- Christine E (2/5): - The pool was clean. The manager, Maria, was very nice and helped bring new pans for cooking (the others were very scratched up). There was also chipped dishes and glasses. The street behind our condo was very noisy with loud music at the bar and many loud motorcyclists, plus many roosters crowing all night (we couldn’t sleep all night). The windows did not close tight. There was a ceiling leak on the second floor, which caused the owner to send someone to repair our toilet on the third floor, which took time out of days on two occasions. The owner would not give us any compensation for our trouble. I would not recommend staying in unit 47 at Garden Condos in Sosua. We had booked 21 days and we’re exhausted when we left from lack of sleep.

- T bone (10/5): Great - Stayed here twice and the teanquility and location is great. Pool is nice good size and clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Outdated condo - Very old and outdated hotel. The bathroom was dirty and the shower head was rusty. I was charged extra for using the room AC which did a poor job cooling down the room. The room had a strong mold smell and the paint was peeling off the walls. No housekeeping service on weekends. All facilities are run down, outdated, and falling apart. Needs a major overhaul. Stay away from this place.
