• Christian Lewis (8/5): - Property was a convenient spot just across from the station (literally, I struggled to spot the huge sign on the building) WiFi does not work, the room number option does not work and also the access code they give you also does not work.
• Larisa (10/5): Самый обычный отель 3* - Бронировали этот отель на 2 суток для большой группы. Знали заранее, что он 3*, и ничего сверхъестественного не ждали. Но у нас был опыт остановки в другом отеле этой же сети — и он оказался заметно лучше. Поэтому сравнение, увы, не в пользу этого. При этом плохого сказать не можем. Как есть 3*, так и есть 3* по факту. Плюсы: номера большие и просторные, в номерах чисто, белое постельное бельё, локация неплохая — до торгового центра пешком 30–40 минут. Для своей цены — вариант рабочий. Минусы: номера немного уставшие, хотелось бы ремонта. В некоторых ковролин (не очень удобно), прожжённые кресла, в душевых кабинках есть незначительная плесень. Но главная проблема — ресторан для завтраков: он очень маленький, мест катастрофически не хватает, много народу. Выбор блюд скудноват. Голодными мы не ушли, но комфорта не было. Итог: если нужен просто недорогой ночлег на пару дней и вы готовы к стандартному набору 3* без изысков — почему нет. Но если есть возможность выбрать другой отель этой же сети, можно остановиться на другом варианте.

Пробку если закрыть, заново не открывается, сломана. Распылитель у душа падает, не держится нормально. В розетки европейские трудно втыкаются вилки, и их мало.

I think the hotel is a bit old and needs upgrading to match the current world. Please please consider having a mini fridge in the rooms. This was a big disappointment for me. I think a lot of people book because if the IHG connection but many are disappointed. What's online is not what's on the ground.

• Ekaterina (9/5): Хорошее место - Гостиница очень удобно расположена: рядом с метро (причем это пересечение трёх веток), в двух станциях от ЖД вокзала, полчаса пешком до Храма нефритового будды и М50. Номер отличный, хотя видно, что немного устал. Супер удобная кровать, матрас, подушки. Номер очень просторный. В ванной есть мыло и шампунь. В номере есть тапочки. Также большое количество разного освещения: светильники у кровати, на столе, верхний свет и тп. Вид из окна прекрасный. Розетки европейские, в номере их достаточно. Завтрак шикарный! Неплохой кофе, большой выбор всего: китайская кухня, японская (можно собрать мисо), европейская. Завтрак с 6-30 утра, лучше приходить пораньше. В номер каждый день ставили воду, уборка каждый день. Также в номере есть чайник, кружки, чай, кофе. Заселили по приезду, до времени заселения. Депозит не брали. В общем, отличное место для отдыха. В номере нет холодильника и в ванной маловато места. Но на несколько дней это не критично. Ещё очень скрипит шкаф.

• Dotti (9/5): Great place to stay for a holiday. - Holiday inn express are our favourite hotels and we always use them if we can. This hotel lived up to expectations. The staff were very helpful and due to a booking error upgraded us for free. Would stay again. The room temperature was a bit hot at times. Liked that you could open windows and it wasnt too noisy.

От отеля странное ощущение. Были в других Холидеях в других странах - и сервис был гораздо лучше. Начну с того, что при заселении на подушке было огромное количество волос. Пришлось звонить и просить замену постельного. На завтраке кружки были явно плохо вымыты, палочки для еды также неприятно пахли. Кто-то из постояльцев ел дуриан в номере, от чего вонища стояла на весь этаж - и никто ничего с этим не делал, хотя всем известно, что полагаются штрафы за пронос таких «ароматных» фруктов в отели. Ну и апогеем стал таракан, весело проползающий по тумбочке у кровати в последний день пребывания. Хотя, мы не ели в номере, да и он в целом был довольно чистый. В общем, думайте.

Breakfast was good, staff on the front desk were very nice. Room cleaned and fresh towels daily No complaints, couldn’t get WiFi to work but that’s expected in china. 5G connection in the area was good.

