• songcindyri (1/5): Worst travel experience ever - Nothing I’ve never written anything negative on google, however I had the most unpleasant and frustrating experience at AKA Beverly Hills—easily the worst stay of my life. I requested a quiet room well in advance of my arrival to accommodate jet lag, only to be placed in the only room available: one directly above active construction on Wilshire. The noise was unbearable throughout the entire night, and I didn’t sleep at all. When I went to the front desk to request a move, they claimed there were no other rooms and told me my only option was to cancel for a refund—leaving me to scramble to find a new hotel at the last minute. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was inexcusably rude and condescending. One staff member spoke to me as if I didn't understand English, patronizingly explaining, “In the United States, we call it a refund.” I have lived in the U.S. for 20 years; being treated with such ignorance was deeply offensive and unprofessional. The service issues continued the next morning. I tried calling the front desk for luggage assistance from my room, but no one answered. When I called from my personal cell phone, they picked up immediately—it was clear they were deliberately ignoring calls from my room. Furthermore, when I asked about a $500 security deposit that appeared on my credit card statement, the staff flatly denied the charge and treated me as if I were confused, despite me having the physical payment record in front of me. Communication and management are clearly nonexistent here. While their client service manager later reached out to offer a move to a quiet room, the damage was already done by the hostility and incompetence I experienced throughout my stay. I would strongly advise against booking here if you value your rest or want to be treated with basic dignity.

• GoldnAdvice (6/5): TIME FOR REFURBISHMENT - I considered AKA my home away from home and I usually looked forward to my stay in the center of Beverly Hills , walking distance to everything .... The staff is always friendly and eager to help, the 1 bedroom studio I usually get is huge. It has a sitting area, dining area, a full bathroom ,a powder room, a decently big kitchen and a laundry machine. The main issue this time is that the place was run down. They have not kept the place in good condition. Things were worn out and falling apart, sunken sofas, fuzz on the upholstered headboard, chewed on baseboard, pet stains everywhere, etc.... While the prices have stayed high, the place does not reflect the high end quality. The service was still friendly and the complimentary coffee in the morning is a nice touch. I would still want a clean and a new room. I cannot give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval unless I hear it has been refurbished. And while they are refurbishing, they might want to add a magnifying ( at least 5 X) makeup mirror in the bathroom.
• X4243RXcarolw (10/5): Absolutely The Best! - We stayed 10 days at aka Beverly Hills and couldn't have been happier! My husband had spine surgery, so I was coming and going alone. Each return to aka was like "coming home"... only better! The staff welcomed me, parked my car, carried my groceries, made sure I had what I needed.

The staff at the reception and parking structure demonstrated exceptional customer service. The location is highly desirable and convenient. The only suggestion I would give is to as a better set of cookware and al least 6 placemats, it was difficult to cook in the set they have. All the rest works very well, especially the valet parking.
• 637oguzhank (2/5): Warning: Thief present!! - Warning: Thief present!! I'm writing this comment to ensure that future guests of this hotel remain cautious. I am aware that one comment will not affect the hotel's reputation and business significantly, but at least those who read this will take extra care of their personal belongings. I wish I didn't have to write such a comment, but things did not go as planned. My wife and I stayed at this hotel from June 15th to June 23rd. We originally planned to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, but we chose this hotel because my brother had made a reservation here for September. I wish we hadn't. For the first time in her life, my wife forgot her rings in a hotel room. Ironically, it happened on the cleaning day. (This hotel only has cleaning service once a week on Wednesdays.) We left the hotel in the morning. When we returned around 5:00 PM, we noticed the rings were not on top of the drawer where we left them. We reported the situation to both the hotel management and the police. Initially, the hotel management and staff did not seem very concerned (until we made a big deal out of it), mentioning that such a problem had never occurred before and that their staff had been with them for 6-7 years. Since the rings were not in the safe but on the drawer, we had no proof. The thief, who was the cleaner, took full advantage of this situation. That was why she dared to commit the theft. Afterwards, the hotel management calmly tried to talk us down, and the meeting ended. (I assume they thought we were making up this story to get a refund, but we are not the kind of people to blame others or lie. We don't need the money either.) The general manager said that without proof, they couldn't blame the employee, but they understood our situation. As a businessman, I understand this perspective and way of thinking. However, if I were in his position, I would definitely make a gesture to satisfy the customer, which he chose not to do. Maybe, as I mentioned above, he didn't want to believe us because the easiest and least stressful solution for the whole hotel was this, and the staff would keep their jobs. As a business owner who has dealt with numerous customer problems, I always stood by my customers, evaluated the situation with them, and made gestures. In my opinion, the hotel's approach was very inadequate. Problematic customers exist in every business, but we were not one of them. We tried to manage the process with calm and polite communication, not wanting to trouble anyone who was innocent. I also mentioned that we would have been sure not to encounter such a situation had we stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel. We estimate the total value of the rings to be about $20,000. Let the hotel management and staff continue to delude themselves. But one thing I am sure of as my own name: that cleaner is a thief! This was our third year visiting AKA Beverly Hills. The location is perfect. Easy access to the surrounding areas. Totally quiet inside our unit. We will be back next year.

Amazing facility and rooms, superb location which honestly cannot be topped if you want to be in the Beverly Hills area, and the staff are great - especially Riccardo! We'll definitely be back soon. Honestly everything met our expectations. Everything we did not like had nothing to do with the property and was out of the staffs control.

