• Marite (7/5): War ok - Die gute Lage in Basel. Schöber Aufenthaltsraum. Ich hatte Bett in 6 er Zimmer gebucht. Obwohl es da nur eine Person war, wurde mir Bett in Zweite Etage zugewiesen. Die Leiter ist nicht bequem. Ausserdem man stört noch die Person unten viel mehr, falls man spät nach hause kommt oder man muss Pi pi in der Nacht. Um 8.30 wurde ich von einem Mann geweckt, der selbständig in Zimmer kam, obwohl chek Out erst um 10.00 ist. Es wäre auch seperates lichtschaltwr für vorderen und hinteren Raum gut. Wenn jemand schon schläft dann könnte man nur vorne das Licht einschalten.

• Anthony (7/5): Modern hostel accommodation with good facilities, close to the main station. Annoying check-in. - Modern hostel with very good facilities, hostel style single rooms and a nice layout. Close to the main station and you also got a Basel card - allowing free public transport. The staff who was present was very helpful indeed - really pleasant. Nice area - beside a local school. Unfortunately the check-in system was extremely annoying - automated on a machine and involving sending you an email (which I had trouble accessing because I had no data). Luckily the staff member present was excellent and saved the day (real people - now there's a concept!). Pillow was a bit hard as well.

Yleisesti ottaen siisti ja viihtyisä ympäristö. pyykinpesu mahdollisuus oli hyvä lisä. Majoitushuoneessa riittämätön ilmanvaihto, ikkuna oli pidettävä auki yöllä. Yhteiskeittiö ja varsinkin jääkaapit olivat sotkuisia asiakkaiden jäljiltä usein, myös keittiövälineistö osin puutteellista. Häiritsevä välikohtaus tapahtui kahden asiakkaan välillä, jonka henkilökunta selvitti hyvin ja tilanne palautui normaaliksi. Avoimista ikkunoista kantautui ääniä ja tupakan savua ajoittain. Makuusalien sängyissä ei ollut verhoja yksityisyyden lisäämiseksi.

• Monika (7/5): - Grossräumiges Hostel mit Café, nette Atmosphäre, Hinterhof zum draussen Sitzen, Nähe zum Bahnhof Zimmer eng und überstellt, wenn jede ihr Gepäck am Eingang deponiert, anstatt die Locker zu benützen. Ungenügend helle Leselampe. Wäre schön, wenns noch einen Vorhang am Bett hätte.

Isolation phonique inexistante: toutes les chambres donnent sur un escalier ultra bruyant h24 qui arrivent au bar ou activités, c’est sale( et pas un passage du service de ménage en 3 nuitées), le système informatique de clé ne fonctionne pas correctement. Ça se veut looké et concept mais rien ne va dans cet hostel. Ok c’est la Suisse mais très très mauvais rapport qualité prix

• Chisato (9/5): 施設自体に関しては満点です！ - 駅から近い。無人ホステルに近い？感じでスムーズにチェックインからチェックアウトまでできました。シャワー室も広く快適でした。 スタッフがいないせいか施設の利用注意喚起が行き届いていないようにも感じました。夜中にも関わらず、ベットルームで電話する人や音楽を流す人がいました。「施設をみんなで共有する」ということの意味をしっかりと伝えるべきです。キッチンの清潔具合も然りです。

• ReaVenus (9/5): - Water pressure in the toilet and shower is strong. Well maintained cleanliness. Quiet lobby. The common kitchen because some stuff like water heater is always gone but it is not the hostel's fault sometimes the tenants were irrespomsible to return it properly.

• STYLIANOS (10/5): One evening stay - Amazing! I did make my booking last minute, communication from hostel teal was immediate and accurate, the rooms and utilities were super clean, the whole atmosphere has a very nice vibe and all that in a great price
