Hubo una falla del extractor de aire en el WC, de alguna manera no fue tan incómodo, pero sí hace falta para mayor seguridad y confort personal.

But the noise at night from bars and nightclubs felt really behind us , I don’t recommend staying in you don’t tolerate noise at night . The ac very small and it didn’t cool the room enough to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is old and tired - it is the first time for me on Booking.com that the ratings didn't really match up with reality. There is potential here if bathroom renos/upgrades are done, (water pressure, sewer smell from drains) but it's not at this price point yet.

No pude pagar booking y el autobus en que iba hacia guadalajara demoró más de lo abitual, me llamaron y me pidieron de una manera no muy amable que hiciera el pago por transferencia o perderia mi habitacion.

Robert (1/5): Loud loud nights - 40 years ago this might have been a 4 star hotel but now its 1 star. Hotel is located directly across the street from a music venue that BLASTS until 3:30 am. Without ear plugs sleeping is near impossible. Room itself was disgraceful, paint falling from the ceiling, bathroom full of black mold. Staircase is steep and narrow. The neighborhood has changed from quiet to late night restaurants, loud music. This hotel was sold as 4 star and I paid for the "superior" room. The only good thing about the place is the front staff.

Marta (5/5): I think the quality of the place doesn’t match with the price at all. - The staff was very kind and I enjoyed the sauna. The bed was also very comfortable The rooms were quite dirty. I understand the staff cleans them and do their best although I believe it’s a problem of maintenance and of some level of hygiene (for example the bath tube had some very old stains; the structure of the bed had very dirty upholstery that maybe cannot be cleaned but has to be totally replaced instead). Also the walls had some holes and the bathroom smelled bad. The bed pillows were too big and high. The biggest problem tho was the loudness around.. I was there the week before Dia de Los muertos and during my last night a place next to the Hotel played trumpets and drums til 3am very very loud. I’m just saying that In case somebody has to wake up very early, like happened to me, it’s very hard to sleep.
