• Mark (4/5): Big mistake - Pool was fine Plug points in ridiculous locations behind the tv and behind the bed. No headboard to the bed so pillows kept falling behind. Booked a balcony room but didn't get one.Front desk staff more interested in their 'phones than actually dealing with guests enquiries. I would never book this hotel again.

Da mein vorheriges Hotel storniert wurde hatte ich leider kaum Auswa - Umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück, auch mit asiatischen Speisen Tägliche Zimmerreinigung mit wechsel der Handtücher Außergewöhnliche Dekoration und Zimmerdesign Seaview nur zwischen den anderen Häusern durch, da das Hotel ca. 150m vom Strand entfernt in einer Seitenstraße liegt Unser Zimmer hatte zudem keinen Balkon, hatte ich bei Seaview irgendwie erwartet Pool ist da, aber nicht wirklich einladend

I liked the simple facilities available (pool and gym). Not so much of a vibe but maybe there weren't many guests. Not many using the eating area. But it made for a peaceful experience.

• BernieD (9/5): An enjoyable weekend getaway! - The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. We stayed for two nights and found the room to be very comfortable, with tasteful decor that added a cozy touch. We especially appreciated thoughtful details like the in-room safe and the beach bag provided for guests. The hotel had a charming boutique feel that made the stay even more enjoyable. Nothing.

Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption konnten nur ganz schlecht etwas Englisch sprechen. Ich hatte in Thailand noch nie ein so schlechtes Zimmer für so einen hohen Preis.

The door of the room 102 is a bit uncomfortable to open and to close always makes noises and if someone is opening the door you can wake everyone up. The blind is not so secure like it is see-through if you look from outside you still can see what someone is doing which makes me feel uncomfortable. The shower head of the small one is broken and water was breaking out everywhere if you did not use shower hair cap your hair would get wet. Aircon of the second floor was working well (l was not the one who experienced that but my brother said it was not cold at all) the aircon down stairs was not working well as well water was dripping and l have to use the towel to obsorb water. Also can't set the temperature low cuz water was leaking too much. Apart from these, the location is great and convenient, close to everything and right acr3the beach. The room was clean.

• Dale (3/5): Disappointing - Good location and Quiet road The day manger was aggressive when asked to look at the water from the shower as it blasted hot and cold intermittently. When asked to look at it he tried to convince me it was ok (because apparently I don’t know how to use a mixer tap) until it blasted his hand with boiling water then he just carried on speaking to himself and walked out without fixing it at any point the days afterwards leaving me with cold or too hot showers for the best of the week. Cancelling a booking I had this summer due to poor service and tone-deaf management. Breakfast is also not ready until past 7.30am so no food for people getting up early.

Reviews says good breakfast but as "not many people" they just had bread under cling film for toast and 2 types jam. No knife for butter so used fork ! Receptionist grumpy like had given up. No smiling. Had to give 1000 Baht deposit for 2 plastic keys which is too much ! That takes from our spending as only returned on departure.

The room has a nice bed and bathroom, there was a door between my room and the another room, so if means that I could hear them if they speak loud or hear loud music. Pool was nice, but very small. The fitness room is basically one bike and some weights. Breakfast ok, classic thai. I arrived 4 hours before checkin, and they let me wait for 3 hour, evendoug the room was ready. Wi-Fi good. Don’t choose the hotel because of the Sea View.

• Peter (7/5): Funky hotel in a great location. - The location is great. Near top restaurants and relaxing bars, just a quick walk to a wonderful night market. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated. It is a funky spot. The first night was difficult. The a/c in the room had a very loud compressor that kept us up the whole night. The team did a great job of changing our room the next day though. Breakfast was a little plain, so we largely ate out. Little things that were easily overcome.

Nice. - The cleaning ladies was awesome, you will come home to your room very clean and with change of bed sheets and everything like towels, and soap and 2 bottles of water every single day, so the room smelled and looked as new every day, please give the cleaning personell some tip, that is well deserved. And if you still at hotel, just go to 2 floor when they clean, they only use around 15 minutes, and the room look brand new :) And staff was awesome, except with only one. Quiet area and i liked the room, even it look kind of old. Had a safe, and very big and effective fridge It was very bad view from the rooms there, and the floors in the rooms need a change, also TVs is old and very outdated, and you cant put any device into it, or connect to netflix and so and so, also very small tvs, but you don't go to Thailand to watch TV, but just to make the standard acording to the price you pay. Also 1 of the staff, quite young, but not the youngest there, was bossing around the kind staff instead of doning it himself, also he put a bad likeing to me from day one, as i told them i going to get there early with the extra 500 bath cost was no problem, but after 24 hours of traveling i was very tired, so i was going to check in 10, but he toild me to wait another 4 hours at the hotel, because of hotel policy he said, even i got it in mail that it was ok to check in 10, and i even showd him this confirmation, i say i can pay even more just to get into my room, but he didnt care. i went down and hour early because but he counted minutes, even 10 minutes before i cold not check in, so they shoud kick this man out of there , as all the other people was sooo nice and helpfull, i also asked himn to change a fre coins to get to the washig machine and he would not help, when i asked the others they happely helped me, So this man is bad for this hotel, i also heard from another person that they had trouble with him. And my son also came early a few days later then it was another man there and they happely checked him in 10, so yes sad they lat this man ruin the experience for guests. Also they should upgrade the old aircons was very noisy, but effective, And fix the toilets , that make noise also like it don't stop the water coming, should be an easy fix.

• Sebastian (8/5): Good hotel for a short stay at the quiet side of Jomtien Beach - Good location if you prefer the quieter side of Jomtien Beach. Hotel is in a little side street, parking across the street. Make sure to book a room with sea view on the floor 4 or higher. Room was really nice with an industrial chic touch, lovely details and cozy lighting option. Breakfast with several options and different warm food every day. Family-run lothes cleaning shop next door. Perfect next day service at very reasonable price, delivered to reception. Highly recommended. We had a room which can be combined with the next room. Unfortunately the closed and locked double doors are not sound proof, baby and conversation from family in the other room very clearly audible. Restaurant not airconditioned. If you get a table by the window the morning sun is very hot. Hotel not cimpletely barrier-free. If you use a wheelchair, make sure to book a room on the elevator side, as bridge to other side is not level with the floor.

Breakfast offering was uninteresting. Coffee not replenished staff on their mobile phones. Location ok maybe in future but no direct access to beach due to road works likely to take forever. No great quality restaurants nearby, therefore I checked out 3 days earlier. A shame great potential with better effective management.
• Hui (9/5): Perfect location in a quiet street. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. I felt safe as a solo traveler. - Convenient location, room is spacious and clean. I had a really comfortable stay. Nothing :)
• Dommy (10/5): Very nice hotel - Hotel was very clean and staff were always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with a good variety of foods each day. The pool was a decent size for everyone to enjoy with lots of sitting space. seems nothing to mention
