We appreciated having a kitchen and laundry facilities. We had a few small requests in advance of our arrival which were not attended to. It was an oversight and other than that, it was great.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. Need clear information on where to check in. Its in the Sloane club at the end of the street and not in the building itself.

• Libby (8/5): Amazing stay. Would return without question. - Location was excellent - close to the tube station. The decor was fantastic and the whole apartment was more spacious than expected. It was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable and roomy. Customer service was brilliant - our bags were taken and returned to the apartment from the reception, and stored safely until we returned. No things included e.g. coffee in the morning. All food to be ordered was overpriced.

The rooms are spacy and well equipped and the bathrooms super clean and new. The style of the rooms are not that modern and the floor is carpet covered (albeit it looked and felt extra clean)

The 2 bedroom flat is smaller than expected, there is a modem of sorts behind the bed in the main bedroom which flashes all night. Besides these 2 points, I really enjoyed the flat during my stay.

• R4590GErobertw (6/5): Inefficient or dishonest? - I lived in Chelsea for a short time many years ago and it remains my favourite part of London. My wife and l go up to London three or four times a year and we thought we had found the idea place for future visits, a luxurious flat in a peaceful location literally 60 seconds from Sloane Square. On checking in l pointed out that they had taken the £1,200 payment twice. One payment was returned but with no hint of apology. A £200 deposit was also taken against further expenditure. On checkout we were told that this would be returned as soon as the cleaner had checked the flat. Almost two months later, in spite of reminders in the form of one email and completing the contact form on their website twice, the £200 has not been returned. Apart from being grossly inefficient or dishonest, it is surely very foolish as we will certainly not be going back again.
• Robin (8/5): Perfect location, spacious, lovely accommodation. Makes you feel like a local! - Perfect location in Chelsea. Steps from the Tube, the King's Road, and everything London offers. Very spacious accommodation with a full living room, large bedroom, small kitchen and 1.5 baths. It feels like you are living in the neighborhood, not just staying there.

• Melissa (9/5): A stylish apartment on an elegant prime London street - A perfect location on a beautiful street, steps from a useful tube stop in a chic part of town. Our apartment was ideal for our family of four: comfortable, nicely appointed, gracious and clean. The kitchen was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. Some aspects of the apartment needed a little TLC (the carpet, the couch). I wish there had been more closet space in the second bedroom.

• Jill (6/5): Take your own teabags! - Great location. Comfortable beds and bedding. No kettle or tea bags. When we arrived late in the afternoon we were looking forward to a nice cup of tea. As we’d booked an apartment with a kitchen we didn’t expect to have to ask for teabags to be delivered along with some milk. Pretty standard complementary amenities in a budget hotel never mind an expensive apartment attached to the Sloane Club. When we phoned Reception someone was sent over with a teabag… yes A teabag (there were 4 of us!!) and a bottle of water… no milk! After another phone call and another 20 minutes 4 further teabags followed with a 4 pint bottle of milk. I commented to the Reception staff that I was surprised that teabags and milk were not included in the itinerary and was told that as I’d booked through Booking.com and not the Sloane Club directly they didn’t include anything complimentary!! I couldn’t believe it!!
• R4590GErobertw (10/5): Wonderful accommodation. - When one of our favourite hotels was fully booked and the other too expensive for our dates, l searched for hotels in Chelsea and found the Sloane Club Apartments. What a find? For the price of a hotel room, a one bed flat recently refurbished to a very high standard, three or four times the size of most hotel rooms within literally 60 seconds walk of Sloane Square. Having lived for a short time in Chelsea many years ago, l was a little concerned about possible noise but silence reigns in Sloane Gardens. It might be an idea to buy something similar as a pied a terre but at the moment we don’t have the necessary £1.5 million or so, so will just have to return from time to time. One slight snag, they twice took the payment for two nights of £1,200 and after this was pointed out, were a little slow to return one payment.
• George (10/5): Great stay in a prime location - Great bedrooms and sitting rooms and having own kitchen was a bonus. We worked from the apartment in between meetings, the lounge room kitchen was great. Tube stop a few steps from the front door, easy.
• Barbara (9/5): we enjoyed ourselves . great restarants near . very central - we have a lot of memories on this street since we met here 45 years ago . very safe ,very central near tube station . rooms very nice . we stayed here for 4 nights 2 of which fell on a weekend. Unfortunatly on weekends there is no maid service . I feel for the price per night there should be maid service at least to refresh towels, take trash out, make the bed nicely
