• adam (6/5): - The rooms are at street level and have a large (frosted) window rather than walls - it feels like sleeping in a car showroom and it's a little odd when people walk past. Clean, decent sized bathroom and a comfy bed. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Centrale station. The main issue is it's not a 24 hour check in - it's a 5 hour check in and I missed it so had to stay somewhere else for my first 2 nights (oh, because there's no check in on Sundays either. I didn't know that in advance and wasted half a day trying to contact them). If you can get tgere in the limited window it is a good room for the price. Kettle and fridge included
• Caterina (6/5): 😅 - Beh che dire, sono arrivata lì con il mio ragazzo per un viaggio di lavoro, non abbiamo soggiornato tanto, solo una notte.. la ragazza gentile, ma la struttura non è niente di che, sporca, una pulizia base della stanza, non c'è la televisione, non c'è l'aria condizionata e nessuna finestra in bagno. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà sono due lettini vicini ed è stato molto scomodo dormire con il mio amore.. Però per il prezzo e tutto sommato è andato bene, siamo comunque riusciti a farci una doccia e a dormire. Non lo consiglio per chi si aspetta tanto.
• Sonya (6/5): - It was fine. Not the best accommodation, but nice location in city centre. Service should be better; asked for wifi on the first day and they didn't fixed in the 4 days we stayed at the accommodation.
• Marcello (8/5): Tutto e' bene quel che finisce bene. - Check-in un po' difficoltoso. Arrivavo in aereo in tarda serata e contattando la struttura 4 giorni prima avevo esposto il problema. Mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero mandato documentazione da firmare e reinviare. Provando a contattarli i giorni seguenti non si sono fatti trovare; essendo all'estero in hotel non avrei poi potuto stampare nessun documento mentre fossi stato "in aeroporto" quindi iniziavo a preoccuparmi seriamente. Fortunatamente tutto si e' risolto per il meglio (il giorno stesso del mio volo), inviando la foto del mio documento per Whatsapp e ricevendo un video con la procedura. Camera silenziosa. La pulizia della doccia e' stata poco curata. Sprovvista di tv e aria condizionata, ma costava poco, quindi tutto sommato e' stata OK per una sola notte di scalo.

• Alexey (4/5): Вообще неочень - Номер в отдельностоящем помещении на 4 комнаты, на задворках жилого дома. В душе черная плесень, на кроватях старое грязное покрывало. В ванне все прокурено. Даже для "переночевать" больше в него не вернусь.Администратор через дорогу. Попросили чайник, так и не принесли.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Freezing place - The room was freezing in January, the hallway was even more freezing, the common area was the most freezing and the same temperature as outside so it was impossible to sit there. Although the hotel description says there are a fridge and a microwave in common area this is not true. I only found out that there were a fridge and a microwave actually in the reception in another building after I called Hotels.com after check in. They didn't tell me about this at check in. I wanted to use them but couldn't be bothered to walk to another building which is inconvenient.

• Jeremy (4/5): - Je ne recommande pas: ça sent la Mari dans tout l’immeuble, c’est bruyant 24hrs sur 24, Il y a un va et vient constant nuit et jour. Nous avons du, en pleine nuit, nous lever, pour demander aux voisins de se taire pour dormir. Pas de télé, pas de commodité, une petite chambre avec un mini fenêtre.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - It's very hot inside the room, there's an air conditioning but the remote is nowhere to be found. There's just an electric fan which is also useless. The shower and sink is always clogged, no door mat which is a risk for fall. The room is different from the booking i made and saw in their advertisement.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - It all started badly when the address on your site was incorrect. (We didn't notice the different check-in address under "special conditions". The incorrect address however still had an active directory button for the hotel that went unanswered. A WhatsApp call to the hotel gave an unintelligible message. A passing workman gave us the correct address. To call the room Spartan would be to glorify it. No bath soap and 3 hangers to be shared by two guests. We had requested early check-in but got no reply. Upon arrival they advised that even a few minutes early check-in would not be possible.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - I've stayed at budget rooms before and often the situations really comes down to "you pay what you get" kind of deal but this property was beyond disappointing. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that were far better... Unfortunately, this time around I was desperately needing a room and impulsively booked before reading other people's reviews. Once you've booked, it's too late for any cancelation, even when I changed my mind 20 minutes after the fact. The room is small as expected, decently clean, and very hot (I paid extra per day for AC that barely worked), and there are no amenities. I didn't really want to complain since I just needed a room to crash in after a long day of touring the city but this hotel was very deceptive. Lots of hidden charges. They also made a mistake in my charges and charged me extra. I wouldn't have known any difference if they hadn't reached out but they reached out after I've already checked out! I was already back in the states (and they knew I wasn't from the country because they scanned my passport during check in) and they wanted me to go back to the hotel and they'll refund me in cash. How the heck am I supposed to do that? They couldn't have refunded my card back?? This place is sketchy and unprofessional. Stay back!!

