• Gina (7/5): Good - The location is nice and hotel staff are friendly. Everything u need will be provided if you asked for it. Fridge is not clean😞, water heater kettle, not clean as well as the utensils. You have to wash it though yourself or buy something disposable. Microwave and fridge are not working but we reported it and they fixed it right away. Washing machine available but not working too, anyway we dont have a need for it unless if you are going to stay for longer days.

• Muhammad (3/5): Rude staff behaviour at reception, poor - Parking was available. I pre-booked a superior apartment which was 50 Sq/m. Mr Khaled at reception gave me a smaller room that I commented on and asked to change to my booked bigger room. He only agreed to offer me a bigger room but asked for more money that I did not agree to and therefore took the smaller room. I had to return a couple of times to the reception to report as the room was unprepared. Dirty floor, dusty furniture, lack of toilet rolls, lack of towels, broken shower head holder, poor wifi, defective TV remote control. Mr. Khaled at reception rather than feeling apologetic for all this mess became verbally aggressive and threatened with a body posture and tone and asked me to leave the reception! . I reported at the same time to booking.com. They called the hotel with no response. They emailed the hotels as well with no response from the hotel. Another day, I asked for the clean towels and the toilet roll, and again he commented "Why do you need these again today". The pre-agreed extra mattress was as thin as a feather and I could feel like sleeping on the hard floor. the blanket had a bad odor. Other staff including Mr Mohammed and Mr Khan were considerate and helpful.

• Talal (3/5): Poor - I reached at 12:30 pm and they said that checkin time is at 2 but when I came back at 2:15 it wasn't read. I booked two flats one was ready at 2:30 and the second was not ready even after 3 hours of check in time, they gave me the key to the second flat at 5 and when I went to the flat they were still cleaning it. The Egyptian guy at the counter wasn't professional and was nervous.
