- Fabio (4/5): Non ci tornerò - Hotel abbastanza datato, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La camera ha mobili di almeno 25/30 anni, letto non proprio comodo. A me è capitato che in piena notte, ore 1 circa, arriva un gruppo di circa 20 ragazzi (età media 25 anni) che comincia a urlare e fare un baccano che mi fa sobbalzare. Faccio presente la cosa alla reception che mi dice "ok ci pensiamo noi2, ma non accade niente, esco fuori la camera e mi lamento... dura poco; richiamo la reception e non accade nulla. Nel frattempo sono le 2 del mattino... Non ho chiamato la polizia perchè non avevo il numero. Alla fine sono riuscito ad addormentari verso le 3 ... sveglia alle 6.30: INCUBO! Capisco che possa capitare, ma che nessuno faccia niente è davvero inaccettabile! Colazione scarsa.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel suppose to be a 4 stars, but it is far away from that. To start with, the hot water was not always available, so every time going to the shower it was a surprise for what you will get. When asked about it at the reception, I was told that they don't have hot water??? Second of all, the sink was leaking and the drainage of the bath tub was not working well, so after the shower you end up with ankle high water. The pool of the hotel was not working, but funny enough, all the reception was smelling like chloride really strong. The hotel should be renovated because the condition of the room was slightly disappointing, including the terrible bathroom and non existing sound isolation from the corridor and neighbours. The only thing working properly was an AC.

- David (6/5): Air-conditioning wasn't felt - Air-conditioning in the room was very low. Wasn't felt. To open the window was the solotion. They did offer another room but a lot smaller. Bed wasn't comfortable you can feel the springs. Blackout curtains isn't blocking light. There is a blinking sign outside which you can see it's blinks in the room. No Espresso in breakfast..no juice in breakfast just water.

Die heeft ons zo slecht en onbeschoft behandeld dat we inplaats van nog een nachtje te blijven heel snel hadden ingepakt em opzoek waren gegaan naar een andere hotel. Dat was een ervaring wat ik nooit heb meegemaakt. Mijn kinderen waren er zelfs van geschrokken dat ze zeiden" mama we gaan hier nooit meer slapen". Verder was het de moeite waard in Burgas.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Keine 4 Sterne wert, schade um das Geld! - Erster Eindruck noch positiv in der Hotel Lobby und an der Rezeption, aber dann wurden wir regelmäßig enttäuscht: Der Abfluss der Badewanne/Dusche war defekt und das Abwasser ist direkt durch das Bad gelaufen, so dass man nicht mehr vor das Waschbecken treten konnte und akute Unfallgefahr (Ausrutschen) bestand. Nach Reklamation haben wir ein neues Zimmer erhalten, jedoch lag hier der gleiche Defekt vor. Abgestellt wurde dieser nicht mehr, wir haben uns selbst durch regelmäßiges Anfordern von genügend Badetüchern zum Trockenlegen des Bads geholfen. Frühstücksbuffet: Qualität der Speisen ausreichend, aber nicht 4 Sterne wert. Kein Nachfüllen, wenn Essen zu Ende ging. 1,5 Stunden vor Ende der Frühstückszeit musste man sich die Reste zusammensuchen! An einem Wochenende wurde wegen einer Feierlichkeit das Frühstück ins Bistro verlagert, hier musste man auf einen freien Platz warten. Das Geschirr der Vorgänger wurde zwar vom Tisch entfernt. Die Krümel aber nicht. Eine Beschwerde direkt beim Hotelmanager ging leider ins Leere.
- Georgios (4/5): Not 4 Star hotel experience - The staff isn’t what you would call friendly. Both receptionist and in breakfast hall the hotel staff is not happy to help you and this is evident. The Quality of Breakfast is medium. The big pillows on the beds were dirty. Rest of the room was ok.