• avrammiller (10/5): Our home away from home - We live in Israel but spend the summers traveling. My wife’s from LA and has family and many friends there so we go every year. The apartment structure along with front desk services, easy parking and a fantastic location makes this a perfect set-up for us. The prevalence of so many guests from the Middle East is fun. I like to say that Beverly Hills is where Israelis and Arabs meet to eat Italian food. It is pretty much true. Having Whole Foods just up the street is extra convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. Roman especially has looked out for us for many years.

When the cleaning ladies came to clean the bed sheets they were wet when i came back. I found two alive spiders. Dirty floors. Ran out of coffee. It’s located in a nice place but i was very disappointed when they had no pool.

The entire staff, front desk reception, car valets, maintenance, housekeeping, were all most accommodating and responsive to any request, and always with a smile. Special shoutouts to Roman, Ricardo, Jazmine and Robert at reception, head of housekeeping Adelina, and bellmen and car valets David and Troy. Couldn’t be happier, my highest recommendation— top cabin all the way!

• larrykH5688XY (10/5): above and beyond expectation - having a residences rather than a room for the entire week made all the difference - i was able yo prepare proper coffee in the am, a cocktail on the evening, and tea before bed. i worked in the living room, sat on the terrace, and even had the fireplace on at night. it was also a beautiful setting to have my zoom calls at the terrace with all of the beautiful palm trees, purple pansies, and water feature in the background! the cherry on top was being next to spago for dinner and maybourne for breakfast, with canon, beverly, and rodeo right there.
• DreamaG (10/5): Perfect location - We had a wonderful week long trip at the AKA. The residence provides a large space for an extended stay in Beverly Hills. It has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious second story bedroom and nice living area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The third story terrace provides a nice outdoor seating area with good views. But best of all is the location- central to everything in Beverly Hills. A great step up from the hotels in the area.
• Elisabeth (5/5): Great location, spacious, ….they provide the “space”, but everything else is DIY (cleaning, making beds, detergents, etc - liked the location and spaciousness of the apartment Although expensive, they seem to try and save on everything, starting with minute bottles of shampoo (which are not replenished), no detergent for the washing machine, sink or a complementary kit for the coffee machine. The worst though is, that they don’t clean /change towels on a daily basis; they only come once a week and that’s a big deal. If you want extra cleaning, extra fee. If you want to park your car, extra fee!

• Al (8/5): The staff are very friendly and location is excellent - Location and staff I booked a 2 bedroom premium townhouse and I was given a suite instead ! i was disappointed but they handled the situation and apologized explaining that the townhomes are closed for renovations. The question is: Why list the townhomes on booking.com if they are closed? And why wasn’t I informed before check in?? I booked two weeks before arrival expecting that I will stay in the townhome! I was very disappointed !

We did not want for anything else for our stay here. Helpful concierge, valet parking and central to the main shops of Beverly Hills so spoilt for restaurant choice, unless like us you were thankful for full kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals after a long trip away. (Note: Kids are 10 and 8 not teens)

(2) People from front desk and people from cleaning provide great service, and are very kind and attentive all the time. (1) The safe inside my unit. Sometimes it wouldn't open. Had to call maintenance two times. He said the safe would be replaced but it was not. My father at his 416 unit had the same problem. We decided not to use the safes and it was frustrating. (2) We should have an extra bad at the PH6 as requested before check in, but it wasn't there when we arrived. Then they sent us something unusable as a bad and we had to wait for days to have a proper single bad for my kid, because they told us they had to wait for a decent extra bad to be returned from a leaving guest...So they don't have the extra bad they sell...My brother was more lucky and had a good extra bad from day one, while my kid had to sleep with me and my wife for 3 days. Very frustrating...

• Tym (8/5): highly recommended if your stay in LA is at least a week or more. it’s pricey but it’s location and amenities make it wo - excellent location in LA in the heart of Beverly Hills and WeHo. safe area with good access to most of LA , nearby to all amenities. easy access parking garage ( which does come with a fee for its valet service ) . a fully functional kitchen for those who want to use it. apartment size was excellent! hardly anything but really for a niche clientele with a minimum stay policy of one week but only once a week cleaning.

• Shamscali (10/5): Wonderful Stay at aka hotel apartment - Stay at aka hotel apartment was an convenient and mazing place, The staff are professional and friendly, high security access to the building, Its near by Golden triangle where are famous brands and luxury hotels. • Dreamer635798 (10/5): "Exceeded my Expectations" - I needed a clean, high-quality, private place to stay after requiring serious surgery. As an out-of-towner, I also need a safe, centrally-located facility close to top medical professionals. Although this was a required trip, I'll certainly remember AKA facilities for future stays if I need to stay 7 days or longer. The value exceeded my expectations, i.e. high-end Bosch appliances, water/dryer in-room, two bathrooms in one-bdrm. suite, comfortable bed and bedding, high-quality bathrooms, workout room, etc.
• JMBtravel24 (10/5): Superb best decision to stay at AKA - I have been so pleased with my stay at AKA. They are so helpful, kind and friendly. Everyone made my experience here seamless and enjoyable. The location is phenomenal. Rooms are very clean. I liked having a full kitchen and used Instacart to have groceries delivered for my stay. They also are attached to Spago, have a conference room and business center. It was wonderful. Mostly the staff made my stay nice. They gave me privacy and if I needed anything I could text them and they were always helpful. Thank you AKA. I’ll be back!

• James P (8/5): Great space for a DIY stay - The space is ample and great for a family - full well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Almost no hotel services. No room service, maid service included only once per week, free morning coffee/tea but no other food available (not even fruit). The valet staff were very personable but not particularly helpful with your things.
