• Davide (6/5): B&B Essenziale - La vicinanza rispetto al porto e diversi parcheggi limitrofi. Situato non molto distante rispetto ad una delle vie principali di Napoli. Stanza essenziale per trascorrere poche notti Struttura fatiscente e poco curata. Dal bagno (sprovvisto di finestre) proveniva un odore sgradevole costantemente. Frigo bar rotto al nostro arrivo.

• Jeff (6/5): Pleasant - Broken toilet paper holder -- toilet paper destined to fall on floor (has certainly fallen on floor many times before), showerhead holder broken. Room is functional, but depressing - could be vastly improved with new furniture and a few small touches.

• Amelita (1/5): No hot water, mould in the bathroom, not clean at all. - The locations was decent. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. There was no hot water in the room, had to wash my hair in cold water. The bathroom was full of mould and it was dirty. Also, the rooftop terrace views were nice, but there were no furniture, like on the photos.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay. Apartment was really spacious and has everything we need. We had also a huge terrace with really cool view to the roofs of the other buildings. It added really a lot of the good atmosphere to this place. Also the location was perfect. Really close to main attractions in Naples. Highly recommend this accomodation! Maybe for a more cooler nights, some blanket would be usefull. Sometimes We felt a bit cold in the night while sleeping below sheets. But it was still managable :)

• Osman (4/5): I would NOT be staying here again. - 1) I could find street parking very close to the property and did not have to pay for a garage. 2) staff was prompt with providing details over WhatsApp and answering questions. Unfortunately the aircon was broken (see below) 1) The air conditioner did NOT work. It was faulty and as a result I had a sleepless night. Reached out to the staff on WhatsApp multiple times but they couldn’t help either other than suggesting to wait for another 2 hours and it may fix itself !?! I requested another room but none were available. Eventually contacted CS on booking.con but it was already late in the night and nothing could be done. Won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone especially the top floor room (until air con is fixed at the very least) 2) the shower was clogged

• Felix (4/5): No - The room was alright. It was still quite even though the apartment is in the city. We chose the apartment because the filter on booking told us there should be parking included. We ended up driving 20 minutes to a public parking, which the host recommended us through napolis traffic chaos. They wanted 20€ per day, which made an extra cost of 40€! They asked us, which hotel we're staying, so we're guessing that the host of the apartment (which we never saw by the way) gets any kind of commission. It was really annoying, especially the host didn't even apologised after we confronted him with the situation. So, the apartment shouldn't be booked if you plan to come by car to napoli!

• Giuseppe (6/5): Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding - Mijn WIFI op de kamer heeft het 1 dag gedaan. Ik had een briefje achtergelaten, maar er is niets mee gedaan, sowieso geen terugkoppeling gehad. Ik kon wel gebruikmaken van de WIFI in de hal, maar dat is niet comfortabel. Zorg dat je een goede afspraak maakt voor de check-in, omdat er eigenlijk nooit iemand aanwezig is. Ik had problemen met mijn telefoon en kon niet bellen (ik stond voor een dichte deur), gelukkig kwamen er gasten naar buiten die de eigenaar hebben gebeld (na een half uur in de brandende zon te hebben gezeten). De B&B is van binnen mooi gerenoveerd en de overige faciliteiten zijn prima. Er hangt echter in en om de B&B (hele buurt) een penetrante lucht, die ik associeer met kakkerlakken, gelukkig heb ik maar 1 hele grote in mijn badkamer gezien. Tip: houd de lampen aan (ook 's nachts).
• Verified traveler (2/5): Sub Standard Unterbringung am Rande der Altstadt - In so einer Absteige habe ich nicht einmal als Studentin übernachtet, kleines heruntergekommenes Haus , der Platz ist großteils ein Schuttplatz. Nichts für ängstliche am Abend, Zimmer feucht ; kann nicht Glauben, dass so etwas gegen Geld vermietet wird.

• Donald & Alison (10/5): Clean and tidy excellent location - Salvortore checked us in easily and was helpful in giving us directions to local points of interest. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels replaced. We really enjoyed our stay in Napoli for 3 nights and never once felt concern when we went out. We had a great food tour in old Napoli. The whole stay was everything we wanted.
• Lewis (8/5): Nice hotel close to the port - Hotel is surprisingly clean and well maintained inside, very confortable. Napoli is a different city, read about before you go, not for everybody. Neighborhood is a typical old port city, old buildings that looks deteriorated, unsafe, etc so you may be a bit hesitant at the beginning but it is OK to walk around, go the old downtown, etc. Port is walking distance for those going on cruises or Capri. Hotel staff is great and helpful.

Il quartiere non è tra i più ben tenuti della città, ma l'ho trovato tranquillo. La stanza era luminosa, lontana dai rumori, ben condizionata, pulita. Il bagno pulito e ben funzionante. Non c'è receptionist, avendo a disposizione la chiave della struttura.
• Nicola (8/5): Ottima scelta dell'ultimo minuto - Ho dormito in questo hotel una notte,l'ho prenotato la mattina stessa in un periodo di alta stagione.Salvatore il proprietario è stato molto gentile.La stanza era molto comoda,rapporto qualità prezzo piu che buono.Non ho provato la colazione che costa 3 euro in piu ma a Napoli è bello andarla a fare in giro nei tanti bar del centro,in particolare molto vicina è la bellissima zona di San Gregorio Armeno ( con la pasticceria Capparelli ed i suoi famosi babá).Comodo anche dalla stazione,praticamente è su Piazza Mercato e da li al porto con i traghetti per le isole ci si arriva in un attimo.
