- 216tanyan (8/5): Excellent stay in Oct 2023. - I traveled with my parents. We booked two-bedroom suite, which was excellent idea, each room has its own TV. Very clean rooms and bedding, bathroom supplies replenished on time. Things I would like to improve: new mini fridge, the old one was not cold enough. Also, I would like to see more Russian cuisine choices, maybe crepes for breakfast? Hotel reception staff was amazing, huge help! Thank you ladies and gentleman.

- Antti (10/5): - Rooms were renovated after my last visit few years ago which is plus. Location is good not for away from Nevsky or nearest metro. They tried to charge me for breakfast while I was checking out. But I want to believe it was just misunderstanding from receptionist.

- mmijic845370 (10/5): Cozy big rooms - The rooms were really big, with a nice big bathroom. The rooms were cleaned every day. I especially loved the breakfast, which was fabulous! And as we left our hotel early in the morning (3:30 am), they gave us a lunch package for the road :) Would recommend.

- DollarBernd (10/5): Highly recommended - Good location, clean and spacious rooms, quiet during the night hours. Housekeeping is proper working, all staff very helpful and friendly. Lunch box available for early leaving, which I really appreciated. Breakfast choice is veeery rich and includes delicious authentic russian food. Location is also good. In walking distance to central St. Petersburg and Finland Station. Metro 5 min. away. I enjoyed my stay at Russ Hotel. Thanks to everyone.

Два телевизора и холодильник, кондиционер в каждой комнате.Завтраки достойные шведский стол. Ужин и обеды брать не стали, так как поздно приходили. И во-вторых они дорогие. Заселили быстро персонал приветливый. Бесплатный wifi. От станции метро примерно метров 800 это станция Чернышевского.

- Tatjana (8/5): - War alles wie in der Beschreibung angegebenen. Paar negative Punkte gab es doch. Die Wünsche für die Minibar wurden nicht berücksichtigt :Wollte stilles Wasser und kein Alkohol. Wasser wurden nur 2 kleine Flaschen bereit gestellt und nicht wieder ausgefüllt. Das Angebotene Abholservice lief schief. Wurden von Flughafen nicht abgeholt, obwohl wir an der Ausgemachter Stelle, nach der Ankunft mehr als 30 Minuten gewartet haben. Mussten uns selbst eine Mitfahrgelegenheit organisieren. Zimmer war sauber. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Frühstück war ok. Das Essen in den Restaurant war lekker.

Auf Nachfrage würde uns zwar ein Upgrade angeboten, aber gegen Aufpreis zum bereits bezahlten Zimmerpreis.
- Riku (8/5): Hyvä hotelli, hyvä vastine rahalle - Hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Tultiin Allegrolla josta käveli hotellille reilusti alle puolessa tunnissa. Hotelli on melko iso, täältä löytyy aulabaari ja ravintola joissa on kohtuullinen tarjooma. Aamiainen kattaa olennaisen, itse asiassa varsin hyvä. Huone oli iso ja siisti, sänky mukava. Huoneessa oli myös ilmastointilaite joka tosin ei tullut tarpeeseen. Wifi toimi nopeasti ja ilman pätkimistä. Palvelu pelaa hyvin ja on ystävällistä. Hotellilta on helppo kävellä keskustaan tai mennä jollain lähistön bussilla. Taksi on myös edullinen joten sen käyttö varsinkin isommalla porukalla toimii hyvin. Tänne voisi majoittua uudelleenkin.

Bassäng och bastu måste man betala extra för, 500 rub per person o timme. Vår svit var otroligt bra, 3 stora rum, luftkonditionering, vattenkokare, kylskåp, sköna sängar och badkar med Jaccuzzi. Vi är mycket nöjda.

Although,I checked in late around 11.40pm on Friday 19th of April and I had to wait 20 mns at the reception to check-in.They told me they had to switch to the night shift on the software and that’s why there was this delay but I was not impressed by the courtesy of the reception leader. I was staying 9 days so I don’t understand why I had to wait that long to get a key and paying. Another day I asked the dry-cleaning to be done and a maid came to take it,I gave her more money than required but I never got my change back... I don’t really mind because it was not expensive but I find a bit weird that the receptionist at the check-out didn’t even mention it. Otherwise,it was a good stay and I will probably come back.

