Karolina (2/5): Decepcionante y sobrevalorado - Mi experiencia en este hotel fue realmente decepcionante. Considero que el precio es excesivamente alto para la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones que ofrecen. Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención fue pésima: nunca brindaron información básica como los horarios del desayuno ni indicaciones claras sobre los servicios del hotel. La habitación que me asignaron estaba en muy malas condiciones. El escritorio prácticamente se caía, lo que refleja una evidente falta de mantenimiento. Además, me ubicaron en una de las peores zonas del hotel, teniendo que pasar constantemente por la cocina y el área administrativa, lo que generaba incomodidad y ruido permanente. Durante la madrugada fue imposible descansar debido al ruido de otros huéspedes y a la falta de control por parte del hotel. Definitivamente no corresponde a la categoría ni al costo que cobran. Lo único rescatable de la experiencia fue la atención del personal encargado del desayuno, quienes sí fueron amables y atentos.

Veronica (3/5): NO VOLVERÉ - Luego de que reserve y no podía cancelar gratis Me llegó un correo diciéndome que la piscina iba a estar en mantenimiento en toda la estadía.. me pareció una mala jugada, y por otro lado el sábado el hotel ofreció un brunch externo durante el horario de desayuno Yo tome mi desayuno a las 9:30am dentro del horario y de verdad no habia productos, nada de panes y de nada Entonces yo pagué por un desayuno carísimo y bastante escaso No tenía servicio de piscina por mantenimiento El desayuno bufet lo venden a eventos externos y los huéspedes se quedan sin desayuno prácticamente … lamentable

Queriamos descansar y abrieron la puerta, aunque pidieron disculpas no fue cómodo

The facilities are impersonal, quite run down and very dark. The humidity level in the hotel is unbearable, the bathroom didn't work properly ( shower door didn't close, water pressure and temperature were horrible), the general lighting of the room and corridors made the place gloomy and depressing.

Sandra (7/5): Buen alojamiento y ubicación, pésimo el servicio del restaurante!! - La ubicación, es buena, central y con muchos lugares cerca para explorar. El servicio del restaurante fue pésimo. Me alojé 3 noches y para el desayuno del sábado el bufete estaba totalmente desolado y sin opciones de comida, visitantes externos la hotel habían arrasado con toda la comida, no había mesas disponibles y cuando por fin logramos ubicarnos y apartar una mesa reservándola con nuestra comida, la retiraron y nos dejaron sin lugar ni comida. Ese mismo sábado en la noche decidí quedarme en hotel para cenar, me acerque al restaurante y pedí uno de los platos fuertes de la carta, se demoraron más de 1 hora en el servicio y al final cuando llegó el pedido era absurdamente pequeño y nada comparado con lo que ofrecían, ademas de costoso para la cantidad y calidad de la comida. NO LES RECOMIENDO EL RESTAURANTE, ES DEMORADO, COSTOSO Y NADA DEL OTRO MUNDO.

My room had a few simple maintenance issues that need rectifying like loose rails, the shower also needed some attention.

La entrada por ser un hotel dentro de un edificio de oficinas es incómodo. Las habitaciones pequeñas, las camas más pequeñas todavía. El desayuno muy muy regular. Puede servir como hotel para ejecutivos, sin embarazo para turismo para nada.

Spa piccola ma ben disegnata. Gestione sudamericana nel senso negativo del termine. Manutenzioni approssimative, presidi limitati, poca attenzione al cliente. In questo modo dimostra piú degli anni che ha e rimane un po' "vecchio". A/C molto rumorosa nella suite. Spa mal tenuta, piscina un po' "inutile"
