• adestp (8/5): Well... - Located inside a ruko complex, the first impression might be deceiving. The hotel ambience is nice, decorated with coconut based interior, which is owned by the hotel's owner from Cirebon, so they said. Got juice for welcome drink. The room is relatively clean. I'm not sure how many rooms the hotel got, but we didn't get the connecting rooms we requested since they said it sold out already. Took a bit time for the air conditioning to cool. And the electricity socket on my room is a bit tricky, need the card to be properly positioned. The breakfast was standard. They don't serve potatoes (baked/fried). Their swimming pool is also a public one, so bring along your cash to rent the floaty (can't charge them to room). Upon check out they'll forget to charge my restaurant bill (30Ks), and my key deposit (150Ks for 3 rooms). Luckily, I did.
• AstonBekasi (8/5): delicious food, many instagram-able spot, we love it! - 01 August 2020, had dinner with family, this is the second time for us. All food is delicious also affordable. A little bit sad because the outside bar restaurant was dark and no one come to the restaurant, it;s just us until the restaurant closed. Hopefully you guys will be survive during this pandemic condition. I'll be back for Greenotel Cilegon for sure.

I stay during weekend due to accompany my husband's business trip. Hotel's location is very strategic. Rooms are good, staff are friendly, but the bathroom too humid, in addition on the room there are lots of mosquitos

• abdurahman_alkaff (8/5): Hotel with Waterpark - Hotel with Waterpark in Cilegon, close to Cilegon Timur Toll. Close to Cilegon Center Mall, and there are food station near the hotel in the evening. Room is not that big, but fit one extra bed. Everything is functional. Breakfast is Vary and Functional.

• Chaw (8/5): Stinky smell in the bathroom drainage hole - The food and the service in the hotel was nice. The bathroom drainage hole was very smelly once the water drain to the hole. The smell will continue around 1 minute. The hotel should look into the matter. Overall is not bad.

• 137rezap (4/5): Poor Hospitality - I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, for family visit with 3 yo kid. First, at the hotel lobby, theres no queue so I step upfront when the customer finished but, the receptionist said to me that the person sitting down in the back is arrived before me, so it was his turn, and she called him. It was ok, thats a good thing to hear actually. So I was standing there waiting for my turn, but after the man finished, she didnt call me, I was thinking maybe theres another person before me, then she makes a few phone calls but didnt call anyone, so I asked, if I can check in now. And yes, she Forgot about me, the man standing there in her eyesight. Just wow... After I received my room card, theres no one to guide me to the room, I'm serious here, NO ONE, guide me or even tell me where my room is exactly. I'm just told that my room is in 3rd floor, to reach it I have to use elevator to 2nd floor and use the stair to go up 1 floor and reach my room. And she point at the elevator, Thats it!? When I get inside my room, it appear to be smoking room, while I specifically ask for non smoking room because I'm with my kid. The room is reek of smoke, the table had cigarette stain, even ashtray is available. How could this room called non smoking room? I complain and they change my room to 1st floor. Idk why they didnt give me this 1st floor room at first, instead they give me the hardest to reach room. The food is standard, the pool is big and fun, the water is clear even though theres a lot of fine dust, sand, and algae swimming around. The big slide is in maintenance when I swimming, so I didnt use it.

• Betawi_Boy (8/5): Cozy, clean and friendly - Due to a limited choices of hotels in the area of such scale, Greenotel is the perfect place to lay your head after taking care of your business matters in Cilegon and the surrounding area. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the toll road it is very convenient. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and you really don’t need to venture outside for much... unless you are looking for some nice seafood restaurant, Japanese or Korean. The only complaint that I really have is the comfort of the mattress - but that is merely a personal preference.

