War auch voll okey, wussten aber nicht das man das hätte wählen müssen. Muss man einfach beachten bei der Buchung.

Cleo (7/5): Great location. reasonable apartment. - Good size apartment with great location and very helpful staff! The apartment was clean although it doesn't sleep more than two people comfortably. Sara, the housekeeper, was very helpful throughout our stay, and made it very pleasant. The cleaning staff were really all welcoming and friendly. The images listed on the booking.com page are misleading as it only shows accommodation with a beachfront view which gives the impression that you will have some kind of sea view, and there is no other types of accommodation. If you select "Apartment" be mindful of this is probably not going to have any view of the sea. We faced in the opposite direction, towards the city which was disappointing. Rooms are cleaned only once every four days, which means that if you request new bath and hand towels before then it costs €15 per set, plus an additional €4 if you want beach towel.

Farzana (10/5): - It was quite a spacious and comfortable apartment. The cooking facilties and 2 bathrooms really helped and the location was perfect. It had a rooftop that was quite nice but basic. Only issue was the soundproofing. Noise from the street and other apartments can be heard as it was mostly wooden. The stairs were difficult to manoeuvre especially with young children as they fell down the wonky stairs multiple times. The floors were loud and creaky and the beds were not comfortable.

Overal - Proximity to the beach and restaurants No beach towel provided for free, the stairs in the apartment were kind of narrow. I assumed I was going to have beach view from the apartment but that wasn’t the case.

Katie (9/5): Brilliant place on the beach with lovely staff - The staff were very kind, we arrived so early but they managed to let us check in after a couple of hours. We also misunderstood the checkout time was 11 not 12pm and they were polite about asking us to leave. Very hospitable place that really do try their best. Location on the beach is excellent Size of the flat was excellent for three Nice touches like some juice in the fridge A lot of amenities for self catering Cleanliness of the flat was excellent Gentleman in the evening very helpful and fixed a couple of issues for us Lovely welcome from Flora and goodbye from Sara They seem to treat their staff well which we really liked, they were having a Christmas celebration in one of the flats opposite us which was sweet! There is a 5 euro charge (per person) for beach towels which is not in keeping with the price point of the property. It was expensive, particularly over Christmas, so I would expect something like this to be included. There is no way you won't need a towel and they explicitly say there will be a fine if you use the normal towels as beach towels. They gave us these for free at the end of our stay because of our hot water issues which I thought was a kind gesture and was much appreciated. The hot water was patchy, you couldn't shower at the same time or one after each other. There was only three of us so we made it work but for a larger group it would be a problem I think. There was a nice gentleman in the evening that improved the hot water situation but the other times there was no one around to ask for help and the emergency phone number was unanswered. I think this was a one off issue to be honest and was probably resolved after we left (Christmas). The other thing to be mindful of is reception is mostly closed even though it states it's open 8-4. It could just have been because it was over Christmas but I went a few times for assistance and it was shut. Again for paying a premium over Christmas I would have expected someone to be around but ultimately it wasn't a big problem for us, we just got on with things and the staff were all so nice when we did interact with them. Just a side note that has nothing to do with the accommodation - the beauty place next door is not good for a massage.

Maren (9/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, nur zu empfehlen - Saubere, modernes Apartment direkt am Wasser. Sehr liebevolle, herzliche und arrangierte Betreuung von Sara. Danke dafür. Keine Fliegengitter vor dem Fenstern
Doro (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft, toller Strand, Strandbars, Restaurant alles direkt daneben. Empfehlenswert. - Absolut zentrale Lage zum Meer sowie zu den Geschäften. Die Zimmer gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Bäder ordentlich gefliest und die Keramik hochwertig. Würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Da sich die Unterkunft direkt am Strand befindet, wäre eine Aussendusche von Vorteil.

Evelien (8/5): Super fijne plek - De vriendelijke benadering,super. Het is eenvoudig maar voldoet aan alle eisen en dat is goed. Er is beveiliging avond en nacht en dat is fijn,al hebben wij ons echt nooit onveilig gevoeld

Bruno Nereu (9/5): - Melhor localização seria impossível. Casa na praia, com acesso directo à praia e ao centro de Santa Maria. Vista fantástica sobre a praia e o pontão. A penthouse tem uma excelente varanda e um bom terraço para disfrutar ao entardecer. Ideal para famílias numerosas ou grupos de amigos. Casa equipada com o essencial e com muito boa limpeza. Pouco isolamento sonoro entre os quartos.
Bruno Nereu (9/5): Excelente escolha na ilha do Sal - Localização fantástica. Higiene e conforto. Sinal de Internet um pouco fraco mas parece ser um constrangimento da rede local.

Federico (10/5): Casa vacanze dei sogni - Posizione eccezionale fronte mare, soprattutto la nostra camera al piano terra, letteralmente a un metro dalla sabbia. Non era nemmeno necessario portarsi in spiaggia nulla, potendo tornare a prendere tutto in qualsiasi momento! Attrezzata bene con zona cucina e le dotazioni necessarie per i pasti in casa. Super il terrazzo con sdraio e tavolo da esterno. Molto comoda la posizione per la via principale del paese. Servizi e ristoranti a pochi metri.

Une vue mer aurait été appréciée au vu de l'emplacement. - Propre Spacieux Personnel aux petits soins et à l'écoute Très bon emplacement et établissement bien isolé, malgré les soirées dans le quartier nous n'entendons quasiment aucun bruit La deuxième chambre avec un lit somle manque de confort : literie dur et différent de la chambre avec le lit double, pas de miroir également dans cette pièce. Aucune photo de la vue cour ou rue pour les chambres qui n'ont pas une vue mer. Quand nous avons réservé, nous ne savons pas quelle vue on allait avoir. Aucune vue mer ce qui a été decevant notamment pour le prix relativement elevé de la nuitée .