Man kann zum Hauptbahnhof laufen, sowie zum Corso Buenos Aires. + Der Check In hat im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewertungen gut geklappt, ich wurde vor Abflug angerufen und habe die Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Wir waren um 16 Uhr da und haben mit der angegebenen Adresse auch direkt die Rezeption gefunden. Wir mussten nur den vorher angegebenen Preis bar bezahlen und wurden dann zum Appartement gebracht. + Unser Zimmer war wie in einer Art WG (Gemeinschaftsbad), sehr klein aber OK. + Auschecken war auch einfach: bis 11 den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten werfen + Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett und sprach auch gut englisch - Das Bad für die Frauen war nicht sehr sauber, was vielleicht auch sehr an den anderen Bewohnerinnen lag. Also: an Flipflops denken! - Wände sind sehr dünn, andere Hotelgäste sehr laut

Unico aspetto TOTALMENTE negativo è che i muri tra le stanze sono talmente sottili che chiunque nelle altre stanze faccia il minimo rumore si sente come fosse nella propria stanza. Nel mio caso i vicini si sono svegliati alle 6.30 per partire...e mi hanno svegliato ovviamente, rumore forte

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Buona pulizia, stata una sorpresa scoprire dopo aver confermato la camera c'erano altri 8€ aggiuntive per pulizia della camera, oltre tre € della tssa soggiorno, portando il totale 60€ anzí che 49.

Puzza ovunque per non parlare del bagno che è davvero qualcosa di di penoso. Nessuna insonorizzazione e TOTALE assenza di riscaldamento (in bagno per esempio c'è una finestra alta sempre aperta e nessun riscaldamento così da farvi congelare la mattina dopo la doccia). Ho viaggiato tanto ed è la prima volta che trovo una struttura così.

• David (4/5): Ужасно! - Отвратительный отель! Не отель, комната в квартире! Хотя позиционируют себя как отель. Ситуация: прилетаем в Милан в 20:30 садимся на поезд до центрального вокзала в 20:45. Ехать 45-50 минут, доехали в 21:30 и пошли искать отель. Дошли до улицы отелем и не пахнет! Идти мин 15 от вокзала, спрашиваем у людей никто не знает о его существовании! Ходим по улице туда сюда! Проходя мимо комнаты на первом этаже сделана под офис на встречу выходит девушка и собирается ее закрывать, спрашиваем у нее где отель? Она отвечает, отель здесь! И на стеклянной двери за ее спиной листик формата А4 с надписью отеля! А сверху вывеска с кучей слов без упоминания что это отель и одно слово ELIT. Девушка заявляет, ее рабочий день до 22:00 что указано в письме, вопросов нет, и надо позвонить по телефону что бы нас пришли встретили. Объясняем что у нас нет связи, она соглашается позвонить сама. Приходит парень они о поговорили на Итальянском и он ушел. Девушка говорит я вас оформлю и заявляет с вас 14 евро доплата(8 уборка + 2х3евро налог) не вопрос в письме указано, и 15 евро за опоздание! Там висит листик А4 с таксой опозданий и начинается от 15 евро и до 35 по 5 евро за час. На вопрос где вывеска и что их не найти. Многие жалуются, но платите. Только налом, хотя у нее терминал для карт, ругаюсь! Звонит кому-то и говорит платите картой! Поняли что бесполезно и оплатили, Дом на против офиса там комната, общая дверь в квартиру не запирается. Краны протекают. Замок от комнаты еле открывается!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Di "Elite" non c'è un bel nulla!!! - Due cose positive: La stanza (ampia e calda) La location (vicino alla stazione centrale) Il resto lascia molto a desiderare, partendo dai bagni (entrambi), dalle docce ci sono perdite d'acqua continue. In camera mancano TV (anche se non si va in giro per guardarla, ma dieci minuti al mattino per le news, o alla sera prima di dormire, perché no?) e almeno un paio di lampade da comodino (se si vuole leggere un libro devi farlo con la luce che illumina tutta la stanza). Abbiamo trovato il frigo in pessime condizioni e ovviamente non ne abbiamo usufruito. Ultima cosa, una volta pagato non è proprio carino chiedere extra sul posto. Con altri siti di solito sia i costi del soggiorno sia le spese di pulizia finali sono incluse. Insomma, il rapporto qualità prezzo dovrebbe essere adeguato, questo è ciò che cerchiamo noi viaggiatori, tutto qui. Per ciò che ci è stato dato abbiamo pagato decisamente troppo (nei giorni seguenti abbiamo soggiornato in posti migliori pagando molto meno e senza extra richiesti sul posto ancora prima di recarsi alla camera) È già la seconda volta che ci va male con Hotels, e non pretendiamo chissà cosa, peccato.

