- BonViago (2/5): Ripping of customers Collection Piazza cinguecento Roma - Nice hotellä.However they ripped me off when I redeemed my D$ dollars.At the front desk the informed me that I would take approx 30 Days before I was going to be credited.After 45 days nothing has been refunded.After several mails to Minor hotels the last mail stated that the hotel did not recall my redeem.This i nothing but robbing me as a customer and also not a way a serious hotel will act.So beware of the fake reedem process.Alsobss I have been a regular visitor both in Rome and I Torino.Obsviously they do not care although I have spent thousands of Euro.

- glennroid (10/5): We'd stay here anytime! - We spent 3 nights here to begin a tour of Italy. Everything about this hotel was just marvelous. The two things we insist on is cleanliness and quiet. The room was spotless and we didn't hear a peep from anything during our nights sleeping there. All of the staff were marvelous. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had 3 terrific breakfasts there too and we'd stay again in a flash.

- thesomersettraveller (6/5): Great location but the hype stops there - I really wanted to love this spot, but let’s be real: a five-star price tag needs to come with five-star energy. While it’s a total vibe on the surface, the service has some major catching up to do. The Highlights ✨ Location: 10/10. Literally steps from the main train terminal. Convenience is king! The Welcome: The doormen are the real stars. So welcoming and genuinely helpful. The Vibe: Spotlessly clean and smells like an absolute dream the moment you walk in. Breakfast: Really enjoyed this, worth waking up for. The Reality Check 🚩 The Service Gap: Aside from our lovely check-in lady, the reception vibe was... cold. Being ignored for a phone call during checkout and getting abrupt energy from the night staff is not it. Rooftop Blues: €20 for a cocktail and €8 for a Coke? Fine - but only if the service is sharp. We had to ask to be served twice, and our drinks finally arrived just as we were walking out the door in frustration. Room Fails: The AC wouldn't drop below 19°C, and the TV had a "halo" light that stayed on all night (RIP my sleep). Plus, only one water for two people? In a 5-star? Final Thoughts: It’s a stunning property with so much potential, but right now it’s giving "great location" more than "luxury experience."

Front desk staff Alessandro was helpful and made sure our needs were met. The room was comfortable, clean with excellent bedding and amenities. Situated right near the train station, this beautiful hotel with friendly staff provided us with a comfortable place to return for a quick nap or reading on the roof deck chairs before continuing on our next adventure. The breakfasts were delicious, too!

Nicest looking and newest looking hotel we stayed in during our 10 day Italy trip. The bathroom was very clean too. But it came down to sleep and one of our poorest nights of sleep during our trip.

When we looked for something to eat, the hotel restaurant was already closed but fortunately we met SAMANTA at the hotel bar who was super nice and friendly with us. She saved us with a salad and a very kind service.

- Companion28749331791 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Staff! - Loved our stay at the hotel! Perfect location, beautiful breakfast and outstanding staff! The hotel is located near the train station, you can get anywhere from there. The room was large and beautiful. Breakfast had so many options, all of them good! But the most outstanding part of our stay was the staff...specifically Febbronia and Eseniya. My sister had a tumble that required medical attention and they were on it. We got the care she needed and they had the blood all cleaned up before we got back from the hospital AND kept following up to be sure she was OK (she was). Thank you to a beautiful hotel and very attentive staff! I would love to come back!!

- Mrs (10/5): Fantastic apart from the water supply or the drinking water supply I meant - All of the staff were a great people Clean proximity to everything was fantastic They only left 330 mL of drinking water bottle for two people in one day when I asked them they said you can drink from the water tap the water and Rome is drinkable something that I didn’t like which made me go and buy water from outside being at my age of 66, which wasn’t the easiest things to do to carry water to the hotel every now and then

- L2717UUchadb (2/5): Thin floors, noisy rooms for the high price - The desks in the room have no pads under them, nor are they on a rug. People in the rooms drag the chairs across the concrete floors all night causing scraping noises. Very noisy rooms and difficult to sleep with the extra noise. Also very noisy AC. For almost 500 euro, this place is not worth the money. Also was required to pay extra to check in early since they wouldn't hold bags for us. Just throwing away extra money that could have been spent elsewhere. Notified the front desk and nothing was resolved. Spend your money elsewhere with better facilities and customer service.

But very easy to jump on the metro. The staff was very helpful and provided great guidance. We ended up getting the breakfast both days we were there and it was very good. Nothing! The staff at breakfast was a bit overwhelmed but not a problem

On our first night we felt the room was to hot, although it was very cold outside and the next day we talked to Nice and she very quickly arranged for maintenance to come to the room. Later in the day the room was colder! In addition to the staff, the hotel has a very convenient location right next to Roma Termini station which for us was very useful as we traveled by train to Milan. Also, the back street of the hotel was the first stop of the City Sightseeing hop on hop off bus which we already had tickets for and we love using these busses for exploring. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, so was the bathroom with all needed amenities. Another major plus for the hotel was the breakfast which was very complete and with a lot of variety. I loved everything about the hotel

- Neca (10/5): Wonderful stay with outstanding staff - The hotel was in an excellent location, and despite being close to the railway station, there was no noise at all. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — even the housekeeper was always smiling and kindly prepared face masks for us in the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long day. We would also like to praise the luggage staff, who were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was friendly. This time I didn't use the minibar, but there would have been a good selection.
