Gece geç saatlerde giriş yapmamıza rağmen personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü gerçekten takdire değerdi. Özellikle Semih Bey’e ilgisi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve samimiyeti için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Tesise doğrudan araçla giriş yapılamıyor, ancak bu durum deneyimi olumsuz etkilemekten ziyade farklı ve hoş bir detay katıyor. Valizlerimizi teleferikle otele ulaştırmaları oldukça pratikti. Biz de yaklaşık 5 dakikalık kısa bir yürüyüşle tesise vardık. Bu yürüyüş sırasında doğanın içinde olmak, temiz havayı solumak ve yayla atmosferini hissetmek ayrı bir keyifti. Yayla şartları göz önünde bulundurulduğunda sunulan hizmetten ve genel ortamdan memnun kaldık. Kısa süreli konaklamamıza rağmen güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Tekrar tercih edilebilecek, doğa severlere gönül rahatlığıyla önerilebilecek bir tesis.

I was unlucky for another family lived above us with unbehaving children and the night was unpleasant due to the banging and noise. No privacy. We could hear their conversation. Breakfast did not include 2 cups of turkish coffee nor a cup of juice.

- 700ilyaf (4/5): unreasonably expensive - I rarely give a low rating, but this is one of those cases. The only way to get to the hotel from the parking lot is to walk uphill through mud/snow/grass for about 50 meters, dogs are not allowed to enter the hotel without an escort or a repeller, you need to call the administrator. The hotel itself is very poorly made, roadside motels in Ebenevo are more respectable, there is almost nothing to eat from the menu, air conditioning (snow and mud outside), the worst failure is the breakfast and the price of accommodation. For breakfast, one omelet for two and the remains of jam from someone else's table. The standard price in the hotel without breakfast is $ 35 instead of $ 150 per day. They treat this better than tourists. There are different hotels in Turkey, but finding a good one even for that kind of money is becoming difficult, it's sad.

- Ahsan (10/5): Exceptional - This is the best location with the iconic waterfall view.i stayed in 201 which is their famous instagram suite.it have all the amenities even a wooden fireplace with allot of wood right outside the suite you can take as much as you want.and the balcony is also good with the best view in ayder. Its best for couples not for families because you have to walk uphill a few hundred meters to get to the room they have a pully system which takes your luggage upto the room but if somebody have a knee problem or cant walk allot its a big problem for them.also the projector was not attached to the sound system.

Prices should be placed on the items and honey offered for sale so that the customer can be assured that the price is fixed for all customers and hotel visitors. 2. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, must be cleaned thoroughly before handing them over to the customer in order to ensure complete comfort for the new guests.

The location of the hotel is little high you need to climp for it, it requires some efforts, old people and disables are not advised to book in this hotel.

- Muhamad Said (8/5): - First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor. Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall. The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special. The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful. The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception. Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

The breakfast was fine even it was the same menu everyday When we arrived, we waited our luggage to arrive to our room for almost 30 minutes before i had to go to reception counter again asking about our luggage as no one answered my phone call. When we arrived, there were dogs sitting at the stairs to the hotel. When i told the staff who attended us that i am afraid of dogs and i wish they will look after it,he didn't take it seriously. You have to climb to reach the hotel.However, we enjoyed it :)

There is a Syrian guy among their staff, very friendly and very helpful his name is Ali. Need more renovation. The hotel should have made it clear that you have to reach the hotel walking as there are no roads on this mountain to reach the hotel. Also, they use a kind of electric trolly to take/drop the luggage. I have left my Jeans shirt on the hanger in the reception, and went to check-in, came back didn't find it. You have to take care of your belongings.