- Kaarlo (8/5): Good times - Room was clean and nice, not sure if air conditioning worked right. Shower cubicle needed a little fix but did not leave me dirty. Overall very good room, would go again. Business lunch was a disappointment but was so hungry had to go there. Saint Petersburg is full of amazing restaurants in every street, find one. Breakfast was so crowded needed to wait for place to eat. Breakfast was really basic but did not leave anything on the plate. Reception staff was very kind and helpful, they spoke english. There is a man if you need help with the luggage, luxury. Easy to get taxi, short walk to Nevsky or to metro. Good location.
- SVYATOSLAV (8/5): Приятная деловая поездка. - Проживал в отеле с коллегой несколько дней во время деловой поездки. Понравилось обслуживание. Приятные девушки на рецепшене, быстрая регистрация и заселение. В номере очень тихо. Отель расположен в 7 минутах от метро, что очень удобно. Порадовала чистота в номере. Много полотенец, которые по необходимости менялись. Конечно, хотелось бы, чтобы в номере был чайник, но это компенсировалось кулером на этаже. На завтрак достаточно разнообразный выбор блюд. Рекомендую отель.

Пришлось довольствоваться сандвичем из бара.

- Andrey (6/5): 3 звезды - Персонал приятный, отзывчивый. Сам номер обшарпанный, кран течет, в номере жара неимоверная, открываешь окна на ночь, встаешь с соплями.. Один! канал по телеку... Россия 24. Номер открывался обычным ключом! Замок плохо работал, мучались все время. В остальном терпимо.

- Ulla (4/5): - Hotellin sijainti hyvä; lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metroasemaa ja pääkatu Nevski Prospektia. Hotellin ravintolassa ainakin pitsat saivat meiltä huonon arvosanan ja palvelukin oli aikalailla kehnoa. Aamiainen oli ala-arvoinen, kahvi pahaa kuin myös ruoka ja vaihtoehdot surkeita, toisena aamuna emme menneet syömään vaikka kuului hintaan. Itse hotelli rapistuneessa kunnossa, käytävät lattiamaton alla kupruilevat ja muutoinkin remonttia vaille paikoitellen Hotellihuone erittäin vaatimaton.. Respassa ystävällinen henkilökunta . En menisi uudestaan tähän hotelliin.
- LUIS (10/5): Nice stay in St Petersburg - Great hotel in a good location. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff was polite and friendly.
- Luis (6/5): - First day spent without WiFi. Then had to pay extra to place my personal items (passport, electronics, etc.) in a safety box as my room didn’t have one. The shower drain kept plugging up. What a mess that was, having to deal with that issue everyday.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place - Nice hotel. We booked 2 economy rooms. One was eay too small so we upgraded. Well see worth the extra $16 a day because we needed the air comditionong
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Just remodeled, great for families as it offera two separate private areas within the room, fairly well located.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel facilities was almost poor. There were no water in the room, no tea or coffee making facilities. The only preparation were two glasses! We have booked the business room but there were no business facilities. The hotel's outside condition for carrying the baggages was awful. On the other hand, I must mention that the room's cleaneness and spacity were good and satisfying, however the breakfast wasn't satisfying.
- Elena (10/5): Nice hotel close to the center - I stayed here for 6 days. The check in was great and fast. The room was clean, but didn't had a fridge and hair dryer. I had to request it. After that it was great! The maids were very nice and friendly. I liked the breakfast buffet very much! They offer a large breakfast, very tasty and fresh. There were russian salads, veggies fresh and cooked, eggs, omlets, oatmel, cerial, breat, coffee, tea, juice and water. In the end I didn't even need the fridge :) Also, the hotel has a lot of grocery stores around in case you need something else. Metro is only 10 min walk or about 30 min walk to Nevski prospect (the city center). I would definatly stay there again!
