• Florida (8/5): Very good - The hotel location is strategic, very near to shopping spot and easy to find food. The place is lively at mid-day. Recommended ! I did not expect the entrance of the hotel was.. 🤣 It's hard to find at first because no proper signboard for the hotel or maybe I just missed it ?
• Amna (7/5): Good value for money with helpful staff and good amenities - For a 3 star hotel they had good amenities such as tea/coffee facilities, lots of storage and generally clean. The towels did not smell clean so was unsure if they had been washed

• Cheong (6/5): Basic amenities met. The fixtures are rather old, tiles popping up. Need to pay extra for pillows. - Convenience to the train station. The towels are very old. Time to be changed. Bring your own towels if you dislike old towels.
• James (8/5): Great location in a non-touristy part of town. - It was a great hotel in the area I wanted to stay. I didn’t want to stay in a touristy location but wanted to be within walking distance to the train station and also local cultural sites… it was perfect for me. It was fine for me.

• Darko (9/5): Escape Bandung city centre and enyoj in the Lembarang area (hot spa, vulcano, orchid forrest… - It is close to the train station, friendly staff organized a very nice 1day trip, delicious food in the hotel restaurant. The massage was very good. Our daughter specially liked the mushroom soup.

Thank you very much to that lady that cooked half boiled eggs everyday and I feel her kindness to sent to our table also with smiling face. Also not to forget the Receptionist who assist us in topping up our HP Pulsa using his own hp. Anyway thak you to all. Breakfast were a lot of varieties with that cheap hotel rate, could not expect so much anymore. As the hotel rate were reasonable . Hotel rooms, lobby, etc were very spacious. Location for textile shopping just a few step away whilst mini supremarket just at the hotel entrance No comment

• pemudan2022 (10/5): comfortable hotel for vacation with family - I stayed one night here very satisfied with the hotel service, the rooms are clean, fragrant, the air conditioner also feels very cold, the rooms that can be connected to the next room are quite pleasant for me . so we don't need to go in and out of the room to go to the next room to be able to gather and relax with family.. the food available is also very good.. hotel access is quite easy if we want to travel in the bandung area
• bless_seeker (10/5): Decent Stay - I decided to stay in Pasar Baru Square merely because of the location that is near with almost everything. I got special price during Traveloka Epic Sale. I arrived very early in the morning and paid the Early Check In fee that is affordable. Here are some + and - points I encountered during stay. Positive: 1. The staff (Sec, FO, HK) are all friendly. Greeted us with smile whenever we passed by. Shout out to Neng Vina and Veni whom we met almost everyday also akang who helped us on Wed 13 morning. Thanks. 2. Location is perfect. You wouldn’t be troubled at finding places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, etc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness. Upon check in the floor wasn’t properly mopped, the bathroom had no bath mat maybe bcs we C/I early so the HK didin’t properly check it. But the next day they cleaned as I requested. Thank you. 2. Need to arrange pest control regularly as we found a lot of baby cockroaches inside the room during stay.

Ms.Fenny,front desk staff gave us information about day trips outside Bandung and arranged car hire for us for Bandung South tour at a reasonable price.Pasar Baru market is right opposite the hotel.Braga street is at a walkable distance.
• hildakassim (8/5): Great place to stay for shopping - We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was great, staff was polite, of course shopping was a breeze! Just a few steps from pasar baru market, hotel was quite spacey. The only thing they'll charge u for extra towel & blanket. Our room didnt hv a minibar which is quite weird.😅 Hope they'll provide extra bed & more room variety so that it'll more comfortable for families. Others are ok. They gave the kids little teddies for souvenirs which was so thoughtful of them 🤗🤗🤗
• tavtazani (2/5): Bad Hotel - Their only selling point is location, especially for the one who wants to spend their most trip shopping in Pasar Baru. So here is my review: - The room quite spacey - The bathroom not that clean - The aircon not a little bit hot for 16 degree - The amenities: they only give us 1 slipper - Pillow is too soft, if you cant sleep on soft pillow then dont choose this hotel or you should rent more pillow for 20.000 IDR. I think they are maintaining the hotell well. And now for breakfast: - After tasted ther Food, I can conclude that they have something in common, too salty. Yup all the food just too salty - Milk, I think they mix it with water - Food replenishment, there were one person that keep checking the food, but he never refill without us, their customer, telling him that food already empty. I told him to refill fruits but 20minutes later, no fruits coming from their kitchen. - Ketan hitam with no santan, their excuse was the santan not coming yet. Come on your hotel sits in the city center, cant one of your staff look for instant santan from minimarket? You are okay serving ketan hitam with no santan? So for the conclusion, unless you spend the whole time in pasar baru, please choose another hotel. Definitely wont come back to this hotel.
• shebley (10/5): It's Where I Want To Be - It was indeed a splendid stay with excellent environment and friendly Management Team and staff..They are welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about me even after I left the hotel. But the most important thing is they have a good Bandung Coffee with excellent view 😊
• munirahr9 (8/5): Best place to stay if you go for shopping - The main reason we booked this hotel because it is located in front of Pasar Baru Market. However, the main road is very hectic even on the weekend. The hotel is still new and clean, however it is very basic. No fridge, no iron and no wardrobe, only a small space to hang clothes.

