• Miguel (6/5): No lo recomendaría - La cama me resultó bastante cómoda, aunque las caminatas todo el día por Estambul también ayudan. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos andando de la Mezquita Azul. Eso sí, el hotel queda abajo de una cuesta (y la mezquita arriba) y las conexiones de transporte público en esta zona no son perfectas, aunque se puede sobrellevar. En las fotos se ve mejor que como está. La habitación no tiene ni una lámpara de noche, cero detalles. Todo tiene bastantes kilómetros ya: los muebles, la pintura, las cortinas, el baño especialmente... No diría que está sucio pero parece que está sucio, que es parecido. El agua no sale caliente, se queda en templada y en el baño no hay calefacción, por lo que no apetece mucho ducharse (aparte de que huele mal). Muy justito. Para visitar Estambul de forma intensiva y solo ir a dormir puede valer, aunque yo intentaría buscar alguna opción mejor.

Pretty easy to get to the hotel by walking from the tram at sultanahmet station. Safe and quiet location, even if tou are on a busy and turistic zone. The host was very welcoming and nice person. We communicate between turkish, english and signs. Our room was exactly as the pictures, clean, neat. Good bathroom, hot water, and the room was cleaned every day. We really appreciate it. We have a kettle some tea and coffee, and a small fridge if we want to store some snacks . Beds were super comfortable, duvets and sheets clean and soft. Hard to get off the bed! We recommend this small hotel if you want a nice, comfortable and affordable place meanwhile you stay in Istanbul. Very nice! Thank you so much! None

• Rafal (10/5): Comfortable room with amazing view - Check in was no problem when we arrived at 22:00. We were warmly greeted and offered 2 rooms to pick from. We chose the top floor since it had a beautiful view of the Sultanahmed mosque (Blue mosque) and a view of some of the Bosphorus. The rooftop terrace was above us, which has gorgeous views during the day and is a great place for beer/wine in the evening. The room had a firm bed, closet, desk, water boiler, fridge. Room also has AC if needed. Bathroom was good size and had infinite hot water. It never got cold. The bathroom had a noticeable slant. Everytime we walked in you would get a hit of dizziness that would eventually disappear. It was not noticeable in the shower though, just at the sink. It’s good to keep the windows closed during sunrise/sunset to keep mosquitos out.

• Alexandra (8/5): Hosszú hétvégi kikapcsolódás - A személyzet, akik a tulajdnosok is egyben, nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek. Leszerveztek nekünk taxit a reptérre, hogy ne verjen át fizetésnél a taxi sofőr, ami sajnos jellemző a városra. Van saját busz járatuk is, ami kivisz a reptérre. Kiváló helyen van, minden közel van gyalog távolságra. Van kisbolt is a közelben. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes választás. A légkondit csak ki és be kapcsolni lehet, így max erőn az ágyra fújja a levegőt. Ez zavaró, ha valaki érzékeny erre, így mi nyitott ablaknál aludtunk, emiatt néhány este a hangos éjszakai élet miatt nem aludtunk jól.

Also worth mentioning is the staff, who are ready to help guests in everything — this is really important. They speak English and Russian. Our room needed some cosmetic repairs, but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room. On the top floor of the hotel there is a terrace where you can smoke or eat at any time of the day. The only significant minus for me — every day at 6 am from our room you could clearly hear the singing of the mullah, even with earplugs. But this does not depend on the hotel, and gradually you get used to it just like the locals.

Location is wonderful - the hotel is placed right in the old city center, with 3 minute walk to the seafront and about 10 minutes to Hagia Sophia. The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a table, a fridge, a kettle, a hair dryer, good WiFi and air conditioner. Also there's a lovely open terrace on the rooftop with a beautiful view on the city, Hagia Sofya and Little Sofya and the sea - amazing place to sit with a coffee in the evening The staff is super friendly and hospitable, speaks English and Russian well, ready to help - the first night we noticed the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, and by the next evening they've already changed the lightbulbs. The rooms are cleaned regularly and neatly. Overall we've really enjoyed our stay, and if we're in Istanbul once more, we'll be happy to stay here again The location is very good, but the streets around are lively and somewhat noisy, and the hotel is surrounded by three mosques, so muezzin calls could be heard quite loudly - it was ok for us and not a problem really, but better be ready

• Milena (10/5): Perfect! - The location is perfect you can walk everywhere and don’t need a car. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The terrace is amazing with a view of the Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The host even found us a free parking in front of the hotel even thoguh it wasn’t offered on booking. I can’t recommend more to book this hotel. The stairs are steeps and there is no elevator so it can be challenging to carry the suitcase up the stairs, but the host carried our suitcase to our room.
• Milutin (10/5): 10/10 accommodation - Exceptional location of the hotel, which is a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque and other religious and historical buildings in the mentioned part of the city. The room with two beds as well as the bathroom itself was extremely clean with excellent air conditioning. We were greeted at the reception by a friendly elderly gentleman (receptionist) who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has a roof where you can spend pleasant evenings with a view of the sea and the city. Nearby is the "KIM" megamarket, as well as a large number of restaurants. We spent six days and would return to this accommodation again. All praise for the accommodation/location, the hygiene maintenance lady and the friendly elderly receptionist. Overall 10/10 This has nothing to do with accommodation but watch out for small market: "PEKER" in vicinity. Literally nothing has a price tag and cashier is typing insanely high prices on his calculator when you approach to pay. No fiscal bill or any other type just random high numbers on cashier calculator. Use local mega markets "KIM" "BIM" or "101" for regular/reasonable prices.

• Marta (9/5): Good hotel for good price - The hotel is in good and pretty quiet location very close to Sultanahmed tram, Blue Mosque and surrounding attractions. To reach Grand Bazaar by foot is also easy. There is pretty steep but short hill which has to be climbed all the time when going out, but that’s not problem at all. There are several restaurants close by if you are too tired to go somewhere else (although I wouldn’t really recommend them). All people working in the hotel are absolutely amazing. Despite of the fact that they don’t speak English or just little, all of them are so friendly and care about their costumers a lot. When I arrived I was given free Istanbul card to use, when I was short of cash for taxi, instead of telling me where is the closest ATM they lent me money. Every day I was offered tea and coffee. Room and bathroom were cleaned every single day in pretty high standard. There is basic amnesties in room so you can make yourself tea or coffe. Small fridge, hairdryer. Shower was really good and hot all the time. If I would stay next time, I would ask about room in first or second floor as my one was on the too (4th floor) and as there is no lift it was quit annoying to run up when I forgot something. Only thing which I wasn’t happy about were another guests next to my room as first two nights guest were smoking in the room and I could smell that so badly. Also they were super loud until 3:30am. Next two nights new guests came with baby which was sleeping directly behind my head and crying a lot. Would be great if hotel will sort it out some isolation between rooms. Otherwise I suggest to take earplugs with you if you wants to have at least decent rest.
