• francesco (8/5): Sentirsi a casa. - Abbiamo pernottato solo per una notte con la nostra cagnolina in occasione di ARTEVENTO 2026 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari e tutto il personale sono stati tutti molto disponibili per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a far partire la climatizzazione ma il proprietario è intervenuto prontamente per risolvere il problema. Consigliamo vivamente anche il servizio ristorante, tutto molto squisito. Nulla

• Francesca (10/5): Superlativo per essere un tre stelle - Con il mio compagno ed il nostro pastore tedesco abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, di rientro dal Trentino. Che dire....tutto perfetto. La camera molto ampia, addirittura comunicante con un'altra matrimoniale che abbiamo chiuso per evitare di sporcarla inutilmente, dispone di tv, aria condizionata e lampadario con ventilatore. Serrande elettriche, e terrazza molto ampia vista mare. Il bagno con doccia chiusa è comodo e dotato di asciugamani, phon e saponi sia per doccia che per il viso e le mani. Per non parlare poi della colazione servita nell'area esterna dell'hotel a piano terra. Ricca di tantissime scelte dolci, salate e bevande di vari tipi. Il personale molto accogliente e gentile sia nei confronti di noi umani che in quelli del nostro amico a quattro zampe. A disposizione dell'hotel anche una bellissima piscina di cui noi, purtroppo, visti i tempi ristretti, non abbiamo potuto usufruire.

• Frank (10/5): Sehr sympathisches Hotel mit guter Lage! - Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Wir waren wegen des Triathlons dar. Zu dieser Gelegenheit bietet das Hotel extra schon um 4:30 Uhr morgens Frühstück an - und sogar eines speziell für Triathleten, also Nudeln, Reis oder Porridge. Einfach großartig!
• Miloš (5/5): - Ok je hotel, pristojan, jaca cena. Dorucak je bas los. Pet dana svaki dan isti dorucak, to je sramotno. Od tih 5 dana samo 2 dana su recimo imali sendvice, 3 dana nisu. Svaki dan jaja na isti nacin. Naplatili su nam parking 10e dan a to i nije parking, na Suncu je bio auto ceo dan, uz neku ogradu.
• Aude (10/5): Séjour en famille pour un Ironman - Chambre avec vue sur la mer, excellent petit déjeuner, facilités pour l'Ironman (petit déj à 4h le jour de l'épreuve, mise à disposition de vélo pour se rendre plus rapidement au départ), belle piscine. A une vingtaine de minutes de marche du départ de l'Ironman, que nous pensions plus proche. Mais l'Hotel Franca n'y est pour rien et ils ont été vraiment super dans l'accompagnement pour l'événement sportif.

• Markus (8/5): - Pool ist OK, auch der Frühstücksraum. Veranda ist schön Keine Selbstbediening beim Frühstücksbuffet - sehr eigenartig. Das Joghurt wird richtig versteckt und die Milchflasche ist auch im "Tresor" verschlossen. Lasst die Gäste selbst entscheiden und stellt das System um.

• Nicola (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo! 10+ - Lo staff si è dimostrato professionale e cordiale. Sono stati gentilissimi con noi in più occasioni. La stanza era pulitissima all'ultimo piano con una terrazza enorme e stupenda. Vanessa che ci ha accolto ci ha riempito subito il cuore di gioia. Il bagno convenzionato è attaccato all'hotel a soli 5 minuti a piedi. La piscina è grande e pulita. Il cibo è stato eccellente sia alla colazione che alla cena. A un prezzo che si è dimostrato un affare sono contento di aver passato le mie vacanze presso hotel Franca.

Close to main restaurant and bar area. We were competing at the Ironman event in Cervia and it was okay to leave bike in room which helped a lot.

• Eleanor (10/5): Wonderful staff and brilliant location - The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was right next to the harbour, so in easy reach of restaurants and bars. Our room had a balcony with a view of the harbour and sea. Since the coast is very busy with a lot of private beaches it was fantastic having the swimming pool - there are free beaches in walking distance but having the swimming pool right outside meant we could relax in the sun/cool down in the water even when we didn’t have as much time. We loved the free bike hire too, it was a great way to explore the pines.