Good venue for conferences as they have facilities to cater for large & small groups. Great entertainment options as well. They have transfers from airport as well which takes any stress away when coming off a long flight. Hotel is Centrally located 😊
• LightPacker822899 (10/5): Seminar & Stay at Pasar Baru Square Hotel - Attended a 3 day seminar at PBSH and had a wonderful experience! Seminar room was clean, spacious, bright and well ventilated. Every participant was always looking forward to the tea breaks where there was always a wide spread of delicious snacks and hot beverage. Our rooms were clean and well serviced every day. And I must also commend the kitchen for the mouth-watering dishes we had over the entire stay. Looking forward to my next seminar here again! Thank you!
• saudaleellya (10/5): Ellya Saudale - My mom and I spent a few days in Pasar Baru Square Hotel. Our room is very nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating, for example, they promptly brought me a hair dryer when requested. I love the chicken porridge served during breakfast. High recommend to stay in this hotel.
• Vacation73203 (8/5): Good location - Value for money hotel in a good location for nearby shopping at pasar baru trade centre. Nice comfortable room. Hairdryer not provided in the room however. Unfortunately my room had view of airwell. Buffet breakfast is adequate but the staff was slow in repleshing the empty food trays. Overall comfortable stay.
• chloey472 (6/5): AC Not Cold - The room is clean, new and well designed. Amenities is provided except hair dryer which is only provided upon request and first come first serve. We checked in quite late in the evening after our day trip to cidewey. We have a room at 8th floor (810) and the AC is not cold. We were too tired to complaint to the reception as we just staying for around 12 hours. Staff is very friendly. they greet everyone whenever they see. They even assisted us for the elavator and room access when we forgotten our room key in the room. Breakfast is just nice and hopefully can be improved and provide more varieties of food. Location is good for those who love to shop for clothes. however. all shoplots closed by 6pm and only left KFC which will open until 9pm. Hard to look for food at night.
• jasree (10/5): Good Hotel - clean and spacious room, located in pasar baru square mall and opposite pasar baru, elevator to he lobby at the main entrance of pasar baru square, only 2 elevator to lobby and need to share with mall visitor as well, very friendly and efficient staffs, breakfast just ok, easy to get grab car and not far to factory outlet and bandung indah plaza (rp12k-rp13k)

The room was clean, big (I'm try superior) and so comfort. For the breakfast, it's so delicious. Ps: it's a buffet breakfast. Conclusion it's a nice hotel to spend your holiday or your business trip in here.

• 186338Foodiejhb (6/5): Average - Great location,rooms are nice but poor cleaning provided on daily basis .Breakfast was very good and it’s the best hotel breakfast that I have had so far with great and friendly service. The reception lady wasn’t helpful enough when we tried to check in earlier as we arrived in the morning and the check in time was only at 2pm.I guess she had to follow the hotel policy although we felt that our room was empty and ready to move in as we arrived in the hotel.Otherwise,she was very professional on other occasions whenever we needed her assistance.

You must try the timika crabs..expensive but worth. The bar is nice n ok for hang out. The room is big enough, clean, and the bed is big. ( king size 2x2). Staff are friendly. Nice hotel.
• lukebS5925KI (10/5): One of the best hotels to held business events! - Stayed for 3 nights for business event and everything went so well! Starting from the rooms, they are big and cozy! As for the provided conference hall, it is equipped with almost everything that is necessary for business meetings. Furthermore, the hotel staffs are always standing by to provide assistance if needed. The hotel also have weekly event, such as live music, which makes the hotel very lively and enjoyable to stay! oh! they also have a semi-outdoor bar, where it is a great place to chill at evening with friends! The foods that were served at breakfast, lunch, dinners, and even during our coffee breaks are really really great! Last but not least, for you business people! PRICE is important isn't it? don't worry it is cheaper than you expect, but you'll get more than what you expect! So if you or your colleagues need a place for business events in Bandung! This is the place!
