We haven't had this issue at other Hamptoms. We are Diamond members so it's not our first rodeo. The water pressure was dismal. It took five times as long to rinse my hair. We are staying at another Hampton tonight and the wifi works without issue.

- David (9/5): Comfortable and convenient. - Close to VA Medical Center.. Easy to find, ample parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Printer did not work, still waiting on receipt to be emailed for reimbursement. Laundy room was closed.

- Rhonda (5/5): I don’t think I would stay at this location if the need rises. - We checked in on Friday and we got a neighbor on Saturday that had a dog. Once the owners left it barked nonstop. I called front desk and they wanted to move us. We were already established and felt that was not fair. Not sure if they other people were moved but it stopped, but definitely thought it was not appropriate to move the people that were already there for the new ones. That the website said there was a pool but not that it was an outdoor pool and my grandson was not happy.

There was hair on our shower wall and you can see it right away and on the fold out sofa there was no sheets to cover the mattress and it looked like there was a blood color stain on it. The blankets could be a little thicker and not so rough. Besides that it was nice.

I had book the room through them, the motel called to see if I was still going to check in and I confirmed I was. There seemed to be a problem because at first they couldn't find it under my last name. They finally found it. That was a waste of your employees time. But they didn't complain they had it under control and was really professional about it. Thank you for that.

It woke us up, but we weren’t quick enough and they walked in. Later, they came back knocking and we had placed the placard on the door that we were still there. They were rushing us out and we had no chance to relax in the morning. The manager did not care to hear our concerns with this.

- JERRY (10/5): - We stayed because my husband had to be at the hospital for preadmission testing. We were going to have time in between appointments. The late check out really helped with us being able to have a place to relax. Clean and efficient.
- Foster (7/5): We would stay again! - It was very clean and easy check in/out. The staff was helpful when we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. One of the queen beds was very loud. Every time my daughter rolled over it made loud noises. In addition the air conditioner was very squeaky.

- Cruser (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was tasty and the selection was good. I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit, but the biscuits and gravy were top notch! The price wasn't a very good value, and when I wanted to stay another couple of days, the price had gone up significantly!
