- Òscar (2/5): - El sofa tenía unas manchas horribles que hacían imposible sentarse por el asco que daban. Avisados en recepción, se limitaron a darle la vuelta al cojín, con la cremallera hacia fuera. Es como si nos tomaran el pelo. Además la calefacción estaba tan alta que no pudimos descansar por el calor insoportable y la nula posibilidad de regulación por termostato.

Her kunne de godt sætte noget på, så den ikke ridsede, skulle uheldet med bagklappen være ude.)

- Jennie (8/5): Kesän vaellusmatka - Kahden makuuhuoneen ja kylpyhuoneen huone oli oikein tilava, siisti ja mukava. Hotellin huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten se oli miinus, sillä +30 helteellä, huone oli todella kuuma. Pyynnöstä saimme huoneeseen puhaltimia. Huone olisi ilmastoinnin lisäksi pientä kunnostusta vailla, mm toinen poreammeemme ei toiminut, käsisaippua oli rikki ym pientä. Nämä eivät kuitenkaan matkamme pilanneet. Exclusive huoneeseen kuuluva aamupala oli loistava. Myös hotellin sijainti ja maisemat olivat upeat. Yksi vastaanotossa työskentelvä nainen oli todella ystävällinen ja osasi englantia hyvin. Kaikenkaikkiaan perheemme piti hotellista paljon.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Moyen - Hôtel 5* pour le tarif uniquement , 3* serait plus approprié ,chambre communicante pour nous assez spacieuse et bien équipée à première vue mais tout n’est pas en état de fonctionnement ( baignoire balnéothérapie en panne pression d’eau chaude en filet ( 1h30 pour remplir la baignoire qui au final fut froide …) joints crasseux ou absents traces au fond des baignoires , carrelage coulures de je ne sais quoi sur les murs … accès piscine payant 15€ l’heure et sur réservation qu’on soit client de l’hôtel ou non … buffet très maigre sans saveur à 25€/per et 18€ pour les enfants… espace massage simplet mais tarif haut de gamme . Au bar personne ne vous sert a vous de vous levez … bref nous n’y reviendrons pas .

- Marianne (10/5): Excellent family stay! - Fantastic stay, the family interconnecting rooms were excellent. Loved the Al La Carte restaurant, so peaceful. Excellent service from everyone, start to finish. was aware that the spa was additional cost which was a bit disappointing, would have liked to have had at least one free visit for the stay. Having said that, the spa is far more than just a pool. Huge jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, 3 saunas. Absolutely wonderful after a long day skiing. We went with 2 children and all loved it! Yes the places are limited but that it a good thing because it didn’t get overcrowded. We did need to book 2 days in advance to get the time we wanted but there was plenty of other availability. The only very minor bit of feedback that I would give is that the set evening menu for the children was very limited, only the same 3 meal options plus one special each evening, we were there for a week so it was very repetitive. The adult menu was great though! We’ll definitely be back.
- glynis (8/5): - A mixed hotel that suits everybody. It’s done in 4 blocks. We were in Diana! The rooms were nice and comfortable, not too hot, on the small side. Inadequate storage for a ski holiday. Half board was a real treat, not your traditional hotel buffet but a la carte and it was lovely. There was a bowling alley downstairs with a bar and snacks so the kids and families tended to congregate down there so it was nice not to have kids running around. I didn’t use the spa because the kids free hours didn’t suit. The cost is 20€ for 1 hr. I did have a massage from Paula and that was very special. Parking underground is 20€ a night. It’s doable but tight. The cable car is 200 metres - some steps involved. Nice ski area if there’s snow and others within a reasonable drive.

- Björn (6/5): Mixed feelings with this return visit - The hotel is getting close to renovation. After four visits the deterioration in quality and service is very clear. The bed duvets are super warm so you need to sleep with open windows in the middle of the winter. The spa is sparsely staffed so lights and temperatures are not checked, nor the kids hours. The upscale restaurant food has been splendid past visits but this year we sent food back to the kitchen and left a lot at the plates. The Junior chef is not up to the task, with exception of the desserts that were ok.

- Ainhoa (8/5): - El hotel necesita una reforma en las habitaciones. La bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba en una de las habitaciones y en la otra saltaban los embellecedores de los chorros al conectarla. La habitación olía a tabaco y está obsoleta. Los colchones y almohadas no me resultaron nada cómodos. Todo lo demás me pareció muy bien, el spa, el restaurante y desayuno y la atención al cliente. En eso sí le daria las estrellas que tiene, pero no en las habitaciones, que comparando con otros 5 estrellas que he estado, no le llega ni a 3. Aún así, ha sido una estancia muy agradable, pero no repetiría por el tema de las habitaciones, a las que por cierto, añadiría un aire acondicionado, ya que hacia demasiado calor. Y una noche abrimos la ventana y amanecimos llenos de picadas, así que tampoco es una opción.

