• Jens Nötel (7/5): Gute Lage - nettes Personal - kann man machen. - Die Lage ist zentral und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Guangzhou zu erkunden. Das Hotel entspricht chinesischen Standard. Für ein Kurztrip für 2-3 Tage völlig ok. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und außerdem auch englisch sprachig. Das Frühstück ist für ein chinesisches Hotel ausreichend und auch westliche Gäste finden etwas. Gleich am ersten Tag mussten wir feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Grade in Guangzhou, wo das Klima feucht und warm ist, ist das schon ärgerlich. Aber auf Nachfrage zur Nachbesserung, gab man uns ein anderes Zimmer, was wir zur Übernachtung nutzten. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage. Der Frühstücksraum müsste mal instandgesetzt werden, da es bei starkem Regen im Buffetbereich Wassereintritt gab.

Towels were changed daily, even though we had requested otherwise. The staff were very helpful, despite the language barrier—we often had to use a translation app, but we always managed to understand each other in the end, which was appreciated. The location was also convenient, with takeaway restaurants within walking distance, which was very helpful. We did have to report someone smoking on our floor, even though it was strictly non-smoking, which was a bit disappointing.

Kahvaltıda peynir çıkmıyor biz pek bir şey bulup yiyemedik.

• Malika (5/5): Желание вернуться в данный отель нет! - Расположение неплохое. Рядом красивый парк можно прогуляться утром. Номер я брала делюкс и мне не понравился вообще. Очень плохо убираются, хоть и каждый день но окна столы не протирают везде пятна от прошлых постояльцев. Номер он небольшой по размеру но это ок за эти деньги. Но огромный минус это туалет и душ с дверью не цельной, шум стоит в комнате. Также нет стены которая отгораживает от звуков. Руки моешь и тут же кровать шумно, в двоем не комфортно! Шумоизоляция отсутствуют от слова совсем слышно всех проходящих мимо номере. Я была 3 дня хоть и в номере не находились почти только вечерами но желание туда возразить нет! Персонал говорит только на Китайском языке но переводчик вам в помощь. Пытаются помочь вам что уже приятно. Как вай фай подключали это отдельная история 😅 но он там был бесплатный уже хорошо.

До ближайших кафе тоже идти (рядом у отеля 3 кафешки)

• Zandile (1/5): An Outrageously Overpriced Hotel for the Price - There is absolutely nothing I liked about the hotel. Not one feature, not one corner of the property lived up to even basic expectations, let alone the high rates they charge. The only saving grace was the staff. Despite the awful state of the hotel, the ladies at reception and those who prepare breakfast were genuinely friendly, polite, and tried their best. Their kindness stood in stark contrast to the indifference shown by whoever is responsible for running this place. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and the fact that it charges luxury prices makes it even worse. It’s painfully obvious the owners have completely stopped caring about the place. Everything feels neglected, tired, and unloved. The furniture is ancient and worn out, long past the point of needing replacement. The entire property feels run down, like proper maintenance hasn’t happened in years. And as if that weren’t bad enough, dirty laundry was left sitting in the hallway for two full days. In a so-called “high-end” hotel, that’s not just unprofessional but it’s disgusting. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was served cold, bland, and clearly not given the slightest attention. The one saving grace was the staff, they were honestly genuinely friendly and did their best despite the terrible conditions they are working with. For the amount of money they are charging, this place is a complete joke. Spend your money somewhere that actually values basic cleanliness, upkeep, and guest experience.

Несмотря на ранее произведенное автоматическое списание суммы с банковской карт, сотрудники отеля пояснили, что первоначальное снятие средств было именно депозитом, предназначенным исключительно для покрытия возможных непредвиденных расходов. При этом не совсем понятно, какие именно возможные расходы предполагалось покрыть данным депозитом, учитывая отсутствие в отеле дополнительных платных услуг и сервисов (фитнес клуб, массаж, салон красоты). Так что имейте ввиду, что оплатить за проживание в данном отеле придется дважды. При выезде сумма депозита была возвращена на карту.

• elizabeth (1/5): Very unhealthy and disappointing - Not much as I didn’t stay there because the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. There was nothing to like about this place. As we arrived, got our hotel and checked in, we saw that our room had a very bad smell with mould all over one part of the bedroom wall… It wasn’t the best experience upon arrival. Then we went to the lobby to complain and get our money back, we saw a cockroach on the lounge chair.