For families, couples, and friends this is a great location, best food, rooms with seaview, unbelievebable atmosphere, a marvelous (family-)friendly staff and and the very best tennis coach ever! The beach, Cervia and Milano Marittima are in walking distance and take care of a great variety of action during the day and/or nightlife
• Mauro (8/5): Vacanza (troppo breve) a Milano Marittima - Purtroppo sono stato in questo hotel per soli 3 giorni, dico purtroppo perchè il soggiorno è stato davvero perfetto. Eravamo in 3, due adulti e una bambina, la stanza era grande abbastanza e con un terrazzo splendido esposto sopra il giardino e la piscina, pulita e con un bagno comodo. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e all'interno c'è spazio per quasi tutte le auto dei clienti. La piscina e il campo da tennis sono ben curati, come anche il giardino dove la mattina è possibile gustare un'abbondante e molto varia colazione a buffet. Non ho usufruito del ristorante anche se sono convinto che non mi avrebbe deluso. La posizione è ottima, a circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia e vicino alla caratteristica darsena proprio al centro tra Cervia e Milano Marittima. Un grazie a tutte lo staff e alla ragazza del baby club Alessia. Direi che l'hotel Franca sia da consigliare vivamente!
• Andrea (8/5): Hotel confortevole in posizione strategica - Premetto che siamo due ragazzi di 20 anni semza particolari esigenze. Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Franca 2 notti e 3 giorni e devo dire che si trova in un ottima posizione, vicino al porto, facilissimo da raggiungere e lontano dalla confusione del centro, ma non troppo distante a piedi. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa con vista sul porto (arredamento un po' datato ma tenuto benissimo), bagno completamente rinnovato e tutto perfettamente pulito e curato. Colazione ricchissima! Ho girato abbastanza ma pochissime volte ho trovato un buffet così ricco. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile in qualsiasi momento. La cosa che ho apprezzato è l'accoglienza da parte di ogni persona che lavora all'hotel Franca. Altro punto a favore è la possibilità di fare il check-out posticipatamente all'orario stabilito. Se dovessi ritornare a Milano Marittima sicuramente alloggerò nuovamente all'hotel Franca

• Ugo (10/5): Esperienza estremamente Gratificante! - Abbiamo la barca Cervia ed allora, pur abitando vicini, abbiamo deciso di dormire un week end in un albergo a Cervia ed abbiamo scelto il Franca ... Appena arrivati ci hanno comunicato di aver avuto un Upgrade ... ci hanno assegnato una stanza fronte mare al 5° piano ... camera stupenda, appena ristrutturata. Terrazza e vista magnifica. Colazione di buona qualità, servizio e cortesia molto buoni! Superconsigliato
• LondonSongbird1 (8/5): A reasonably priced, friendly hotel for families - This isn't a chi-chi five star hotel for couples or senior business travellers (there are those in Milano Marittima, like the Mare Pineta Resort). However, the Hotel Franca was a VERY welcoming, family-friendly, clean, comfortable and relaxing place to take our daughter and granddaughter. The bathroom had a strong shower and a bidet. Toiletries were very basic so we bought our own. There's a pool, tennis court and table tennis. Prices at the bar and in the restaurant were very reasonable. The location of the hotel was also good for us with a very short walk to the beach and its Adriatic rolling waves, and a slighter longer walk into the town with some upmarket shops, bars and restaurants. Great clothes shops - many purchases were made (and our home town of London!). The other thing we appreciated in the very nice, well-heeled town and in the hotel: we were apparently the only British people for miles around. There were one or two German / Austrian families in August 2016, but the whole place has a very genuine Italian feel to it. If you crave noise, British beer and chips but without the bad weather of Margate or Blackpool, stay in the hideous Rimini just down the coast!
