• Linda (9/5): Pleasant - The breakfast was okay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The cookies was an added treat. Rooms, and bed were quite Comfortably. Breakfast was just okay. Having a make your own regular type waffle griddle would improve the experience.
• Douglas (6/5): Find a more comfortable hotel. There is plenty in Helen. - Breakfast food was good. The flimsy plastic cutlery and plastic plate was not what i expected. China plates and steel would have been soooo much better. Melody the waitress was amazing. Lovely and a real credit to the hotel and management. BIG let down was the room. We had a suite. It was like walking into an empty apartment. Despite two micro wave ovens and two fridges, there was not a single piece of cutlery, plate, cup or drinking glass to be found. (There were two flimsy plastic water cups) The corporate managers have decided to remove everything, including any means of making a hot drink apart from the microwaves. Although there is nothing to hold liquid or food to use the microwaves in the suite. The room was comfortable and the staff excellent. But customers vote with their feet. We will not return to this hotel. OR its other hotels until a policy change on the lack of basic comfort towards their guests by the stupid decision to remove the crockery and cutlery as an obvious money saving move by the corporate management. • michael (8/5): breakfast and server were great.staff ,too - Melanie/Melody was an incredible server. the setup was excellent and Melanie was polite and helpful i was entered in the Georgia gran fondo . we finish the race after checkout . i would like to be able to return to my room for a quick change and shower . so.... allow Georgia gran fondo bicycle racers to return at a resonable time after race to shower . thanks,mike howard ive used your hotel for the bike race and training . the staff is always helpful
• Tammy (5/5): - The location was excellent, with easy access to everything nearby. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.The bed was fairly comfortable. The room itself was average at best. There were noticeable repairs and upkeep issues that seemed overdue, and I expected much better quality for the price. The room was generally clean, but some areas felt a bit worn and outdated and the floors creaked, which was noticeable.

The charging stations for my tablet and phone were AWFUL and didn't fully charge either despite being plugged in overnight

• Jessica (2/5): Horrendous I will never go to a Holiday Inn again - Location parking lot and thats it!!!! The staff was horrendous over the weekend. I don’t even know her name, but it was not that staff this morning checking out. How can you charge someone for a bag? How can you put down a deposit when you have a credit card and how can you be so rude and end up open eyes money because you don’t have change and then the key card didn’t work I could go on and on and on.

• Murphy (8/5): We would stay again. - It was a convenient location and always a very relaxing atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable. There were a couple of stains on sheets although they smelled fresh and clean. They didn’t have the Kerig in the room or provide k pods although you could request the Kerig but had to go buy coffee. That I was disappointed in. But other than that it was great.

Very noisy in the room above us, sounded like the children were running and jumping everywhere. After and before quiet hours ended, hitting walls, you name it. Pitiful! Parents should teach their children to have respect for others in nearby rooms.

• Debbie (9/5): - Our room was big and nicely laid out. It's location is great if you want to walk around town. Shower part of the bathroom needs a little help. Still has a tub and when you turn on the shower, half of the water is running from the faucet and half through the shower head. The curtain is short so water spills out . We also had problems with our key card and had to return to the desk several times to try to fix the issue.

Uff the sofa bed was bad (Thank God we had brought air mattress), also they only have 2 carts for baggage, so you either have to take them by hand, or you wait a long time. it also is very expensive for 1 night

• KELLY (5/5): Not for persons with disability. - The breakfast was the best thing about our stay. Location was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are not a disabled person. I booked the room on Bookings.com as a Suite-Mobility Access Roll in Shower. Also got the confirmation from Holiday Inn stating this could be accommodated. We we arrived it was a standard tub-shower. My dad who has a leg amputation could not get into the tub. I talked with front desk staff and was told because I booked on a site other than holiday in there was nothing they could do. I showed the staff the message from holiday inn stating we could be accommodated. She said oh well. My dad had to take a sink bath with a wash cloth which still isn’t easy because of the standing issues he has on his prosthetic.
