- Victor (6/5): Would have been an amazing stay if only a) they could release the poor peacocks from their cage and give it to some anim - We liked the cleanliness and the rooms were big. Facilities are great and they even have a games room. The views are also lovely. There are a lot of positives in this hotel. The food left a lot to be desired esp the dinner buffet. It wasn't good. Staff speak no English so communication is hard - my son has celiac disease and explaining no Gluten in a 5* international hotel shouldn't be this difficult. But the worst thing was they keep two poor peacocks permanently caged in a tiny cage next to the swimming pool. They can't spread their wings and according to the staff, they're never let out. You should hear their cries. It's animal cruelty and extremely sad to see. I really truly hope someone can do something about it.

Все продукты качественные и вкусные. у меня был заблокирован номер Premium King Room with Sea View - Lounge Access, 3 взрослых. В бронировании так указано: Максимальная вместимость - 3 взрослых План питания - Завтрак входит в итоговую цену. Но мне пришлось в отеле доплачивать за дополнительную кровать. Это было для меня неожиданностью и огорчило пребывание.
- Evgenii (10/5): - Были на Новый год. Отель находится в городе, но создателям удалось в городской черте воспроизвести антураж курортного отеля. Плюсы от нахождения непосредственно в городе: небольшой торговый центр в трёх минутах ходьбы, развитая инфраструктура вокруг, возможность дойти пешком или доехать на копеечном такси до центра. При этом на компактной территории отеля бассейн с лежаками, ухоженная растительность, детская площадка позволяют ощущать себя не в городе, а непосредственно на море (оно действительно рядышком, но не для купания). Температура в начале января позволяет спокойно загорать. Конкурентов на лежаки нет, китайцы в принципе не про загар. Вода в бассейне прохладная. Зайти и искупнуться хорошо, но плескаться долго точно не получится. Термальные источники это минибассейны с горячей водой. Их три штуки, практически всегда пустые. Отель современный: большое лобби, доброжелательный персонал, всё ухоженно. Мы срочно переезжали в этот отель из первоначально выбранного (там при понтах было запустение на гране брезгливости), поэтому брали два номера из того, что можно успеть 30 декабря. Номера просторные. Есть мини-кухня, много мест хранения. Уборка вполне качественная. Если хотите зимой на море, но при этом без тайской жары, это хороший вариант. Хайкоу заметно крупнее и более продвинутый, чем Санья в плане инфраструктуры, но менее курортный по вайбу. Зимой в Хайкоу попрохладнее градуса на три, чем в Санье. В зависимости от температуры и ветра весь день ходишь в футболке, или же днём в футболке, а вечером поверх кофта. Пара дней были пасмурные, тогда целый день в кофте. Отель хорош, но о спортивном зале этого не сказать. Маленький и плохо спланированный. С прилегающей территорией постарались, а зал был сделан для галочки. Завтраки хорошие, но заметно ориентированные на китайцев. Это оправдано, так как китайцев в отеле не меньше 90-95 процентов. Но с учётом, что китайцы с удовольствием едят и другие кухни, в отеле могли бы чуть увеличить интернациональную кухню и завтраки бы только выиграли от этого. Тем не менее яйца, беконы, круассаны и ещё куча всего в наличии.

- Sancho (8/5): - Spacious room, with good facilities both in the room and around the hotel. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Too soft and unsupportive. The one-bedroom suite had bathroom doors that are too glassy - not good at providing privacy, and caused the room to be too bright if the bathroom light was left on (which for old people was necessary as they needed to visit the toilet in the night).

Бассейн на улице был холодным.

- Jean Marcel (10/5): Amazing stay, great value for money - Amazing room, kind staff especially on the rooftop restaurant. The view from the rooftop is phenomenal. The rooms were great sizes with all amenities you might needs like slippers, toothpaste and sewing kit. The toiletries were from Byredo which was a nice touch. If you plan to stay only for a layover this is a little far from the airport so be mindful of the traffic when planning timings to and from the airport

There is a mall that is 5 mins walk from the hotel Which we purchased local souvenir for friends n relatives. we also walk to the beach nearby the mall. And Hainan university which is near to night market which is patronised by youngster n university student is within walking distance from the hotel.

- Youguo (10/5): Overall, I enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It has everything I need for a three-night stay. - Great view, facing city over the bay. Great breakfast, great shower and others such as a dining table and a kitchen. The bed corners have hard, sharp steel. People are protected from a soft pad over the steel. Unfortunately, one pad fell off in my room, and I minorly hurt my lower leg. Good news is that it did not cause a serious infection from the wound. I reported the incident, and the soft pad was placed on shortly afterward. My recommendation to the hotel is that as part of the daily room cleaning routine, soft pads should be checked every time and every day by the cleaning staff. The bed corner without the soft pad is dangerous.

Our flight at early morning next day and friendly staff helped us with late check out. The room was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and local charm. Immaculately clean, spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities left nothing to be desired.

The staff was friendly and helpful (Frank even paid for our cab in his e-mailing app- we of course reimbursed him). The breakfast buffet has so many options and is amazing. There are also little touches such as in room amenities. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion about some of the local tourist areas and how to book them/get there. The staff gave us conflicting information. Maybe it would be good to have some brochures or other information that could help tourists. Other than that, a lovely place to stay!

- Diao (10/5): fantastic views and great hot spring - The location is absolutely impeccable! Loved that there was a pool with heated springs nearby. It was really nice to be able to take a dip and immediately jump into the springs. The gym is fully equipped. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Had an amazing time here Honestly would've been an absolute dream come true if they had a cold plunge next to the 3 hot springs. It's definitely not a deal breaker though

We found the bed too small for 2 adults and they accommodated by setting up an extra single bed in the suite for us. Service is always very prompt and polite. No drama. We had a calm and very enjoyable time staying at the hotel. The free photoshoot was a bonus and very enjoyable too. The photos were great - it added to our good memories at Haikou. Thank you!

She took great care to make sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, making the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. The hotel room is well designed, with great views of the sea. Really clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of good food choices.
