- Harry (10/5): The best place in the world! - This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. You just won’t find anything anywhere else with this sort of vibe. They really have thought of everything!
- Cassie (7/5): Potential to be incredible but it sadly fell a bit short. - The setting and hotel itself is beautiful - the pool and hot tubs were wonderful after a busy day out exploring. S’mores were a great touch. We booked a suite for 4 of us, however when we arrived, we were told we needed to set up the sofa bed ourselves. We also booked a suite with a fireplace but it was broken and only fixed on our final night. When we hired bikes, the bike was broken. The Tavern food options are fine, however quality was not great. We had four cold meals come out.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organised, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
- Randall (9/5): Rush Creek Lodge is a wonderful - Nice location, hiking trails that start on property, wonderful staff and facilties Long waits to be seated at restaurant even when nearly empty. $50 charge and requirement to book ahead to use sauna even though they appear to be rarely used. Should be free to use, I travel a lot and have never been to a place that required extra to go sit in a sauna for thirty minutes or whatever.

Location to Y - Ambience location staff amenities food was absolutely out of this world amazing. Style, comfortability corner store options. Think you’ve forgotten something. The corner store has it all. Coffee is as amazing too. Laundry top notch.

The pool area and playground were a highlight for the kids. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the daily activities, especially the s’mores, were a wonderful touch. Would definitely stay again!

- Lisa (9/5): Super schönes Hotel mit tollem Flair! - Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten im Wald und nur knapp eine halbe Stunde vom Nationalpark entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und sauber. Der Spa Bereich kostet 50$ pro Person am Tag. Das finde ich sehr viel, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Unterkunft schon sehr teuer ist.

We had a gas burner in the room which was so amazing. - We didn’t have breakfast as $33 per person was extortionate price for our family of 4. Instead we did shop on the way to Rush creek and had breakfast at the hotel. Thankfully we had fridge, microwave and kettle to ensure beautiful healthy and super cheap breakfast every morning on the balcony enjoying the views and birds singing. Food prices for what was cooked were far too expensive.

Everything was superb—from the rooms and food to the variety of activities for the kids; it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel’s proximity to Yosemite National Park’s entrance was very convenient, the environment was relaxing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The customer service from the staff, waiters, and hosts was also attentive and friendly.

- 246claram (10/5): Best Place to Stay as a Family - Our family had the time of our life staying at this lodge. The amenities are endless and everything is family oriented, but also available for adult use only. Every part of the property is beautiful and there are activities everywhere you look! Our room was spacious and very well decorated. The shower was HUGE. It’s located only a few minutes from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, which makes it a very convenient place to stay when visiting. The service was incredible. The food was amazing. We loved it so much that we planned a trip to stay here just a couple weeks later! Highly recommend. I have been raving about it to all my friend and family.

- Andrea (9/5): Will return with family - Beautiful property and convenient to the entrance of Yosemite. Child and family friendly made the stay warm and welcoming. Pool ordering allowed. Breakfast buffet was good. Lovely visit and will return. Many bugs/bees at edges of the pool and spa were not getting suctioned into the pool and spa filters. Room service didn’t clean the floors daily but only refreshed towels and turned down bedding. After time spent outdoors daily, it would be best to have floors swept and vacuumed.
- MARCIA (5/5): Nice facility, but too crowded. Good for families, not so much for older couples. - The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were loud ventilation/cooling fans on the balconies, which made it unpleasant to be out there. Also, we were located right near a large generator and the sound was reminiscent of a semi idling. The pool was crowded with kids. In fairness, it is advertised as a family place. However, I did not use it the whole time and it was a reason I wanted to stay there. I didn't realize that spring break starts in March. Also, the air quality was fantastic till they started smokey fires every day to cook smores. I don't understand the desire to destroy good air, especially when we are subjected to dangerous wildfire smoke at various times of the year.
- 479lilyo (10/5): Beautiful site, best people - We absolutely loved our stay at Rush Creek Resort. The resort is stunning and everyone on staff was accommodating and kind to us. The food at the restaurant was exquisite and the staff went above and beyond. We were very happy staying at Rush.
- Tour251326 (10/5): Turning into a family tradition - Second time here and it won’t be our last. The grounds are so thoughtfully and beautifully laid out. The food is good. Staff is polite. Close to Yosemite, but you never have to leave if you don’t want to.

It has great outdoor activities, a huge pool, tons of areas to enjoy nature and great restaurants. The villas were big, comfortable and had amazing views. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The amenities were the best part, pool, hot tubs, night smores which the kids loved. We loved the spa which also has the options for family time.

- heidet533 (10/5): A Relaxing and Memorable Stay Near Yosemite - We stayed at Rush Creek Lodge Yosemite and had a wonderful experience. Since it wasn’t peak season and we were celebrating our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The lodge offers plenty of amenities—we especially enjoyed the indoor game room and the outdoor hot tubs, which were perfect for relaxing after long days of hiking in Yosemite. They also treated us to complimentary wine at their restaurant for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose to stay there again on our next visit to Yosemite.
- Cmonkez (10/5): Perfect location and gorgeous lodge - The location, 5 minutes outside the entrance to Yosemite, couldn't be better. We stayed at a two-bedroom villa (4 people total) which was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The onsite restaurant was amazing. We ate there for dinner every night after hiking - our group included a vegetarian and a person with a severe food allergy (we had no issues at all). The onsite store is also incredible. Tire chains (we visited in March), hiking poles, backpacks, t-shirts, all sorts of souvenirs, and plenty of food options to bring hiking - it had everything. Once we got to the lodge, we never left except to go to Yosemite. The hot tub and heated pool (both salt water) were the perfect antidote for sore muscles after hiking the trails. You can watch the sun set from the hot tub 10/10! The resort is clean and the staff are friendly. Staying here made a great vacation even better. Oh! And they have a nice laundry facility. We packed light and did laundry while hanging at the pool after dinner.

