darren (10/5): Pleasantly Surprised - Great people and location. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it is to stay in this area.
- Kim (8/5): -
- Sherry (9/5): - Very cute, private, quaint. We were very happy there.
- anthony (9/5): Sunrise was amazing from our veranda. - Very comfortable cabin close to local amenities and just a 10 min drive to Bryce Canyon park gates.
We wanted a log cabin for a least one leg of our trip and this was perfect. All was as we expected.
- Marcela (10/5): GREAT GREAT GREAT - This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL we loved it so much, great hospitality, kind people, clean rooms. Would definitely come here again and for much longer. Star gazing here was possible and stunning. Outdoor area was cute and the firepit amenity was a cherry on top That i couldn't stay longer because of my work
- Amy (10/5): - Loved our one night stay there. Will definitely try to come back the next time we are in the area. Close to Bryce Canyon.
- Michael (9/5): - Nice and clean cabin close to Bryce for a reasonable price! Nothing
- Tiffany (4/5): Won't consider again - Had an issue and received very rude service, so I will not be back. Also saw the other place I considered and decided I will stay there next time because the cabins are much nicer and attached to a restaurant and on the same side of main road as a convenience store and gas. Versus these log cabins, more cheaply made and tucked back into a neighborhood more, so if you want to walk somewhere, it doesn't take that long but it's not quick. I'll pay more for hopefully friendlier service and more convenience on a future stay.
