• Federica (10/5): - Il contesto e la struttura sono meravigliosi! Roma si raggiunge in una ventina di minuti di auto. Il personale molto attento. Uno splendido soggiorno. Unica possibile miglioria: messa a disposizione di un bollitore con tisane o te, anche nella sala comune.

Ovunque materiali naturali o riciclo d'autore. Arredamento vintage - industrial - rustico chic. Personale gentilissimo e amabile. Parcheggio riservato gratuito in mezzo agli olivi. Pulizia impeccabile e comfort di lusso. Panorami stupendi. Grande quiete. Agnellini al pascolo la mattina. Colazione superba, per ogni gusto ed esigenza. La nostra suite era principesca, con tanto di antibagno con toeletta vintage in legno e "tinozza" in legno per il bagno! Nel bagno vero e proprio due lavabi, servizi e grandissima doccia a pavimento. Uno spettacolo! Ampia camera con candido letto e doppi cuscini, frigo-bar, cassaforte, tv, video-telefono. Ogni descrizione è insufficiente ... bisogna vedere per capire.

Great food! - Everything about the vastness of the property, the welcome (Emanuella) and the staff, the rooms are amazing, the grounds are out of this world and the breakfast in the morning is more than generous - it was excellent. It is an amazing large, large property to reconnect with the earth with an amazing energy with all the comforts! And all this only 30 minutes from the Rome Leonardo Da Vinci airport.

Il B&B è collocato all'interno di un'azienda agricola dove si trova anche un ristorante aperto alla sera nel weekend. Da qui c'è la possibilità di fare direttamente passeggiate o escursioni in bicicletta. Staff molto gentile (ci hanno offerto gratuitamente l'upgrade della camera), stanze pulite e colazione ottima!

• Conrad (10/5): An outstanding rural retreat just 15 minutes walk from the main road - A beautiful former farm building that has been lovingly renovated. We walked there on the Francigena . It is about 15 mins walk from the large supermarkets and Scottish Bar (!) both of which we used. The room facilities were excellent with an outstanding shower. The staff were courteous and helpful , quickly responding to a fault with our air con. An excellent breakfast next morning. No coffee facilities in the room but we realised later we could have accessed these in the very lovely dining room and lounge area.

Very good breakfast. Restaurant dinner will be a bit more $$ than you are used to but worth it. About 1km of the VF but again - worth it.

• TopTimeTravels (10/5): Already looking forward to visiting again - Bravo! - If you're a budget traveller, treat yourself and stay at this wonderful place! It's really not that far from Rome city centre. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is a fresh selection of cereal, pastries, cheeses, fruit - and great coffee - in a bright and airy dining room. The location is based among a series of converted farm buildings, with a current working farm. There's a fab restaurant on site - check in advance its opening hours. And a daytime deli - again check hours. Easy to get to: from 'Termini' get the metro to 'Valle Aurelia'. Change (stations beside each other) to get the regional train to 'La Storta-Formello'. From there it's an easy 30 minute if you've light luggage. At the Eurospin supermarket (good to know it's there if you run out of essentials) take a left. There's a number of cafes and restaurants in the small town too.
• Jane (10/5): A Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Views Just Outside Rome - This beautifully renovated hotel/agriturismo offers spectacular views across the countryside. Located just a short walk from La Storta and right off the Via Francigena, it’s the perfect place to relax and treat yourself before the final day’s walk to Rome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely to explore — you can wander among the animals or sample some of their excellent locally produced goods. We dined at one of the on-site restaurants and enjoyed a warm atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food, followed by a generous and satisfying breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again.

We found out a week before our stay that there would be a wedding on the property, and the restaurant would be closed. That was okay…but we were not able to fully utilize the grounds around the lunch area, just to sit and play cars with the drinks we bought from the little cafe. It was clearly away from the wedding garden and restaurant. We were asked to leave. The music pounded on until about 1:30 am. Sooooo…it was a little bit more involved than just the main restaurant being closed.

The room was stunning, the onsite restaurant is excellent and the staff are attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good! See you net time!!
