No discount even when I checked in at 1am in the morning for 2 nights. I even asked for a discount because the day was just remaining a few hours, less than 10 hours, it was refused and no breakfast was included in the rates.

Vicky (1/5): Besoin de rafraîchissement - Les photos sont complètement différentes de la réalités .. j’ai vu des commentaires mitigés et j’ai laissé chance … vieux , craqué de partout , vieux mobilier, armés de travailleurs qui se préparent tous en même temps donc très bruyants le matin avec le parking plein , pas d’eau chaude , arrivés dans la chambre glacial avec des rideaux brûlés dans le bas par les vieux calorifères… bref je ne vous le conseille pas.

J'ai une hanche artificielle et je me suis sentie très insécure , je n'étais pas seule sinon je n'y serais pas allée , et j'avais choisi votre établissement pour la piscine. j'ai d'ailleurs signalé ce fait à votre employé . la sécurité , c'est primordial. merci .

YVON (7/5): Je n'ai pas eu ce que j'avais demandé. - Nous n'avons pas déjeuné. Les déjeuners continentaux ne nous convenaient pas Nous avions demandé une chambre au premier plancher sans marches à monter car nous avions une personne à mobilité réduite. J'avais même appelé pour m'en assurer et malgré cela nous avons été placé dans la partie où il y avait des marches. Cela m'a vraiment déçu. De plus, il n'y avait pas de balcon et nous avions la vue sur le stationnement arrière qui n'est vraiment pas terrible. Au moins, pour la deuxième nuit, nous avons réussi à changer notre chambre pour en avoir une en avant avec un balcon et sans marche. Sans cet inconvénient, le reste était bien sauf le savon dans la salle de bain vraiment trop petit, un ne suffisait pas et c'était vraiment pénible de se laver avec un tel savon.

James (10/5): Overall, the stay met expectations and provided good value for the price. - I stayed here for a week on a work trip. The hotel is very reasonably priced and exactly what I expected for the price. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the housekeepers were punctual, friendly, and always checked whether I needed fresh sheets or extra coffee. Parking is directly in front of the rooms, so you can access your room straight from your car—very convenient, especially when carrying luggage. The room also had a fridge and coffee machine, plus its own thermostat and radiators, so you can easily control the temperature.

La chambre grande et les lits confortables La salle de bain gagnerait à être améliorée, un peu vétuste. Une salle de bain plus grande et plus moderne avec le lavabo dedans et non dans la chambre, ce qui n'est pas très agréable.

Vinchz31 (4/5): Mauvaise expérience - Pas grand chose L'emplacement n'est pas terrible (étape hotel pour les camionneurs, on arrive sur un parking où il n'y a que des camions et des camionneurs qui nous regardent passer). L'appartement avec 2 lits + canapé lit est en très mauvais état : le store devant la fenêtre des toilettes est complètement cassé (descendu a moitié, des lattes sont détachées, le store est en travers, impossible à manipuler car les ficelles sont cassées): la fenêtre donne sur les toilettes et la douche donc très inconfortable (Nb: les joins de la douche étaient marrons). Les autres stores du salon ne peuvent pas être descendus ou montés (dispositif enlevé/absent). Le canapé lit est le pire que nous ayons jamais eu. Très faible épaisseur restante et ressorts que l'on sent tous (nous avons été obligés au milieu de la nuit de mettre les coussins du canapé sur le matelas pour essayer de dormir car mal au dos trop fort). La chambre était située derrière la réception et nous avons eu énormément de bruit en particulier sur le matin à partir de 4h (machine à glaçons, ...). Pour finir tous les meubles sont dans leur jus (cuir des fauteuils très abîmé, meuble cuisine avec des éclats de peinture partout, tiroir cuisine impossible à ouvrir car se mettent en travers, porte de l'insert à bois enlevé...). Pour finir, quand nous sommes arrivés, il faisait 18° (chauffage / thermostat non réglé) et nous avons eu du mal à faire remonter la température... Bref, rapport qualité/prix très mauvais (nous avons payé la nuit le même prix que notre nuit précédente dans un chalet tout confort avec 3 chambres au bord d'un lac).

Fabian (7/5): praktisches Motel für eine Nacht mit großem Indoor Pool - Wir haben in dem Motel eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf unserem Roadtrip gebucht. Für eine Nacht absolut perfekt. Großer Parkplatz vor der Türe, sogar einen großen Indoor Pool der bis in die Nacht geöffnet ist, und lecker Frühstück das a la Cart ist und frisch zubereitet wird. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen
