Here are a few more helpful details: · Please inform The Donna Portals of your expected arrival time in advance. · All our beds are king or queen double beds, we do not have single beds. · If you haven't already booked your buffet breakfast for your stay, we have both options of buffet or a la cart menus should you decide on the spot, to provide the perfect start of your day and ease into your morning just how you prefer. · In our restaurants, we ask that guests wear as dress code a smart casual clothing, such as long trousers and closed shoes, for example. · The full amount of your stay will be settled at check-in together with a presentation of a valid credit card. · All guests are required to show a photo ID and those under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. · Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your reservation confirmation. · We love having small pets (up to 5 kg) stay with us — €45/day per pet applies—and to ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we have a few simple compliances required: pets should be carried in your arms or in a carrier when entering or leaving The Donna. They can be present in shared spaces such as our restaurants but always with a leash, and should never be left alone in the room unless secured in a carrier (and we are informed). We kindly ask that pets stay off beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own cover if needed—and please refrain from using hotel towels for cleaning your pet or accessories. The location is perfect, on the secluded Bendinat beach, and only a short walk round the beautiful headland to the portals marina, with its extensive choice of shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were not only extremely attentive but very friendly. So different to the larger ‘chain’ hotels. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The vibrant artworks, gardens, pool and rooms are very special, whilst the spa is stunning. Undoubtedly one of the coolest but quietly understated hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I have already booked my next stay.

- larslS8030EQ (10/5): Wonderful winter escape to Mallorca - We had a really beautiful time at the Donna Portals at the beginning of February. We enjoyed the beach and cold sea water as much as the super delicious breakfast and spa treatments. The team organised for us to play Padel at a padel club just a few minutes away from the hotel and and we’re always very warm and super helpful with all questions we had. We will try to come back in spring

A környezet gyönyörű, nyugodt és csendes, Mallorca egy olyan részén található, ahol az ember igazán ki tud kapcsolni, távol a zajtól és a nyüzsgéstől. A szoba kifogástalan volt: rendkívül tiszta, elegáns és kényelmes, ugyanakkor minden egyes részletében elképesztő gazdagság rejlik. A Marcel Wanders által megálmodott dizájn nem egyszerűen látványos, hanem valódi művészeti élmény – olyan egyedi, különleges világ, ahol az ember újra és újra felfedez valami apró, finom részletet. Ritka az ilyen karakteres, mégis harmonikus tér. Az egész szállodát áthatja ez az igényesség és esztétikai tudatosság, miközben a hangulat végig nyugodt, kiegyensúlyozott és rendkívül komfortos. Külön szeretném kiemelni a személyzetet, akik kivételesen kedvesek, figyelmesek és professzionálisak voltak. Érkezéskor egy érzékenyebb személyes időszakban voltam, és a szálloda ezt nagy empátiával, türelemmel és diszkrécióval kezelte – ez számomra felejthetetlen élmény marad. Őszintén gondolom, hogy ez egy olyan hely, ahová az embernek legalább egyszer az életében el kell jutnia. Ha valaki az ár miatt nem tud hosszabb időre maradni, akkor is érdemes akár csak néhány éjszakára ellátogatni – mi is így tettünk, és minden percét megérte. A Donna Portals számomra a nyugalom, a kifinomultság és az igazi ötcsillagos vendéglátás tökéletes példája. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek.

- maxbH8215LZ (10/5): Best vacation in years - view, staff, beach, gym, spa a everything was perfect. - Absolutely loved my time at the Donna. The ocean view is one of the best I’ve ever seen anywhere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, without you noticing them. The small easter eggs hidden everywhere in and around the hotel were so much fun to discover. Don’t wanna reveal too much because it’s so much fun discovering them on your own. Gym is open 24/7 and the Spa is incredibly relaxing. The beach right in front of the place has sun pretty much all day. And they’re dog friendly, which I absolutely love. Can’t wait to come back asap.

The shuttle service to the Main Street and the marina was a bonus and the spa is a lovely tranquil space. I’d definitely recommend having a massage! Service at breakfast was incredibly slow. Would rather have had a coffee machine so you could help yourself to coffee, rather than wait for a long time for it and sometimes not get it at all.

- 831sb (10/5): Exactly the kind of place you hope to find - Took a quiet weekend away with my son and stayed in the Stargazer Suite at The Donna - couldn’t have been better. The terrace became our spot from morning to night - the view, the sound of the sea, that feeling of space, it’s all there. Service was calm, easy, and friendly - everyone seems to know what you need before you ask. We left already planning our next stay. The Donna has officially become our little escape spot. Huge thanks to the whole team!!!

- XtinaChristina321 (10/5): The Most Incredible Hotel in Mallorca - We stayed at Donna Portals this past August 2025 for a friend's wedding. It was fantastic! From the minute we arrived to the second we left the service was outstanding! Before we arrived we communicated with the concierge team. They sent recommendations, booked dinner and spa reservations and answered each and every question we had quickly and in our language (English). Upon our arrival the members of the staff greeted us with warm smiles. They led us to a balcony that had a breathtaking view and brought us beverages to start off our vacation with a relaxing check in process. This was amazing and truly appreciated after a long travel day! The entire property was modern, clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, but the staff really made our stay amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Pepi at the front desk. She went above and beyond for our group. Our interaction with her brightened our day. She truly made our experience extra special! Our expectations were exceeded in every way. We look forward to going back to the Donna Portals and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mallorca!
- Carsten (8/5): Das Hotelk ist bzgl. Lage und Einrichtung sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Frühstück war im Großen und Ganzen o. k., jedoch entsprach dieses dem üblichen Standard. Was überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass wir für zwei Personen, obwohl wir das teuerste Penthouse für 1500,- €/Nacht gebucht hatten, 90,- € für ein Frühstücksbuffet/2 Personen bezahlen mussten. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die anderen Tage auf das Frühstück im Hotel verzichtet und sind in ein Strandlokal was Fußläufig innerhalb 1 Minute erreichbar war und haben dort ohne kulinarische Einschränkung sehr gut gefrühstückt. Wie bereits oben erwähnt ist es für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass man bei einem Penthouse, was üblicherweise für drei Übernachtungen ganze 4.500,-€ kostet, dann noch für drei Tage 270 € für Frühstück zusätzlich bezahlen soll. Im Badezimmer wäre auch noch ein Vergrößerung Schminkspiegel nützlich, welcher leider nicht vorhanden war. Dies stellt jedoch für uns nicht wirklich ein Reklamationsgrund da.

I travelled with a group of 38 and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the point of arrival, we were treated like royalty. The spa, restaurant, beach, pool, and art exhibits will not disappoint. The staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable trip.

- Carsten Ferdinand (4/5): - Das Hotel hat für ein unbewohnbares Zimmer in dem vorher geraucht wurde in der Nacht ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen zu welchem ich am nächsten morgen zur Kasse gebeten werden sollte, was ich strickt verneint habe. Unrechtmäßiger Weise wurde dann trotzdem über mein Zahlungsmittel verfügt und ein angebliches upgrade belastet. Ein Unding welches ich nun ahnden lassen muss über meine Bank.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful. The beach is a few paces away from the bar/restaurant area downstairs which is very convenient. This is the 7th time we have stayed there.

- Klemens (8/5): - Sehr modernes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am Hafen von Portals Nous. Die Zimmer sind in Weiß gehalten und wirken hell und freundlich. Tipp: Unbedingt ein Zimmer ab dem 5. Stock buchen – ab dort hat man die schönste Aussicht. Besonders schön ist die Poolanlage im 7. Stock mit ausreichend bequemen Liegestühlen und Daybeds. Etwas gestört hat uns die Poolbar: Aperol Spritz für 16 € im Becher und zum Selbstholen ist nicht ganz stimmig für das Niveau. Auch bei den Gerichten wäre noch Luft nach oben: – Der „griechische Salat“ bestand fast nur aus Blattsalat. – Die Caprese bestand lediglich aus einem Mini-Mozzarella und einer Tomate. Daher haben wir abends immer auswärts gegessen – was hier mit vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants in fußläufiger Umgebung wunderbar möglich ist. Der Strand (gehört nicht zum Hotel) wird überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt. Es gibt einige Liegen gegen Gebühr. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das vor allem von seiner großartigen Lage und der traumhaften Aussicht lebt. Empfehlenswert – und unbedingt ein Zimmer ab dem 5. Stock wählen!
- Camilla (10/5): Snyggt boutique hotell vid mysig strand - Väldigt trevligt hotel, med genomgående snygg design i lugn miljö. All personal är super trevliga. Enda minus är att baren/ restaurangen stänger tidigt efter kl 23:30 är det stendött. Hotellet ligger vid en liten strand Bendinat. ( man kan också bada från klippor). Det finns också en trevlig liten strandbar Freddy’s som har öppet till ca 23. Taxi till flygplatsen ca 20 min Hotellet har en egen shuttle bus till hamnen Vi kommer tillbaka

Anche la Spa è bellissima, con uno staff professionale e sempre gentile. La piscina, ampia e rilassante, completa perfettamente il soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi in questo hotel e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci.

- Ross (7/5): Great, but the pool is a missed opportunity. - The position of the property is amazing, waking up to the sea view is breathtaking (assuming you have a sea facing room above the trees). Close enough to Palma, but with the benefit of being on the sea. The restaurant team are fantastic and the guys who are always available to park and collect your car are equally great. Nice gym and Rosana literally gave me the best massage of my life! I think the fact that they don’t do food and drink service by the pool is a massive mistake and I ended up hardly spending time there because of this. The only staff by the pool is a lifesaver that acts more like a policeman than anything else. Also, although generally the service is good, trying to get laundry done is a mission, also room service can be difficult and seems to have strict hours.