Do not expect a room clean or beds made during your stay.There is still building work going on although that did not bother ud.Getting in and out of the building tricky especially at night due to construction work.Having said that....served our purpose well.
• Olga (6/5): В Милане много отелей , выбирайте их тщательнее. - Расположение отеля удобное , в пешей близости от ж/д вокзала Милано Централе . Но если вы появитесь до времени заезда , вы можете его не найти. Вход на рецепшен закрыт цветной картинкой и выглядит , как окно за шторкой . Пришлось покружиться в поисках отеля. Рецепшен находится в здании № 14 , апартаменты - в здании № 11, там разные подъезды и разные условия размещения , есть отдельные апартаменты , есть - хостель. Кухня только в хостеле, мне показалось там неприятно , поэтому кухней не пользовались . При отдельных апартаментах есть обеденная зона со столом и электрочайником, отделённая от улицы циновками. Перегородки тонкие , слышимость сильная , разговоры соседей не давали спать. Отель мне показался очень неуютным. В нашем номере была отдельная ванная комната , всё было чисто , постельное бельё - безупречное. Во дворе складируются строительные материалы , планируются строительные работы , поэтому никакого садика не видно.Очень приветливый молодой человек Лоренцо , любезно взял наши вещи за 1 час до времени заезда на рецепшен , проводил до станции метро , купил билеты и даже посадил на поезд . Очень его благодарим ! Отель не очень дорогой , но я бы поискала что- нибудь другое - поуютнее . Я не захочу остановиться в этом отеле в следующий приезд в Милан.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 広々快適 - 中央駅から歩いて10分ほどで立地はいいです！ チェックイン時のスタッフさんとお掃除の方の対応もすごく丁寧かつフレンドリーで好印象でした。 お部屋も広々快適でしたが、バスルームの数が2つしかなくたまに他のゲストとかぶりました。また、お部屋に冷蔵庫があれば便利だなと思いました！

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hay mejores opciones - El hotel está cercano a la estación Milano Centrale 10min caminando...el área no es muy turística pero hay supermercados y cafés muy cercanos...estación de Metro Pasteur a unas cuadras... El checkin se realiza en una oficina pero las habitaciones están enfrente...atrás de un edificio en renovación...al igual que la cocina...hay que caminar con cuidado porque suben material que puede caer... La habitación era pequeña y no contaba con baño propio...es preferible una habitación más grande y con baño privado. No recomendable 👎

• Olivier (6/5): - Chambre avec salle de bain commune. Très bon emplacement, un peu bruyant, mais on fini par s'habituer au bout de la 2ieme nuit. Si vous êtes sensible aux bruits du voisinage, cela ne convient pas. Les équipements sont très basiques dans la chambre.

• Gustavo (4/5): Muy desagradable hotel. - Este hotel es muy dificil de encontrar, no tiene señalamientos despues de varias pregunta te señalan a una cortina vieja y con Grafiti que es la recepcion, el hotel se encuentra en el estacionamiento de un taller mecanico por lo cual se debe llegar a la habitacion entre escombros y grasa en el piso.

No ac or heating either However was close to bus station for both airports It was the most important consideration in my case. As had an early flight. So because of that was willing to accept most inconveniences
• sevil (8/5): - Burası otel değil hostel olarak çıktı karşımıza. Ama yine de memnun ediciydi. Tek sorun ana istasyona yürüme mesafesi idi. Temizlik için iki geceye 8 euro aldılar ancak çöp kutuları bıraktığımız gibi kalmıştı sadece yatakları düzeltmişlerdi.