• akurniati_hicks (6/5): Nice hotel in Cilegon - I actually came here to accompany my mother when her office was using the hotel for the venue of their event.This hotel is not big but it is nice and has really a big swimming area. If you want to stay in the hotel, try to enjoy your time in the swimming area. I think the place is also one of the tourist attractions in Cilegon. This hotel is easy to find. I came here at night with a cab and I just told the driver we wanted to go to this hotel. He knew exactly where it was. One thing that needs to be improved from this hotel is their WiFi speed connection, which could be faster. However, In all, I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

• ctianm (4/5): Rsetaurant, loud neighbour & WiFi problem - Bad restaurant services (especially when dinner) but the foods is good enough, neighbor so noisy i couldn't sleep well until midnight. Also the WiFi is suck, too much disconnected and had unstable connection. Please fix these mesh up
• Mh_firdaus (8/5): Hotel with fun park swimming pool - The hotel seen from the in front side is minimalis style. But, when you go in side, the hotel has unique style. Many coconut shell ornamen and other woods covered the hotel decoration. The hotel also has a fun swimming pool. Many games area, you can use and play in it. Unfortunately, i can not use that fun facility, due to my bussiness activity...

• jpranata (6/5): Above Average Business Hotel - This hotel is quite far from main street,it means that noises from there should be low. In lobby I found interesting decor which combines antique and culture in color of green wall. Goes to room that I booked, I think its standard business room but there is some stains in blanket that not clean enough even after washed several times I guess. Bathroom is okay and its all good. In the morning, I found much choices rather than business hotel as general. Taste is good and served well too. Interesting part from this hotel is they have water park which can be used by hotel guest as compliment. But I don't have time to try, next time maybe.

• arifinmsusanto (6/5): Water Attraction - New property surrounded by small office. The idea is supposed to be integrated office and leisure include hotel and water park, but still unfinished yet. Great water park, probably the one and only in Cilegon Breakfast was okay but not much in variation.
• 666diane (2/5): So loud and wet bathroom - When we're there, there was an event in the restaurant and caused much noise in our room. I called the reception, but there were no solution, the volume was even louder. The bathroom design was horrible, as there's no drainage and made the floor totally flooded. To be honest, the overall design of the building was great, with woods cuts etc and the pool was great too.. but the way they manage event just unbearable..

• andrinae2015 (6/5): Hotel dengan Interior Mozaik Kayu - This hotel basicly suit for business trip instead for family... There only 1 tipe of room, its very small, very basic facilities, and smoking room. No refrigerator, no kettle and no hair dryer. Families don't expect to much... but the hotel now prepared coco crunch and corn flakes for kids...as I went there for New Year. The breakfast was very basic. Too much sesame oil (fried rice, rice noodle). The interior was excellent... the mozaic was amasing. It is consistent for the whole hotel decoration. The hotel was clean, but not the pool... The children were happy with vary of pool and slides. It was quite amasing for 3 star hotel, held A FIREWORK @ NEW YEAR EVE Party...
• Flonindya (6/5): Wood theme hotel, nice breakfast and average service - I stay to Greenotel for several times. My first impression was so positive because of their unique wood theme. The room was quite good, more spacious than another national-budget-hotel chain in Cilegon. I like the decoration and their consistency using wood and natural materials. The breakfast was quite good and complete, the taste also delicious. Too bad there's no coffee machine anymore at the cafe. What need to improve: standard of service and also the laundry. Smile, greeting and initiatives is a must! About the laundry, i have complaining about the laundry more than 2 times, because there's an inconsistency about the delivery of clean laundry. It's really matters because me & team usually check out in the morning. I have sent an email about this but no satisfying answer. But i've got an update: the front office staff told me they have change the laundry service provider. Overall, i like to stay here, and have plan to go here in another business trip at Cilegon.
• Steven (6/5): Nice concept, but poor room facilities - Hotel is linked to the waterpark, but waterpark is closed during fasting month. Room very basic - no bar fridge, no safe, and not even a small cupboard. Only small tube of shampoo and small circular bar soap for shower. Breakfast is basic local food, and no butter to go with the bread (we tried asking)! Hotel concept n interior look is actually very nice, but lots of room for improvement to make guests feel comfortable. There is even an impressive outdoor drinking/ dining area with bar counter, but the counter is empty..