• Nantapat (7/5): - The room was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced towels every time I was out. The housekeeping staff were very kind, always greeting me and offering help. The front desk staff could communicate well in English, which made the stay convenient I stayed during a period when the weather was not hot, but I encountered a major issue: the air conditioning could not be turned on because the hotel uses a centralized system. As a result, I had to open the window for ventilation. To be fair, sensitivity to temperature may be subjective. As someone from a tropical country, I am used to staying in air-conditioned environments. However, the more important issue is air quality and ventilation, which affects all guests regardless of background. When the window was closed, the air inside the room did not circulate at all. There was no proper ventilation system, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. I eventually had no choice but to sleep with the window open throughout my entire stay (5 days, 4 nights). During that time, the PM2.5 levels (AQI) were consistently high, around 100++ every day. Keeping the window open meant being directly exposed to air pollution throughout the night. Although the hotel tried to help by providing a fan, it was quite dusty and did not solve the pollution issue at all—it only circulated the same air inside the room. I also tried to improve ventilation myself by turning on the bathroom exhaust fan, but it was not functioning, so it did not help with air circulation either. After returning home, I became ill and was diagnosed by a doctor with bronchitis and a respiratory infection. It is very possible that this was related to the environmental conditions during my stay. I would strongly recommend the hotel to improve its ventilation system or clearly inform guests in advance about the air conditioning limitations, especially in a city where air pollution can be a concern.

I try to use train and very easy. Some staff couldn't speak English but still helpfull and the for muslim breakfast food quite enough. They inform Some food not halal
• Robert (10/5): Excellent. I would recomend this hotel to anybody. - Staff were responsive and friendly. Room and facilities were clean. Room was quiet. Metro train station was 200m away, which supported three train lines and took us quickly into the CBD and elsewhere. a convenience store on the opposite corner to the hotel where you could buy noodles and other goods. The number of tables at breakfast could be increased since finding an empty table took a bit of looking at peak time. I was not aware of any "high class" restaurants nearby, although there are many inexpensive restaurants, particularly near the Metro station.

Сам отель - проходной, сюда привозят группы туристов на ночь, утром они съедают вообще всё, как саранча. Так что, если хотите позавтракать, приходите к началу, потом и не сядете и есть нечего будет.

• عواطف (7/5): مناسب مقابل السعر لرحلة قصيرة - موقع ممتاز وبجواره عدد من المطاعم ويقابله مترو، وفيه غسيل مجاني ، واعطوني ويل تشير لمساعدة بنتي التي التوت قدمها داخل الفندق فقط أأنا خارج الفندق فيؤجرونه مقابل 500 يوان. لاحظت ان فناق الاكسبرس من هوليدي إن ليس لديهم في الغرف ثلاجة ومستوى التقنية فيها آقل من باقي فنادق هوليدي إن، والإفطار مقبول، وليس هناك مستوى فخم ، بل هو الستاندر ، وهو مناسب للسعر

Vse pohvale gospej na recepciji. Po odjavi nismo več mogli na toaleto ker je bila zaklenjena in si jo lahko odprl samo s kartico sobe, ki pa smo jo mi že vrnili.

В 5 минутах ходьбы можно недорого перекусить. Шикарный завтрак с изобилием еды на любой вкус, а также чай и кофе и кофемашины. Большой номер на 2 кровати на 27 этаже с потрясающим видом из окна! Ещё обязательно вернёмся!

В 5 минутах ходьбы очень недорогое кафе вкусной национальной кухни. Есть места для пеших прогулок, например, канал. Шикарный завтрак с изобилием еды на любой вкус, китайская, европейская, чай и кофе из кофемашины. Этот номер у нас был маленький и случайно с одной кроватью 😅 Но чистый и комфортный. Так как там только ночевали без ног от пройденных километров, то нам было все равно. В следующий раз тоже остановимся здесь!

• DIANNE APRIL (9/5): Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would consider staying here again. - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One of the best things about the location is that there are two metro stations nearby, which made getting around the city very convenient. There are also several places to eat around the area. While there aren’t a huge number of options, there are still plenty of restaurants to choose from, so finding something to eat wasn’t a problem. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of choices. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are also a comfortable size. One small thing I noticed was that the bathroom didn’t have a bidet. It wasn’t really a problem, but it would have been nicer if there was one. I also personally found the pillows a bit too soft since my head tends to sink in when lying down. However, this is just my personal preference—my family didn’t have any issues with the pillows and were comfortable with them. But these were only minor things and didn’t affect our stay much.
