FendySaadon (9/5): - It was prominently located and signboard displayed. Just 2 streets away from Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan. Less than 10mins walk. The hotel staff, I presumably were the owners themselves, were friendly and accommodating. For a hotel this affordable, nothing to dislike.

Syarifah (9/5): - Everyday their clean our room , bathroom and bin , their change it everything with new one , give bottle water everyday, outside their prepare it water and hot water , has kitchen you can use their plate and spoon , they give toilet stuff new one everyday , the hotel super clean , and has lift that important one thing when you carry luggage , the stuff in reception very nice and helpful , last our day check out uncle receptionist helping us order grab car, really appreciated , close to everything like jonker walk , red building / christ Dutch churt , mall, hospital, restaurant, farmacy just walking for few minutes No Tooth paste and brush teeth like others hotel do , pillow to hard not soft

Aravindh (9/5): Best for budget travelers - We liked the facilities and comfort that we received for what we paid. Although small and old model rooms it had everything for a night and true value for a short stay. Even having a water refilling station instead of pushing to buy water bottles. Location is closer to eateries and bus station. Reception staffs were truly friendly and helpful! Nothing much to complain about this room. Ideal for a night or two stays for budget travelers.

Hurul (7/5): Good - Able to late check out by an hour upon asking. Being informed where is the dispenser and ironing section is upon checking in. Have mugs and jug in room. Have lifts. Thank you!! Not sound proof, can hear water running, flushing, people who is on the same floor screaming/fighting at any time. Stressful for me to sleep. Pillow abit hard for me with neck problems. The toilet stair is too high for elderly.