Excellent quality of sleeping conditions. Very good food in the restaurant, spa and 24/7 opened heated outside swimming pool - superb.

L’hôtel est très beau, nous sommes arrivés de nuit et l’ambiance est tellement chaleureuse avec les guirlandes de lampions. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, petit coup de cœur pour l’odeur du gel douche qu’on a adorée ! Les équipements communs sont supers. Vraiment idéal pour les familles, il y a un immense espace de jeu en extérieur que notre fils a adoré et une super salle de jeu intérieure très bien équipée. À 2 pas de l’entrée du parc Yosemite. Le restaurant est délicieux et les prix corrects. Méfiez vous du nombre de places au restaurant. C’est la première fois de ma vie qu’on me dit que je ne peux pas prendre de petit déjeuner parce que je n’a pas réservé. Alors que je dors dans l’hôtel… Heureusement la boutique de l’hôtel a un rayon alimentation assez complet.

From the moment we stepped out of our car, we were in love with the mountain atmosphere and vibe. Our room was beautiful (quiet and clean) and had an awesome view of the pool and mountains beyond. We loved the food and the coffee at the general store. The staff were friendly and there when needed. The location was also on point with how close it was to the entrance of YNP.

- sharelife2 (10/5): Great lodging 45 mins from valley floor - From check in to check out we had a great experience here. In our opinion it’s the nicest lodging closest to the park gate on this side. We were lucky to come in Feb on a few days it hit over 60 degrees and no snow which means zero crowds. We were able to pack up and drive 3 hours to take advantage of these conditions. We got a great deal at RCL during off season and it was worth it. Rooms: simple and no tv or dresser but very clean and comfy beds. Housekeeping gals were so sweet. Our porch over the pool was amazing. The one negative is that the HVAC in the room is VERY loud. And would get cold (as we like it) then hot. The 3rd night we turned it off and opened the screened porch and slept much better. Tavern: the tavern was only open bc it was low occupancy- Shout out to Aubrey who was the best bar tender and server as we ate all 3 nights at the bar. Food was 3/5. Burger and tacos were good. Foccacia was excellent. Salmon not good. Staff: we didn’t come into contact with anyone who wasn’t very friendly and helpful. Coffee bar in the morning was perfect and sweet gal to greet us. We would definitely come back. We orig wanted to be in the park which is awesome but expect OLD, not updated and dark And the food/ coffee is terrible. Whatever you decide just embrace the beauty God created and you will have a great time ✨
- CherylD485 (10/5): This Birthday Girl Was Spoiled Rotten! - We had a fabulous stay and received the royal treatment at Rush Creek Lodge and Spa! Upon check-in, I told the person at the reception desk that it was my birthday we were celebrating, and he upgraded our room to a suite. We also received vouchers for complementary drinks! We took our luggage to our room, then wasted no time heading to the day spa to enjoy the facilities. Everything offered was pampering and relaxing! My absolute favorite was the hot tub with the waterfall. I let it beat on my shoulders and neck and any tension I had was a thing of the past! We went back to our room I changed clothes for dinner. We headed to the lounge and ordered the burgers, fries and drinks, all of which were delicious. The wait staff was so very friendly and accommodating! After leaving the restaurant, we were walking towards our room, but saw a very inviting fire pit that we stopped and sat at. It was warming and mesmerizing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The next morning, we had delicious omelettes for breakfast in the restaurant and used our other drink vouchers for mocha’s that we got in the general store. My only regret is that we didn’t stay two nights! It was a great time and we will be back!!

They have friendly, helpful staff; a good restaurant on site for all meals; well stocked shop with good coffee and snacks and even men’s bathing suit for the pool and spa if you forgot yours. We love and use the hiking trails that start and end on the property and the lodge is near enough to Yosemite to enjoy the valley and you can even drive in at night to go to dinner at the Ahwahnee Hotel.

The food was excellent and the hours the restaurant were very accommodating for guests arriving late from Yosemite Valley. General store was so great!!

The room wasn’t serviced to the level of other hotels I’ve stayed at. It wasn’t terrible just lacking some consistency. The spa was closed for our duration and I was really looking forward to using this part of the lodge.

The restaurant and breakfasts were excellent and offered a fascinating variety. The villa was nice and very comfortable. The gym was very poorly equipped and very small. Because the gym was so small, we had to wait outside until a couple who trained there before us finished so we could go in instead

We loved the spa, pool and games room and the well stocked on-site store with fresh coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. The aircon unit in our (otherwise stunning) room was very loud - a bit like a plane taking off!

- Kirsten (10/5): Well worth it! - Well worth the price! Hard to find a hotel in Yosemite with the vast price ranges. I don’t say this often but without a doubt we would stay here again. What is a kid friendly resort was still peaceful for a couple from start to finish. Check in was easy and felt so welcomed. To a dip in the pool followed by dinner in the tavern, complimentary s'mores by the fire and a morning walk to the sunset deck. Only stayed one night but stayed right up until checkout to enjoy it.

Huge heated pool and two hotubs our kids shad a blast. There are also great things for adults the spa was absolutely amazing, great food and a bar. I had the most amazing massage there as well!