Le restaurant est tout simplement magnifique et on y mange très bien (personnel très sympathique). La chambre n'est pas très grande mais ça va, dans la SDB il y a une baignoire avec des jets. Seul petit bémol, ils sont pas nombreux ceux qui parlent le français ! Actuellement il y a des travaux de génie civil, ça tape fort pour casser la roche, c'est très bruyant .

Hubo una incidencia en la reservación, dieron mi habitación a otra persona.( Error que hay que tomarse con tranquilidad, dado que puede pasar, lo que importa es la solución que dan la es la correcta) Así ha sido, pese a +1' 30h de solución al problema y a la amabilidad y servicio prestado por el Sr.Jorge pudimos instalarnos. Como cosa a mejorar,.sería poder incluir servicio de cepillos de dientes y peines, donde en hoteles de calidad inferiores lo aportan. En cuanto al servicio de cena, si que es un punto flaco, poca variedad por el precio. No obstante hemos estado bien y han cubierto nuestras espectativas. - JOSEP (6/5): Recepción decepcionante, personal de piano bar 10 - La recepción muy lenta, juntando los clientes del hotel de 4* con los de 5*. Estuvimos haciendo cola 15 minutos. El parking cubierto no lo pudimos usar porque estaba la entrada bloqueada 15 minutos y al final acabamos aparcando en la calle. En recepción no hicieron nada para solucionarlo. El personal del piano bar excelente pero, gran atención y servicio. Felicidades!
- Nillgrid (10/5): Excellent séjour - Très bon séjour de 6 nuit en famille à 3 adultes Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre quadruple (à la place d'une chambre triple) avec 2 salle de bains. En fait 2 chambres communicantes l'une avec lit double et l'autre avec 2 lit simples avec un mini frigo. Seul point négatif pas de climatisation, en septembre la nuit on ne peut pas dormir uniquement avec un drap, il faut mettre la couette qui est trop chaude pour la saison Malgré la COViD, et ses restriction le personnel fait son maximum pour satisfaire les clients. A cause de la COVID, le restaurant Louis XV est fermé, et le restaurant du princesse parc habituellement avec service buffet est devenu un restaurant service à table, les plats y sont très raffinés avec 3 choix d'entrées de plats et de desserts le tout fait maison, (un effort pourrait être fait pour mieux d'écrire les plats sur la carte notamment les accompagnements) Jolis spa, le hammam et le sauna ne sont pas ouverts, pas de vestiaire on arrive directement en maillot et avec le peignoir, (COVID) mais pas de changement pour le reste, la direction fait un tarif spécial à 5€ pour une heure pour tenir compte des désagréments La piscine extérieure est chauffée à 26° ( ouverte jusque mis septembre) Le parking extérieur gratuit est petit mais il y a un parking municipal gratuit un peu plus bas dans la station ou le parking payant de l'hôtel Ligne de bus pour La massana et Andorra la Vella à 50m

- franck (8/5): Très bel établissement - Superbe établissement, seul bémol, le restaurant qui n’était pas ouvert et nous voilà rétrogradé dans la salle du self sans en avoir été informé lors de la réservation !
- Martin (6/5): Nice Hotel shame about the restaurant staff - The hotel management and staff were generally very good but the restaurant staff for breakfast were terrible. Food was slow if ordered and the food was cold if off the buffet. Unatentive and bordering on rude all three days of our trip. The facilities of the hotel and the rest of our experience were very good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - En general la estancia a sido buena, pero hay cosas que se podrian mejorar siendo un cinco estrella. limpieza de la habitacion casi perfecta, las bañeras de los baños necesitaban un poco mas de limpieza y debajo de las camas de las dos habitaciones , el patio con colillas faltaba una mesa y par de sillas

- Björn (8/5): Det mesta bra - Fint hotell med bra spaavdelning för arter-ski. Synd bara att hotellet inte klarar att separera barn och vuxentid i spaet. Det blir inte så mycket relax i splashparty för 10-åringar. Rummen små och varma, för varma för vår smak, mest beroende på supertjocka syntettäcken. Så öppen balkong blev alternativet. Men bra service och mat på hotellet i övrigt.
- Franck (8/5): Grand et plaisant - Grand hôtel avec pas mal de loisir, très bien placé... dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas à la hauteur et que la musique soit permanente pendant les repas que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner... mais le prix n’est pas excessif heureusement, belle surprise car beaucoup de choix pour les sans gluten!!! malgré tout il vaut mieux prévoir d’aller manger ailleurs.

- Stéphane (8/5): Bel hôtel, belle situation, piscine extérieure - Bel hôtel au charme un peu suranné. La chambre est confortable et offre une jolie vue au 5ème étage sur la piscine et la montagne. Le petit-déjeuner est qualitatif. Mais ne vous attendez surtout pas à un 5* aux normes françaises : le niveau de confort et le niveau de service sont ceux d'un bon 3*. Le restaurant gastronomique présente un intérêt certain sans être grandiose. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en pleine montagne en dehors des sites commerciaux surpeuplés
