• Miguel Angel (10/5): Excelente - Desayuno: excelente. Calefacción perfecta aún siendo en invierno. Ubicación: muy cerca de los lugares turísticos.
• Francesco (6/5): - Apartment is pretty old and with very basic facilities (there wasn't even toiletries for instance), my room was overlooking the main street so quite noisy. I only slept there one night and left soon in the morning so for short stays it's ok because it's very close to the station and there's automatic check-in available, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night.
• Fady Makram Max (2/5): - First, the photos are misleading. Location is OK, not clean and on many occasions found a spider. No mirror in it. No mirror in the bathroom. Windows curtains are short from the sides and people in the neighborhoud can see me sleeping. Overpriced.
• Alina (10/5): Value for money and fantastic location. - Fantastic New Year's Eve stay. The accommodation is on a very good place walking distance to everything - city center, train and bus station, Jewish quarter, shops etc. Clean, spacious and quiet. There was almost everything you need for a good stay, no hairdryer. There is no Tv but that was not something we missed.

But I had mailed before and he did not say we had to pay more, otherwise we would have looked for other accommodation perhaps. Accommodation was ok, but more for 5 persons, not for 7. Because on 'room' is actually the living room so if you'd like some more comfort come with max 5. Location is good, bathrooms were very clean.

• Riccardo (4/5): Very poor service - 1) WIFI works really bad, there is no router on the second floor so I have to connect to the first or the third floor network but in both cases the connection is very poor, often absent 2) Although I have specifically asked in advance, I have found only one towel in the whole apartment: one towel for everything, body, face, hands, feet and intimate parts... 3) the electricity socket besides the bed is broken 4) the shutter of the window in the bedroom is broken so no way to block the light from the outside

Jedynie TV drugiego dnia nie działał - ale mnie nie był potrzebny. W łazience było czysto i można było skorzystać z prysznica z ciepłą wodą. Kuchnia posiadała sztućce i naczynia, czajnik bezprzewodowy z kawą i herbatą i lodówka
• RichBanc (2/5): - There is no daily cleaning of the room. I stayed 3 nights and they did not collect the trash, change the bed sheets, clean the room, provide fresh towels. No soap. When i arrived, the supposedly white linen bed sheets look dark and the shower floor is clogged. They also do not respond when i contacted them through email, facebook messenger and phone about the direction to the place / instruction about the check in process. No elevator and you need to climb the dark stairwell (i was on the top floor). I will never ever stay again to this horrible place. The only positive is it is just 5 to 10-minute walk to Krakow Glowny / Old town.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Przyzwoite miejsce w świetnej lokalizacji - Największą zaletą jest położenia blisko dworca i rynku. Standard pokoi jest adekwatny do ceny. Pokoje są wygodne, jest aneks kuchenny i lodówka, ale całość wymagałaby remontu albo przynajmniej odświeżenia (popękane płytki w kabinie przysznicowej, zepsuta klamka w drzwiach balkonowych). Brak jest stałej recepcji, czyli na zameldowanie trzeba się umówić. Generalnie jest ok jeśli ktoś nie spodziewa się luksusów.

Not as pleasant as photos suggested which was basis of choosing hotel as many others at same price were available. Hosts were nice and friendly.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Kulttuuria ja historiaa - Tarkoitus oli tutustua Krakovan vanhaan kaupunkiin. Apartment-hotelli sijaitsi sopivalla etäisyydellä, mutta oli silti rauhallisella kadulla ( ei meluisia musiikkibaareja lähellä). Jalkaisin pystyi tutustumaan kaupungin keskeisiin nähtävyyksiin.

Sam pokój duży, czysty, wszystko zgodne z opisem, wygodne łóżko, ładna łazienka. Bardzo miła obsługa. W tej cenie naprawdę super, nie mam zastrzeżeń, chętnie tu wrócę:)

• Skylar (10/5): Stay here! - It was a genuine apartment in an old building with much character. The kitchen was functional. The couch in the living room was too though the fold out bed cover was old and well used. The bedroom was small yet comfortable. The staff were pleasant and it's in a prime location. I walked everywhere. Plus, there is a supermarket just down the street. It's a great place and the price is unbelievable.

• BERNARDO (6/5): Cuidado con este sitio... - ¿Lo mejor? los empleados... ¿Las camas? dejaban mucho que desear, una cama de matrimonio que cada vez que te movías crujía por todas partes, el colchón incomodo..... La otra cama era un sofá cama que cuando lo abrías estaba undido en la parte central lo que no era muy confortable.... y además, si te tocan unos vecinos incívicos; como nos ocurrió, al no haber nadie que controle y ponga el orden, pues no dormirás......no lo recomendaría nunca!!!!!!!

The building it’s self is quite dated which adds authenticity to the visit however the shower rooms and kitchen amenities were newly fitted and modern. The room/suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean but could use some pictures/ornaments/flowers as the decor was cold. Staff at the Krakow Townhouse were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcomed. Another point to note is that the free parking is secure and situated in the rear courtyard however access is via a very narrow passage way that may be a problem for wider than average cars. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would come back.

• Malgorzata (6/5): - Apartementy mieszczą się w odrapanej kamienicy - z zewnątrz i od wewnątrz. Parking na dziedzińcu, wjeżdża się przez wąską bramę, więc szersze samochody mogą mieć poważny problem. U nas skończyło się tylko na konieczności złożenia lusterek. Sam pokój niestety nie należał ani do najczystszych, ani do najbardziej komfortowych. Po obejrzeniu aneksu kuchennego i naczyń zdecydowalismy się na jedzenie na mieście - polecam bar mleczny Pod Temidą. Łazienka trochę zagrzybiona, uchwyt do prysznica nie działał, a ręczniki pachniały stęchlizną. Plusem fantastyczna lokalizacja - 7min piechotą do dworca głównego i galerii, 20min na Wawel. Zaraz na przeciwko restaruracjo-pub Browaru Lubicz i supermarket Piotr i Paweł. Na rogu ulicy piekarnia/kawiarnia. Podsumowując, warunki i standard bardziej hostelowe niż hotelowe, a cenowo odwrotnie. Pobyt jednak wspominamy miło i polecamy dla tych, którym hostelowe warunki w apartamencie nie przeszkadzają.

