- Marcelo (6/5): Camas duras. - El trato del personal y la ubicación. Las camas son fijas de concreto y cerámica, arriba el colchón por lo que el dormir era muy incomodo y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

- Frits (8/5): Nice hotel, a lot of potential to become a great hotel - Good location, walking distance from most interesting things. Friendly staff. They didn't really speak English, but we managed to understand each other most of the time. With a bit more attention to details, this could be a much better place though. We had a leaking toilet, which they tried to fix, but somehow didn't manage to do. We had to shut off the water all the time. The breakfast was okay, but not much variety.

Relación precio vs calidad, bastante elevado

- Ingrid del Carmen (2/5): Decepcionada - Hotel frío las habitación linda pero fría le faltó calor humano lo peor fue que en la paguina me cobraron un valor y en el hotel otro tuve que pagar como 20.000 pesos más de lo que salía en la paguina eso es muy malo no me gustó el sistema de la paguina lo encuentro un engaño ya en la en la paguina sale un valor y en el hotel te cobran otro de emocionada de la paguina en el hotel no hay desayuno buffe es sólo desayuno y todo muy frío esta paguina es engañosa no puede dar un valor y en el hotel cobrarte 20.000 más del VALOR que te dicen en la paguina muy engañosa

In the room we didnt have a safe or fridge and the cabinets to put our cloth was not enough. We couldnt control the ac. It worked from the front desk. and the parking wasnt really a parking because it was just a space at the hotel entrance where one car blocked the other. Finally when i was ready to pay with my credit card they wanted to charge me some taxeswhen my reservation said that eveything was included. Bad!!!!
