- Ramona Rosemary (10/5): It was a wonderful stay, thank you ! - The house was great, it was private surrounded by trees, quiet, close to the village. It was very clean, all bedding was clean, had all the things needed in the kitchen, bbq, hot tub was really nice. It was very easy to connect and communicate with the property management if we had any questions.
Great views of blue mountain from the second floor big windows, lots of light, cozy.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! The microwave above the stove didn’t work but they had a second one on the counter otherwise nothing to complain about, the house is a bit older a few dents here and there, despite it, it was clean and cozy.
- Iryna (10/5): Such a wonderful place! Didn’t expect it to be this nice — I’ll definitely come back again. - Everything

- Mia (9/5): Superb -
- Umar (4/5): Overpriced - Overpriced. I wouldn't come back, that's for sure.
- Tanya (6/5): Comfortable stay. Staff were accommodating and easy to reach. House was clean and large enough for our extended family. - Large, clean, organized Showers were difficult to use, a little further walk than I would have liked to the village, only had a view upstairs but not on main floor as there are too many bushes outside.
- Mikhail (4/5): - The house was Very good.
The power was flickering during the first night.
The power went completely off at 6 pm on the second day of our stay.
Called the property management, spoke to the agent Precious. She told to wait till Hydro One repairs the power in the area.
Called them again at 11pm, still without power, spoke to the same Precious. Asked for partial refund or for a credit towards our next stay. Been told, the company won’t do either, the power outages in the area are out of their hansa, it’s with Hydro One.
Well, You’ve got our money, over 1K, not the power company - and You’ve shown how you “thrive for the best customer experience”. You’ve lost the customer, and referrals.
- Lm (9/5): Amazing property, clean and spacious, well maintained. - I loved the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. The place was very comfortable, and stove, tv, and other appliances worked very well. I was very happy with the property.
My wife noticed that the washing machines listed on the photos are not the same as the ones on the property. Just a recommendation to update the photo to avoid misunderstanding.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very close to the village and heated stairs outside 👌🏼
- Janna (7/5): Enjoyed the family time which is what we went for. - Constant reminder that this was not a party place, we are aware of that, this was our third year to this property, we are a family unit with small children, the constant reminders were a bit annoying, treat us like we have been there before and know the rules.
- Crowley (10/5): Very comfortable stay and highly recommend. - The stay had more than we had read on the contents and was very home feeling. Perfect for relaxing and a perfect get away. Would highly recommend this chalet for any large family to stay at.
- Anil (8/5): Very good - Convince, hot tub, rooms The bed sheet were not clean. The long hair on the sheets
- Cadeau (2/5): Poor service - The closeness it was to the village We arrived late 6:30ish. Was told propane would
Be set and ready to go. That was not the case. An empty tank was left with the full one left beside the bbq. No lighting in the back so had to hook up propane in the dark. Not the brightest idea to leave for late arrivals to do in the dark. If you say it will be ready make sure it’s ready. The basement was freezing cold, no insulation in the kids room( bunk beds). Not overly impressed.
- Glaiza (7/5): Good -
- Steve (9/5): Had a great time - Property was perfect . Very spacious, clean and close to the village Ridiculous the you need to bring /purchase your own propane for BBQ.. should be included in price of rental.
- Youngwoong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kora (9/5): Superb - Location. Communication. Excellent all round
- Renee (8/5): Great hot tub! - Great property. Smelled beautiful upon arrival, very clean. We were able to obtain early check in for $50. Hot tub was perfect! Great distance from the ski hill. More than enough fridge space. Big tub in the upstairs bathroom, however the shower head off the tub broke off easily. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for the hospitality! My only dislike about this property was the amount of emails you receive from the property manager. They definitely could cut the amount of emails you receive in half! Also only 4 cars in the driveway! Nila’s rules!
- Melanie (8/5): Very good - The upstairs shower leaked down in the hallway below.
- Sophy (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The hot tub -Receiving texts about restrictions last min
-Having security drop by unexpectedly to introduce themselves without warning
-lack of salt and pepper
-Netflix was not working in the basement
- Ian (10/5): Very enjoyable - The property was vey well stocked with crockery and utensils for home cooking The upstairs shower flooded down stairs so we were unable to use .
- Kim (10/5): Wonderful Weekend with Family - Very spacious comfortable lots of natural light Loved the hot tub Loved the location Master bedroom ensuite was beautiful Fantastic views Short walk to the village Everyday kitchen essentials would have been great eg.salt and pepper coffee filters sugar
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Christina (8/5): The location it good, the pictures and the description on the website needs to update!! - The location is very good, only few turns to the blue mountain village, close to shopping area. The cottage it clean The beds are not the right amount….on the booking website; it’s said 2 bunk beds, but it only 1, it said 2 queen beds; end up it’s 2 double beds, there is no gym bicycle as the picture in the website, they only have 2 yoga mats…basement dripping water, but the fixed it after we messaged them, the stove not working fully…and it very slow to heat up…
- Ivy (9/5): Superb -
- Holly (9/5): Superb - Close to village. Kitchen space was great. Hot tub was awesome. Clean and comfy. Exercise room was a lot of unused space. Could have used another bed. Basement room with TV and bed was awkward.
- Jess (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 10 minute Uber to Collingwood, spacious chalet and comfortable beds.
- Jacob (10/5): - The property suited out family perfectly, there was nothing we disliked about it.
- Arminda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alina (4/5): Disappointing - The size of the place, able to fit our entire party of 6 adults and 6 kids. The registration process, the multitude of emails and texts. Needing to do multiple forms, needing to provide passport id?. Also property requesting alternative card payment for a huuuuuge deposit, than otherwise provided with booking.com. the multitude of texts reminding you to exit premises by 11 else they would apply charges. Not my first time checking out of a place so abiding by the rules is a given. Never experienced this anywhere else. Not to mention needing to bring own sheets and towels (at least they warned us about that in advance). But towels? I used booking.com for lots of trips in Europe and Canada, especially Collingwood since there really are not too many places to visit in the two hour range.. This booking was the most stressful. Will never book with this property again.
- Judy (8/5): - Clean,quite and close to blue mountain.Great!
- Kathryn (7/5): it was a great family gathering - Great location
very clean
had all amenities/supplies
spacious the rooms in the main floor and basement were cold
no hot water in main floor shower
keurig coffee machine smelled of vinegar and couldn’t be used
no side tables or lamps in bedrooms
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like is that they do not provide towels or bed linens, if you want the house with that is an $150 fee extra. Which is not fair at all considering the price of the property.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Had a great time here for my brother in law bachelor weekend