• richard (6/5): Mixed bag - but handy and useful - This is very “mixed”. If you know what to expect, then it’s OK - this is a cheap stay close to the Old Town with some self-catering. If you are on a limited budget then this could be for you. First, the good. It’s well-positioned. There is some parking in the rear courtyard (beware if you have a wide car, the entrance is very narrow) it can only be accessed via a keypad. It has a good location – with a brewery-pub about 30 metres away (through entrance to the gated development opposite, then immediately right) – opposite the pub (look downstairs in the basement bar) there is an excellent supermarket. There’s also a good bakery on the corner of the street (turn right out of front entrance. The staff are very friendly and as helpful as possible - Krys, in particular, is very good for advice. Our room had no airconditioning, but an effective fridge. However, it is cheap because there is minimal maintenance. The units are subdivided flats – long rooms. The infrastructure is in poor condition. Render on the front is falling off, I wouldn’t put any weight on leaning on the window (which partly worked). In our room the cooker was broken (replacement parked on top), kitchen drawer was broken, and the cupboard designed for draining the dishes had cut mains wiring in it, mended with electrician’s tape. The shower was partially broken and the floor sagged. It’s only fair to repeat that it’s very cheap and well-positioned – you can’t expect 5-star accommodation - be realistic!

• Shaun (8/5): Great location. Clean apt. Bad mattress. - Great Location. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the central station and the old town, and only 5 mins walk to krakow's biggest mall, Galleria Krakowska. The apartment was clean with kitchen utensils in fair condition, so you can cook if you want too. I like the apartment overall. It's in a good neighborhood and I believe it's a safe place to stay. I have two concerns though. The stairways' lights are pretty dim. When you get back to the apartment at night, it would feel like you are in a haunted house. On the other hand, the bed mattress needs to be updated. It's uncomfortable to sleep on because it's material is thin, that you can feel the springs poking your back. I had to use the comforter as a bedsheet and then use my personal bathrobe to make it work.

• Agata (8/5): - Bardzo dobre położenie, blisko starówki a równocześnie w cichej okolicy, więc w nocy można się wyspać. Jako osobie niepalącej przeszkadzał mi brak zakazu palenia w pokoju i/lub brak czujników, szczególnie w łazience, która była przesiąknięta dymem papierosowym (pościel również). Nocowałam tam jedną noc, więc nie interweniowałam, ale jeśli ktoś zatrzymuje się na dłużej, powinien prosić o pokój dla niepalących. Obsługa bardzo kontaktowa, miła, sympatyczna oraz bardzo pomocna. Osoby tam pracujące i ich wspaniały stosunek do gości rekompensują jednak wszelkie niedogodności.

Helpfuul staff - recemended me local atractions helped me to organise all day trip.

• Mike (4/5): Old Apartment Hotel, walking distance to Old Town - The photos of the hotel rooms on expedia were much better than reality. We reserved a three bedroom with kitchen and didn't get what was advertised. The third bedroom was actually a pull out sofa in the kitchen. The kitchen was undergoing renovation and there was no sink, no stove or oven and no refrigerator. I had to wash dishes in the tiny bathroom sink! There was a table with plates, cutlery and a kettle. Thankfully the weather was cold as we stored a cooler with milk on the outside patio so we could feed our kids cereal in the morning. There is no restaurant in this apartment hotel. It is very old and shabby. There is free parking but be aware that the access is restricted for large vehicles and I damaged the paint on my car driving through the archway to the parking as there were only a few millimeters of clearance. The only redeeming factor was an accommodating staff who reduced the price of the room and the fact that the old town was only 10 minutes walking distance. If you are looking for a cheap bed for a night in a very shabby dated hotel then ok. Otherwise steer clear of this place.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Krakow 2017 - Flott beliggenhet, med lett tilgang til all offentlig transport. Ca 10 minutters gåavstand til gamlebyen og ca 6 minutter til togstasjonen. Min mann og jeg var der i september i fjor og bodde der i 7 dager. Vi reiste nå i januar og bodde der i 3 dager. Det er en tekjøkken leilighet. Det ligger en matbutikk i nærheten.

• Steve (6/5): reasonable rates and close to Old Town. - This is a no thrills hotel. Rooms are clean, but small. There is no elevator. The water in our room drained very slowly.

• Jorge (6/5): Krakow stay - Bare bones room not far from downtown Krakow (5-7 min walk). Safe neighborhood. There is no open reception at all (not that I saw). They email you asking you what time you would be arriving. When leaving, they asked you to drop the key on a drop box. The room was nice with very basic furniture. Clean room and bathroom. I got a room on the 4th floor (5th floor for Americans) and it was good for exercise. Wifi was fast and reliable.
• Tom (2/5): Grotty flat and a waste of time - We phoned and arranged a time to arrive as per the booking. When we got there we were told our room wouldn't be ready for one hour. We went for a wander around the local shopping centre for an hour and fifteen minutes at which point we were told our room wouldn't be ready for 30 more minutes. We spent almost two hours of our short city break just hanging around for the room. When we finally got to the room it looked nothing like the photos. The flat was generally grotty, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets and towel were very old and had clearly been used for many years. I would not stay again.
