El tamaño de la habitación era espaciosa a pesar de ser tokio. La limpieza podria mejorar, se me cayo algo bajo la cama y estaba muy sucio, entre polvo y cosas olvidadas de otros viajeros.

• Aya (4/5): - 日比谷線築地駅が近いのでアクセスしやすい 部屋の中に電子レンジがある コンセントがPCデスクに2口、壁に3口、バスルームに1口あり他のホテルのシングルルームと比べると多い気がする 枕の加齢臭？皮脂臭？が酷い チェックインは15:00以降だというので15:30にチェックインして客室階にエレベーターで到着したら、エレベーターの目の前に大量の大きなリネンバッグがありエレベーターから降りられないし客室にも向かえなくて不便だった

• Alexander (10/5): - The price for central Tokyo was exceptionally good. It was a last minute booking and it was basic, but for the equivalent of £40 I was amazed. There is no way I could get this in London! Nothing to complain about!

• Kayli (9/5): Perfect first night in Tokyo. - Great for a short stay. Staff were friendly and well-accomodating. Great location. Small reception area was packed with everyone's luggage (which was great to be held while I went out before moving to the next place) but I felt bad for staff and other customers not having a lot of space to safely storge luggage.

• Huston (5/5): I was expecting a little more from a hotel in Tokyo. - The location was close enough to the stations for what I wanted to do and the room itself was comfortable enough. They aren't able to easily hold your luggage before check-in and absolutely won't after check-in. The rooms use a code and don't auto-lock so if you don't remember to lock it someone can enter either while you aren't there or while you are inside the room.

• Norihiro (7/5): ロケーションは素晴らしい - 新富町駅、築地駅に非常に近く、移動する前提で予約させてもらったので非常に便利でした。 部屋のエアコン？が少しカビ臭く、気になる人は気になると思いました。空気清浄機は備えてありましたので、ステイ中はずっと全力で動いてもらいました。
• Tomoatsu (3/5): 二度と泊ることはない - 部屋に内線電話がないため、部屋の問題を都度フロントまで行って対応しなくてはならなかった。お湯が出てくるのに20分以上かかった。通常ではあり得ないこと。部屋の床の掃除が行き届いていないし、ベッドが湿っていたのでほとんど眠ることが出来なかった。フロントは一人だけで対応しているが、フロントの対応は一人でよく頑張っていると逆に同情します。
